Guys anyway to decrease screen size...? In Miui 8
I mean like CyanogenMod rom it have a option to decrease font size and screen size ...
Miui have font size option but no screen size decreaseing option....(I mean everything look smaller in display)
Do you mean one handed mode? Swipe right from home button to back button if you're right handed, the other way if you're left handed.

I just noticed that my S2 screen has distinct green tint to it compared to my desktop and my iPhone. Is this normal for a Super AMOLED+ screen and is there and app or method to do a little colour correction to the screen so I get a more accurate display? I'm a designer/photographer so it would really help to have the screen as accurate as possible!
settings - display - screen mode. change as desired
Should get you a little closer to what you are after

As was said....
settings - display - screen mode.
I find Movie to be the most accurate. The other two options are oversaturated.

Hi
Using an unrooted phone, wondering if it's possible to increase the size of or zoom in on just the numbers/symbols of the notification bar...
i.imgur.com/Fodu33Rh.jpg
...without affecting the size/zoom of the rest of the phone's display?
Have browsed the Display's "Screen, zoom and font" section, but it appears as though it's only possible to affect the entire phone's display size.
I'm simply looking to have a larger clock/battery percentage/etc display when glancing at the phone from a distance...
Any insights are appreciated!
Cheers
I don't think is possible unless you have a rooted phone where those options are available also in a custom rom
I see. Thanks for the feedback.
As title said, my camera cannot display in full screen mode instead it only display in part of the screen as the black screen occupy by the button selection, can somebody help me?
You have your camera set at 4:3 resolution. Set it to 16:9 (slide left menu) and you should get full screen.

Is this suppose to be pro mode in camera setting? I mean if i set as standard to resolution setting is disable and I cannot click on the resolution. Only if I change to pro mode then only i can change the resolution but this is annoying since the pro mode show the information block the screen
To get full screen you must set resolution to 8MP 18:9 aspect if you have M10pro
Or 16:9 if normal M10 i think

No, don't need Pro mode. Just pull from the right side of the camera app. This will get you into general settings.
Chose 16:9 format, then slide the setting page closed.

Disable any add-on. (portrait mode, wide aperture mode) Then change resolution.
I am having the same problem on my Huawei nova 3e. The issue is not about the camera being in full screen mode. The issue is some items which are displayed down below cannot be displayed anymore. For example, if I go to pro mode, it cannot display items like iso, etc so that I can adjust the settings. Or if I click portrait mode, it does not display where to click for bokeh effect or adjust beauty
I have tried to lower my resolution to 720p with adb command , but the notch messes up the whole thing and you get black bars around the edges and a big notch like black bar on mid top of the screen , i wonder if there is an exact dpi and resolution for it to fit perfectly.
The best I got was a size of 967x2011 with density of 387. That's still a 19.8% reduction in in number of pixels displayed so I'll try it out. Sill leaves a small sliver of the status bar below the notch visible. Not ideal. I have been looking for a way to reduce status bar height with very little luck.
PS I know this is an old post but hey...
Thank you for sharing your knowledge, srahman! Did you have any recent luck? I found this from Saki-EU but I do not know how does it work properly:

Maybe, if you have time, could you check this out?
I want to set the resolution to 1920*1080, everything works, but when changing the resolution, the corners of the interface remain rounded. Also, a stripe appears from below, below the gesture stripe. Can you tell me what system settings to change so that the angles are straight? Pixel Expirience Android 12. Magisk is installed.
The phone has a 2400 x 1080 pixel screen format. If you enter 1920 x 1080, you won't fill the entire screen and you'll get an unused border bar.
you need to modify the system
