Do I have Sprint model or international? - Sprint LG G3

Hello, I recently bought this phone, when I check it from settings menu, it shows D855 as model number. Also back on the phone its printed D855 several places. But when I enter the imei on several sites it shows up as sprint carrier model LS990. My imei ends with 855, so I dont know for sure if it represents model number. So how can I confirm which exact model it is because I dont want to install the wrong firmware on it. Thanks

I have the sameissue , it says D852 in the about phone, d852 in adb, but ls990 on imei.info .
Because of the risk of bricking my devices I'm still on stock KitKat (rooted)

Hey.
I had this same exact issue last year. You can check my previous posts.
The phone is probably LS990.... IMEI is everything
Email me and I can help you in reverting fully to LS990

LG V10 SIM Locked - Not For Sale Unit

Hi All,
I bought a LG V10 T-Mobile thru buy& sell online and didn't realized that it still Network Unlocked. I cannot use it to other Network provider and I am very frustrated already. I already try using several unlocking sites but the codes for my IMEI are always cannot be calculated. I'm not sure if this unit is just a demo and cannot be unlock. I also check my IMEI number to T-Mobile IMEI Checker from their site but unable to verify my number. Done also chatting with one of T Mobile support but they cannot also help me to unlock my phone. They said I need to by a T Mobile SIM Card but it is not possible because I'm from the Philippines. There is also a note engraved to my unit saying "Not for Sale H960A Rev 1.0".
Please help me if there's still a way to unlock the network of my phone.
Thank you.

Are there any options for the H850K

A week into January and there is no information from Telstra about anything to do with its G5.
So i figured I'd ask here if there is anything that can be done to it (Custom Recovery, kdz flashing, etc).
I'm a little confused with the software version as mine displays 505 rather than a region code.
I can't help out.. But I can confirm I'm in the same boat, same '505' software version, bought it outright and unlocked from telstra.. Yet I'm sitting here waiting for the update that LG no doubt worked tirelessly to push..
My question is can we just flash the european H850 kdz over the H850K? as they both have identical hardware specs.. So far as i can tell the branding is the only difference?
If anyone checks this with a different model letter I'd be curious if AIDA64 or another system information tool recognizes the letter variant, as AIDA64 only mentions H850.
Incase you haven't seen this forum yet, if you skip down to posts made in december 2016 onwards, there are plenty of people asking similar questions, seems anyone having bought a G5 from Optus actually has the H850 (non-k) variant.

..got the prompt today.
Currently downloading nougat for the H850K
i think it has to be H805 European model, our 805 Australian model can't do anything.

LG v10 confusion Please Help!

I bought lg v10 2 days ago, (in Pakistan) phone shows its on T-mobile running android 5.1.1, there is no OTA update in Software update option but as i connect my phone with LG brigde it shows an update:
New Version: F600S30D (05-23-2017)
Here my Question is whether i should update my phone (as i dont want to brick it) or stay with the stock 5.1.1?
Also when i check IMEI of my phone it show F600S version (I'm not aware of t-mobile providing service in Korea)
Is my device korean?
Because what i found on the back of my phone (under the battery tag) is:
model no: LG-H901
Made in Korea.

note : i wont be writing the imie to the phone , i just need it to bypass an LG verification check on a tool im using

if this works its possible
Have a hunt for some sim trays in the country the phone is released in as the IMEI's are written in small writing on them and you 'might' strike lucky if all you're needing it for is to get past the security and not write anything.
Easily findable via Google with the following query:
lg us997 imei number

6th result here to be precise.....
And no, I'm not posting one here, for one thing it's almost certainly against the rules......

What's the status? Are you attempting to generate an unlock code via LG's website? If you Google LG G6 IMEI codes, you'll likely end up with U.S. Cellular US997 IMEIs 95% of the time. About 5% of "US997" models are actually USA Unlocked US997. If you just attempt to put in a USA Unlocked US997 IMEI on LG's unlock website, it will ask for the device ID which will be tied directly to that IMEI, so inserting a H871 or H873 device ID with a USA US997 IMEI will not work. You can check a device model and Carrier precisely here: http://imeipro.info/check_lg.html
