I have a client with an LG Rebel who has or has lost their account information or doesn't know it. I've reset the phone but it's still requiring the original username and password. Would a firmware reflash fix this and if so, where would you find the firmware?
Check out droid views dot com. Search for the bypass to find it. I just did it.

Hi,
I have an unlocked T-Mo Vibrant. I bought it from a guy from Craigslist. I didn't had the time to remove the primary account of the previous owner.I cant access the market for this reason.
What i need to do so that i can use my own Google account as the primary account?
If i do a hard reset will the phone again be locked to T-Mo?It is running the official 2.1update1.
I am currently in india, so cant ask the guy again to unlock it for me and i am simply novice in Android though i love my phone .
Thanks,
Suman

Do what I did - except I didn't need to reset the phone, but if you do, you should be ok.
Reset it to factory specs, then use the WiFi to access the market. As long as you have an account ready to register with Google. Get the SGS tool or whatever it is you need and you're set.
I'm no expert but that's how I accessed the Market.
If i reset it to factory settings the phone again wont get locked to the carrier....right?
Is there any other way other than factory resetting to remove the primary account.
I bought a lg optimus zone 3 off ebay.. the seller forgot to delete the google account so when i try to set up the phone it wants the info for the account that was on it before... the seller changed his password then gave me the info to get in the phone but everytime i put the info in it reset back to needing the email and password again.. heres what it says:
This device was reset.. To continue , sign in with a google account that was previously synced on this device..
is there anyway to just bypass this or some how delete the google account from the phone ?

Instructions there will definitely work.
May be easier option but this will 100% work because I've done it several times and each time it makes the phone "factory fresh"
I have an LGVS425PP Optimus Zone 3 on which I cannot get past the factory reset protection. It is not stolen. It does not present "Accessories" on the welcome screen after factory reset. I have tried to go into Talkback settings, "Terms of use" to open a Chrome browser and "share" as a backdoor to create a google id. Share does nothing when clicked. I also tried to right click in Chrome to get the "assist" option to go into settings, but it does not give the "assist" option. Finally, I tried the advice in this thread... using the LGUP software to "UPGRADE" to PP8.zdk. The firmware flash worked, but contrary to the assertion in this thread, the firmware upgrade did not get rid of the factory reset protection. I tried "refurbish" but the software gives an error that this firmware is not compatible with the refurbish function. So, is there any way I can circumvent the FRP on this phone? I'm out of ideas. BTW, I haven't tried the Tunglick tool because the screenshots did not show this phone in the menu of phones it can work on.
Hey guys I recently bought a phone and it turns out to be google account locked. I managed to find a combination file to flash it but it doesn't match the firmware.
The firmware is G965USQU3BRK1, and the carrier is sprint.
The combination file I flashed is COMBINATION_FAC_FA80_G965USQU3ARG2_FACFAC_CL13230190_QB18909595_REV01_user_mid_noship_MULTI_CERT.tar and it resulted in the picture below.

Any help with bypassing the google account verification would be appreciated, thanks!
Hi this worked for me on the s7 and was advertised as working for the s9 hope it helps I cant post live links so just add www

Sounds like a stolen one? Even if you bypass it original owner might have blocked it on network. So you might not be able to use it.

FRP lock is an anti-theft measure and I doubt discussions circumventing it is allowed here (i.e. if they don't allow discussions of carrier unlocking financed phones, how would FRP bypass of a second hand phone someone bought be allowed?).
Your only real option is getting the person whom has the Google account last used on the phone to sign in with the Google account used on the phone. Then after signing in with the Google account perform a factory data reset of the device. After the factory data reset the FRP lock is deactivated.
Otherwise the other option is to return the phone and get your money back.
Like the title says, my father just passed and we're locked out of his phone.
Don't want to factory reset the phone because all of his accounts are on there in apps and we're not able to figure out if we missed anything. Worried about upcoming bills and then any stocks or trades he did only in apps.
Currently the phone is requiring a pattern unlock and I've unsuccessfully been able to guess it so it kind of locked us out of doing anything. Can't even power off or reset it.
It's also saying "unlock the phone to use fingerprints." Does that mean even if we were to somehow guess the pattern would we still need the fingerprint to open the phone?
Is there a way we can bypass any of this? I looked into some programs and downloaded them but they all said they would erase the data if we removed the pattern unlock.
I have access to his Gmail via a tablet that we knew the pin code for but haven't been able to reset the password just yet. Not sure if having the google account password available will help us unlock the phone or not?
Any help or links to tutorials would greatly be appreciated.
By sheer luck I was able to guess the swipe unlock pattern so the phone is now unlocked for me. Mods can delete this thread if they want.
I am completely new to this community. But, I have a Samsung galaxy A10; that is currently locked and can not be unlocked, as no one knows the password or the details for the google account that is connected to it. I don't want to have to pay to have it unlocked. So, I was wondering if there is anyway to unlock the phone without it. I have tried to factory reset it but that just brings me back to a screen saying I have to input a password or log into a google account to continue. So any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
never mind I figured it out this tutorial told me how.(you do not need a sim card by the way)
