In LG G3 D855 if we click Definitions / about phone / software updates, Definitions crashes. I tried extract a log, 3 times, but the logs were empty. Used clean flash in installation.
Anyway I do not want update OTA, but with more control of my own. The ROM, for 2 days is working well and the main functions working as expected.
But I am afraid of the relative abandon of this thread. Do you pretend to continue developing this good ZephyrOS and do a update soon?
Forgive my intrusion, but also receive my compliments for your good work ...

I tested for a couple of hours and it crashes on video recording too, as other AOSP based ROMs. Other thing I found uncomfortable is default key mapping of hardware buttons, this leads to recent apps not working when long pressing default menu key.
Other than that everything is fine and working perfect. You have more customization than current Tesla ROM (my daily driver) and you can activate navbar and install camera video recording apps to workaround this issues.
After using it for sometime i can give a simple review
-has all features and is fluid wifi & bt was working
-had more customization options than other 7.0 roms
-has ambient display & pickup wake and hand wave gestures and they work
-colours look more vibrant maybe some tweaks or my imagination
-animation are set to default value which is 1.0x hence some time it looks like phone is slow while sometimes looks excellent due to fluid transaction
-by default u dont get any bloatware and supersu zip in integrated in rom package so dont have to flash any thing
-supports substratum and is installed as system app
-camera is ok for capturing photo but video recording bug is their so use any third-party camera

If you read the first post you'll see that it's based on android 7.0,that's what wrong with the user's here,they don't bother to read things,it's just sad.
I'll add in the tittle but still it's sad.
Ohh and BTW also in the Announcement you can see that it's mentioned that it's the first Nougat release.

is that 4g connection stability is ok or not... I have facing some on/off issue on aosp extended edition like 75% times data connection not working.

No. This is not a CAF based ROM. And f2fs support has to be added in kernel.

Hi friend using a little rom I realized 2 things, the first is that after using the black theme that top part as shown in the photo turned white in a strange way, is this normal? Another thing I noticed is that the 2 rings to wake up do not work even though I have installed a kernel compatible with the function. The only way I could use it was by using a kernel manager. More like there is a feature on the rom I would like to use it as shown in the photo. Sorry for English.

Yea thats a known issue with UI .. Use Default mode with Dark substratum themes .. & for double tap to wake have to check it ... Thanks for detailed report.

Friend I'm tracking all your roms you're making for the a6020. I wonder if you have plans to make some rom based on the 5.1 lollipop. The reason for this question is that all a6020 roms that are 6.0 ~ 7.1 have some bugs they all share and to date there has been no workaround. Some examples are sizzle at startup of the device coming out of the phone's headset jack and also the time always resets after restarting the phone preventing the wifi from working for a moment.

There is also Ambient Display Gestures in the Setting >> System you will find an additional "Gestures" menu at the bottom which enables sweep to wake/Notification Pulse/etc.

Ooops. Link corrected
Atomic-OS is more like the standard AOSP/CAF ROMs. Not as laden with features as RR, but more than CypherOS..
Its a relatively new ROM, so development is ongoing..

I don't use SuperSU anymore. I find Magisk to be more reliable.
I usually flash ROM, gapps, Mr Bump (if needed), then after initial boot and configuration I reboot and flash Magisk, coz I found bad results by flashing Magisk with the ROM on the initial boot...

Pretty major update since last version. It has been almost a month since I last uploaded...
Lots of new features, really fast stable and good battery life..
By the way, auto-brightness is a little slow to react, but it does work. Its my device tree, not a ROM issue..
Like ALL Oreo ROMs for the G3, video recording doesn't work as standard, so you need to use Footej for video recording..
Even LineageOS haven't got it working on the G3, sooo..
Anyways, enjoy the new version and remember, ROM, GAPPs, Mr Bump..
