Download ROM->Download GApps package->Download Xposed package (Optional)->Put the zip files on your SDCard->Reboot in Recovery->Wipe Data/Factory Reset->Install RR zip file->Install GApps zip file->Reboot system.
*After rom booted go to settings -> configurations -> Miscellaneous -> Turn on selinux mode then give SU permission Turn off again and reboot

Recommended, if u use xposed must flash after rom booted and give SU permission for settings
Advice, Gapps Package Below tested Carefully and didn't find any issues with package, so use it and update manually

Download link not working. and is the whatsapp and gmail notifications working? most of the kitkat roms have that issue. whatsapp wont show incoming messages without opening the app.

A little flaw:
When the clock is set to the middle, the lock screen interface clock will be raised. But does not affect the use of. Just don't look good.. I am looking for a solution
