I have downloaded some new theme ios9 etc.. but when I apply the theme after some time it use to change to its old default theme by itself so, it would be great if u find out a solution to

If rom hasn't theme chooser,you cannot instal themes.
But if it has,just install theme apk,and use it in theme chooser.
If you want to install themes,flash rom that supports theme chooser,like CM9.
The theme center has very limited themes. There is no option to import themes in the theme center. How do I add more themes? I am using unrooted stock ROM.
