IMO, ROM is not really important though. As long as the kernel itself give the balance between performance and battery life. So agni & radon give a good balance between them.
I am on RR 5.8.1 and play Mkx, Nova, Rayman clash royale. perfectly fine and battery is also not sucked up even on mobile data gaming..
I didn't know the difference from miui except battery is better on RR.
If you only want to play vain glory anything is good to go

Yes, u can use parallel space on any ROM or device
Los + radon (gaming config) .. set cpu min 400Mhz and max 1017Mhz (to keep the temp).. no lag at mobile legend, and watching anime

For dual apps: I am using island by oasis feng. Much better than parallel or similar apps. No ad, no constant notification, not lag in message delivery.
Gaming: i mostly play Tekken dark resurrection on PPSSPP. I am not in kernel tweaking. To get 60fps without frameskip, i change cpu governor to performance during gameplay and return to interactive (default) thereafter.

i have done all of your suggestions. in fact, i got a new problem. when battle, loading only up to 50% and then, the game stopped.
after, i instal vulkan api, nothing happen.

MIUI is the best for gaming
If you are really an avid gamer, then you can get the best performance on the MIUI only. MIUI 7 would be the best choice. I feel the MIUI 8 is little downgraded with performance and also for camera.
i've a Kate and soon (i'm waiting a miui9 stable for try to ask again permission for official unlock of BL and in the while trying the last miui) i would like to mod my device and use custom rom/kernel.
I'd like to know if there is a good combination of custom rom and kernel that is better than miui for game / performance.
I play with Marvel Future fight that is really bad optimized for android and also with ultra low settings it lags .

Try Nitrogen os oreo 8.1 + radon kernel 6.2 , if not liked go back to miui9....

How to change CPU governance
Answered for my question about dual app with obb with different user id like Vainglory, my device kenzo, RR-N-v5.8.5-20171217-kenzo-Final ROM, with Radon Kernel 6.0, use fiture Users, just make new user on that section
Setting > Users > Add user or profile > choose : users then enter this new profiles, setting all and ready.
Back to main profile
Example dual app for Vainglory
Copy (folder com.superevilmegacorp.game contained obb+apk) and then enter folder path root/storage/emulated/10/Android/obb/ (copy here)
Then enter new profile (u can user power button to switch to new user)
Browse path internal/android/obb/vg path, there u can see obb and apk, just install vg and run
and congratulation, now u have 2nd account vg on new profile (works for me)
*Maybe this methode can make other app works using obb like Vainglory 2nd account, 3+ ? Hmmmm maybe
*Pros : this profile just for game, no incomming call or message from social apps, for other ?
*Cons : customized RR didn't fully pesent like press back button for kill app didn't work, fine on main profile etc, tile bar isn't full
Small effort, for dual apps ? Yeahh.....
If you really want to play games only then MIUI Epic Stable is the best....or RR-N final

This antutu was ran under the performance governor since InteractiveX is no good for benchmarking.

You probably did something wrong. Don't call it a fail . Make sure it wasn't your fault and if there VB is something wrong report it so the dev can fix it. Don't call their work a fail. If you don't like it just don't use it and stop being ungrateful.

The only time this happend to me i forgot step 3 of the install instructions while i was testing.

sure its his error on installation..even i forget to do it one time and flickers like he said..just go back to recovery menu and run it in ICS stock mode. then post some results or bugs.:good:

From my own experiance using the rom,
1.Seems fine no xloud though
2.With the bundled kernel you get 480P recording with others it may be possible to get 720P
3.Free ram is around 150MB but the init.d tweaks may reduce it further when you are ingame.
4.The only known FC happens when you try to activate the cyanogenmod updater from the settings menu wich no longer is in the rom.
This ROM is smooth, has okay battery life, and pretty good performance in gaming for ICS. But the only thing I found was that the touchpads don't work in every game, it doesn't work in NOVA 3. And also, it doesn't recognize ADB when the USB is plugged into the computer. But overall, I'm loving this rom.

bro flashing stock .587 is a vital option itself and might reduce the chances of conflicts....
@officiallysonyrebel tested the games,appolo and even the apps.. and gave me a notice that its smooth enough and bug free

