CM13 huawei P8 to honor 7 [DISCONTINUED] - Honor 7 Android Development

Hi everybody , this is alpha beta built port of the CM13 P8 rom from @nexolight to Honor 7 device

Bugs :
Signal isn't correctly reported but is as fast as it should be. (When you usually have 2 bars and 0 bars are reported you still have 2 bars in practice...)
USB_Tethering doesn't work yet Fixed :good:
Brightness Fixed :good:
Choice LTE 3G 2G Fixed :good:
GPS Fixed :good: (take less of 20 second to see sat)
Camera Fixed : video don't work , ZOOM is OK
Video recording ( Footej Camera ) : works fine in beta 02
FingerPrint : Fixed :good:
sometime apps crash :good: fixed
2nd sim card some job to do
IR blaster:
maybe others ..

Just to make it clear I'm not responsible for whatever damage this could possibly cause to your device. I provide those builds because the community would like to have them.
Don't expect much support from my side until the the ROM is fully functional.
About question you will ask :
1 : it is NOT CM13 papsi rom modified
2: i will NOT work on Papsi rom/kernel coz i'am a Donator and i WANT to RESPECT papsi rules
3 : i cannot build myself (small computer and knowedge)
4 : i do this coz it's funny as well
5 : if i see here any papsi bashing i will be VERY angry
What i fixed myself :
WiFi (P8 drivers don't work on H7)
Bluethooth (P8 drivers don't work on H7)
SD card (with some credits to Paulfasola)
MTP/PTP/adb (with some credits to Surdu Pedru)
Switch LTE 3G 2G
USB tethering
Brightness control
FingerPrint
Apps Crash
Video record with Footej camera app

as it is for developement only : it's full rooted , permissive and adb enabled (dangerous for daily usage)

REQUIREMENT :
As usual need to be Unlock Bootloader and on a MM rom (android v6.0)
You can use the stock MM B380 full, flashable with TWRP v3.0

B380 will remove TWRP recovery and NOT allow you to start bootloader with buttons, so do like that:
1: keep a copy of TWRP3.0.img on your SD card , flash the B380 stock ..
2: DO NOT REBOOT , stay on TWRP and choice Install Image , then flash TWRP to recovery again

I have debranded chinese model that didn't have sound working with papsi ROM but worked with all european stock roms should I give it a try?

Salut JC, yes, depuis maintenant 3 mois je passe mon peu de "temps libre" a ce projet, tout en essayant de rester très correct vis a vis des différents partis, en espérant que cela aboutisse a quelque chose de bien, (quand j'ai besoin de GPS, je flash ma CM style .. Qui a aussi fait l'objet de beaucoup de recherche. Des bisous :laugh:

Battery life changed dramatically after changing CPU governor of the big cores into conservative instead of performance.
Battery life now is incomparably better than stock.
Edit: some inconsistencies still exist
Edit 2 : does it support fingerprint sensor because I can't find it anywhere?!!
The most annoying bug for me is the frequent app crashes as I don't use camera that often .
