Galaxy s3 9300 key combo not working - Galaxy S III Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I had a korean 4.4 rom on my galaxy s3, it was rooted I tried to go to recovery to try out cm 14.1, I couldnt get in trough key combo so I used application, did everything like many times before and after all installed, the phone rebooted and got stuck at cm loading screen. tried to leave battery out over night and then inserted battery and let phone turned on for a while and nothing worked, still could not get to recovery or download (none of the keys are working) so i load up odin and insert the jig, i get to download mode, try to reflash twrp, nothing i tried cwm and still nothing. I install everything back to stock and i get stuck at samsung logo (sound of the bootup silences halfway trough but led slowly fades and back on aggain )
So to cut it short, everything is working but i cant get the phone to boot and the key combo doesnt work (keys are ok and functioning properly otherwise) is there any way to get to recovery if you cant boot the phone and key combo doesnt work ?

Nope. There is no way to communicate with the device. You'll have to fix the buttons.
Beamed in by telepathy.

How do I do that ? The keys as I said are working, I have tested them before the brick. What could be the reason for the phone not going into download/recovery mode?

[Q] Samsung S6500 problem

Hi everyone, I have this weird problem with my S6500, or rather my younger brother has.
He tried to put on his S6500 (not D, this phone is with NFC) Cyanogenmod 10.1, after some ups and downs, he finally got it to work, but... camera wasn't working, it was said on the cyanogenmod page to flash with the newest update, he did that, phone worked good... almost, after he was blocking his screen, he couldn't unlock it, because there was some kind of white screen stuff, weirder was the thing, that he could hear all the *clicking* sounds as he was trying to unlock. He had to restart the phone every time after he blocked the screen, so he wanted the phone to function normally and tried to put his stock ROM back again. Well the flashing went well (as Odin showed) but the phone stucked in bootloop.
The phone showed the Orange logo (he is using his original stock rom from Orange Poland, downloaded from sammymobile) and then it quickly changed to Samsung logo, after that the phone vibrates once, and after that it vibrates 3 times really fast and restarts from the Orange logo.
He tried to get into Recovery mode, but coul;dn't (the phone doesn't react to any of the combinations we found - vol+,vol-, home and power and many others), and as I forgot to mention before, after every flash (while the recovery was working) he cleared data in menu of the recovery.
We also tried the different method to boot the phone into recovery mode (put it in Download mode, which works and then instead of going further by pressing vol+ we pressed the down button and held vol+,vol- and home button, but instead of going into recovery the phone booted in weird screen with small letters RAMDUMP MODE (ARM9 mode).
We tried several times to flash new recovery with Odin, but it doesnt work, the PIT file also doesn't work, or can someone provide me with the stock s6500 PIT file as I couldn't find one, because I read in the Polish forum, that screen mentioned before only shows up if there is a SuperUser app in the phone, so we need the PIT file to flush it.
So the problem is after flashing it with numerous cwm and original stock roms we couldn't get it to boot or to get into recovery menu, or get it working.
Also the hardware is all ok, as the phone is almost brand-new ( he got it from the Orange few months ago).
So help plz?
I have the very SAME problem with my S6500D. Same as described above.
Anyone has managed to fix this problem ? I have all needed tools.

Samsung S3 i9300 Stuck in bootloop

Hey everyone! Big problem..
I have installed CM12, Android 5.1 it's been all fine up until now, I was planning on selling the phone, so I factory reset it, that went well until it tried to turn itself back on afterwards.
My Samsung Galaxy S3 i9300t is stuck in a bootloop. I can not do absolutely anything.
I've tried taking the battery out, holding the three buttons, putting it back in, doing that with a USB, As soon as I turn it on, holding buttons or not it goes straight into a bootloop. I can't use odin to install the custom firmware again as I can't get into recovery or download mode or anything, once it's in the boot loop it stays there..
Any help is appreciated.

S6 Edge Stuck in bootloop - can't flash stock rom

UPDATE: I got stock firmware flashed on it, but as soon as it finished, it just stuck in the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge boot screen, and it won't even allow me to access recovery mode so I can wipe cache and whatnot. I'm running out of patience with this brick of a phone. It just goes straight to the same boot screen, not allowing me to get to the recovery mode. Are there any alternative ways to enter recovery mode, or alternative ways to wipe cache and partition? Please, any advice is welcomed.
Thanks in advance.
Try different odin version and cable before you messing with pit.