1.Is this ROM only for unlocked BL?
2.How well does the 720p recording work (lag?)
3.How well do games work on it? (games like GTA, Dead Trigger, emulators) I've tested quite a few custom ROM's but game performance was a problem in almost all of them (especially GTA which seems to run nicely only on GB)

1. YES it is only for UNLOCKED BOOTLOADER DEVICES
2. YES IT DOES RECORD 720p videos if the kernel which you use supports the 720p video recording
3. We didn't test GTA but we tested MOST WANTED it was perfectly working with no lags :good:

i think alpha 5.2 or 5.3(i dont remember)..but whatever it is..i downloaded the latest version....u can hve a try...no prob.(some lag in high end games...vry less)

Yea cm 11 booted on galaxy y.. but it has sum bugs lyk system fc's and many more fc's
But I don't see anypoint in them trying this

Makeva nandroid backup through cwm and then flash it...if works then okay..if problem then restore backup...

new topic, since version 2.0 was one of the most stable, if someone has problems with the 3.5 can go to 2.0 without problems and sets a topic for each. And yes, the mod comes with uninstaller.

I mean, if you've changes this file before, remove the changes. If you have never changed, only install direct mod

rollercoaster battery
Hello,
First of all thanks to the developer. Having said that I must admit that this mod does not work for me. I have stock rom with solid kernel, I used to get 4h screen time. With this mod on I only get 3h screen time and the battery does something really funny. It may be at 50% when I start using the phone, and when I finish using it the battery would be at 30% I switch off the screen and 15 min later (or whatever) the battery is back to 50%. It is really a rollercoaster.
I will install Pegasus 2.0 to see if it is any better and report back.

Flashing Steps:
1.Download all the files from the folder(you may not download the apks from my gdrive also you can find those on play store too but some of the apps included are necessary for you to get extra features or some things to get working)
2.Wipe system,data,cache and dalvik (no need to wipe internal or external storage like seriously?)
3.Flash the rom then flash mm vendor camera zip(Optional): Install any additional packages.
4.reboot system and wait for 10 to 12 mins
5.you will see it is bootlooping(dont smash your phone)
6.hold the power button until it turns off
7.then turn on again and you will see that your rom booted
8.enjoy

Tested this rom for 1 hour.This rom is stable and has a very nice and fluid UI. This Rom looks nearly like MIUI 9( ).While testing this rom,I found that there are few other bugs which are not mentioned here:
1)import sim contacts not working...phone app crashes
2)cannot flash google apps(tried only opengaaps pico).Also after failed opengaaps install,the phone will get stuck on starting apps.I used TWRP 3.0.2-0 Carbon Fiber Light Blue Round
3)Screen won't light up after pressing home button after device is locked.To unlock the device,we need to press the power button
4)Default file manager does not show external sdcard and camera photos save in internal storage (maybe its the stock Flyme app's fault)

my pleasure and lemme check if i can solve your issues
1)yeah sim import doesnt work in many devices(idk its a fault from flyme maybe)
2)i already added gms installer on the download section so please use that and yeah if you are stuck on starting apps just hold the power button till it turns off and then turn on again it will be okay
3)its a common issue for most of the flyme 6 rom available on xda im still sorry tho for this
4)yeah file manager does not show ext sd card(maybe its a port rom issue or something) but please use ES explorer or something like that

i use only one sim so my mobile data works because i only use one sim
idk about dual sim maybe flyme just doesnt support this dual sim stuffs or idk

no u cant use it by only changing the kernel
u need to change the full base if u want to use the rom
and i would suggest you to port the whole rom with your base rather than doing these useless experiments and then ending at a bricked device

Hey...thx for these absolute rom...I didn't flashed the rom right now...but I want some questions answers...like as I used many roms such as cm13,rr and nobel rom...the prmbls
is tht cm13 amd rr is prerooted..and it can be xposed also..but there are many means many apps which we install in cm 13 or rr..the phones shows google playstore stopped..nd many apps get stopped ..and the package installer too got stopped...apps like:magisk,dls18,yourquotes,and many games also....
But the nobel is quiet good but if we tried to install xposed it sturck in bootloop...
So does flyme supports root amd xposed..and also it supports magisk
And it supports every app for it android version??
