Lineage os formerly CyanogenMod always have inbuilt root access. You can enable root access from android developer setting by checking apps/adb or adb only.
Thanks. I was going to dual boot it together with TouchWiz.

Here you go with the kali nethunter installer for LineageOS 14.1 or any other Lineage Based 7.1.1 os i will design thread later since im currently not home
DOWNLOAD
Nethunter displays no root error in spite of SuperSU granting root. In developer options under root access, the only options are disable and ADB only.

There is a Custom Android 10 GSI available for basically all Treble-Supported devices out there, including Galaxy J6 (2018), here's a post from xda: https://www.xda-developers.com/android-10-custom-gsi-project-treble/
The topic says its running on Galaxy J6, the question is, did anyone tried it? How stable it is? Is there any bugs in it, etc.? Just curious. :fingers-crossed:

Yes, but I have not checked if these versions are working for your exact device model.
So please read carefully before flashing anything.
