boot time too long for redmi note 3 pro after flashing recovery. Every time i boot into system or recovery boot time takes 5 minutes to boot. Can anyone help me with this?? is the problem because of encryption?

i update using save data option in miflash,now the phone stuck at logo or boot loop or some times show
encryption was interrupted.....
just with reset option
and when i press it ,the phone again stuck in bootloop
(i,ve tested the option clean data in miflash but no chance still the same)
my redmi note 4 snap dragon version is now stuck at the loading screen
the screen is mi logo and android at the bottom of the page with 3 loading dots
30 minutes passes now and still loading
I flashed my device using fastboot method with the latest version and the flash was successful but after the device rebooted it's stuck now on the screen mentioned above
so anyone can help out to fix this problem