I had tried using three different versions of Odin, 3.07, 3.09, 3.106. I also used multiple cords and multiple versions of stock roms. And still, no success. It won't even stay off, every time it juices up, or is plugged in, it goes straight to the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge boot screen and stays there.
Mind you, I am not too familiar with anything outside of stock roms, some custom roms and rooting. Have not tested out much more than that. Any noob-friendly advice would be welcomed.
I had nand write start error once during downgrading my s6 from 6.0.1 to 5.1.1. I just tried odin 3.10 and it got flashed successfully. I was lucky then.

Well, I finally got one of the firmwares to work, it ran through Odin and everything just fine, but after it was done, it basically did the same thing, it stayed on the Samsung black screen, except without the red writing at the top..

Enter recovery and factory reset

I can't access recovery, the phone won't turn off, so as soon as it has any source of battery life, it just goes straight to the samsung boot screen and stays there.
Hold vol down+power button for 15-20sec. As soon as it reboot, hold vol up+power+home button to enter recovery.

I've tried that at least 50-ish times now, It just does not work, I tried it with a second or two delay, I tried it immediately after screen turns off, tried it so many times. No matter how long I hold them down for, it just stays at the boot screen. I can get to download mode just fine, but for some reason recovery seems to not be working.
is it a bootloop (it keeps restarting or it is frozen on samsung logo) ?
if bootloop you can try: plug in power corde. press and hold both volume buttons + home + power untill it shuts down. unplug power corde. press and hold home volume down and power for download mode. get another rom and flash it.
Hi i am having exactly the same problem can boot to download but not recovery, let the phone run out of battery and as soon as you plug it in again bootloop, i was running crisscross marshmallow rom ,custom kernel i have a backup but am not sure what or how to flash correctly in Odin any help would be much appreciated thanks .
Edit flashed firmware from sammobiles worked a treat .
Any updates on this?
I have this exact problem however I never attempted rooting my phone or changing anything on the firmware, I was on YouTube when my s6 edge crashed then entered boot loop, I CANNOT ACCESS recovery mode ,but I can access Odin mode. WTF everything is stock on my phone, never even heard of 'bootloop, Odin mode' before this happened .or even had to access my recovery mode on my s6. As I search the web for help I find solutions that require recovery mode, but I can access it. Apparently bootloop happens when people try to root but I never tired that. I don't even know what that is!
This just happened to my S6. Was watching YouTube then it crashed and entered a boot loop, can't access recovery, only download mode.

Flash stock firmware

Samsung Galaxy Mega 6.3 GT-I9205, Stuck in bootloop and Recovery mode is not working.

Hello, yesterday while i was cycling to work my phone suddenly turned off. i tried to turn it on but it didnt so i got the battery out for a few seconds and i tried again. my phone was in bootloop after that, at work i tried to flash few different stock firmwares on it but none of them worked since i cant access Recovery mode. when i do the buttom combination to access recovery mode (WMshua) it just shows a huge amount of white lines of text and goes back into bootloop after. i also tried to flash other recoveries using ODIN but none of them seemed to change anything. im quite out of possibilities and im not sure what to do.
Thanks in advance, Caikorn.

Help! S8 stuck in download mode and anythinh's not flashing with odin

So before the issue that I started having, my galaxy s8 was rooted but I didn't want it anymore. I just wanted to go back to stock ROM. It worked just fine until I tried to flash a stock ROM but ever since then the only recovery mode i'm able to access is download mode. But even in download mode, using ODIN I can not flash anything. I tried different firmware, different cables, different ports and different ODIN/PC and still nothing seem to work. It kept failing at the setup connection but I tried a dozen of fixes but still no luck. I am straight outta Ideas...oh and also I can't seem to turn off the phone, If its on....It stays on until the battery dies. And when I press restart by pressing the vol-Down button on the warning screen of the download mode... I get SAMSUNG GALAXY S8 logo in the middle and few info on the top left and this screen stays like this until I put in in download mode or the battery died.
