if you succeed to boot the phone, root it and low the values of the CPU, around 1100-700mhz. Thats the only way to stop the random reboots.

I was in the same situation, stuck on the logo and blinking light. Flash the latest firmware
It should boot then immediately root, download kernel adiutor and low the values.

after flashing Resurrection Remix v2.1 rom,
I tried to enter recovery-mode using the Rom Manager app.
my device stooped functioning.
when trying to use it, all I got was the Samsung logo for 3 sec
and afterwards the screen blinked every few seconds.
fortunately download-mode was available.
so I managed to get out of this mess with Odin and stock ics 4.0.3.
I strongly suggest that you DO NOT USE Rom Manager.

What's the purpose of these steps?
I heard it's for entering the download mode.
But I can enter the download mode without difficult.
My problem is that I can't enter recovery mode and boot normally even after I flash stock roms by odin.

from what you've wrote - your case is nothing like the one I had.
I'm trying to help, not to annoy you.
I read that the battery procedure is recommended at such a case.
http://androidandme.com/thread/att-galaxy-s3-wont-boot-into-clockworkmod-recovery/
and it helped me before.
it's quick and cheap - what have you got to lose ?
if it doesn't help, double check that the rom you've flashed is for your device.
it's always good to check the rom's file md5.
i just woke up to find my galaxy s3 dead.
i tried to power it on, to have the "galaxy s3 i9300" logo starts to blink in a continuous way and no matter what i do the blinking continues in an infinite loop, till i remove the battery and power it on again and same loop of logo blinking again
i did access recovery, change recovery--> same loop
i did install original firmware through download mode that i can also access (via Oddin) --> same loop
i tried to install original firmware by different components methods (via Oddin) but IT FAILED.
i tried philz touch 4 recovery and it works like a charm with back up and restore -> same loop
so, what is the problem and how can i turn around it.

Since you can see the opening screen,I am sure it would go into download mode.
Press Volume up+Volume Down+Power to boot up the phone into Download mode.Connect the phone to your PC and see whether Odin recognizes it.Then, flash the stock Rom.

No need for service center, just follow the steps for flashing a rom through Odin and you can recover your phone to a working state, but grab all the patience you can and follow the steps CAREFULLY, or you'll have a really hard time recovering your Ace-i

I tried to flash the twrp Recovery on my J7 2017 or SM-J730F.
First i did everything as in the guide so i unticked auto reboot on odin and after it finished it didnt restart so i tried to get it in recovery like in the guide and nothing happened, it just stuck there i couldnt turn it off or do anything so i waited until the battery was empty and tried a new run but this time with auto reset. After it finished it restarted but it wouldnt want to go in recovery and always tried to get into normal android but it only showed the samsung screen turned off showed the samsung screen and so on. The only mode i couldnt into was the download mode. In it i tried to flash and other recovery that showed the same result and i tried to flash the original firmware. but Firmware flashing didnt even got trough and now i dont know what to do to get the phone to work again.
Please help me I just cant get anything on the Internet to this.

You shouldn't of tried to modify the phone in the first place and stood with stock.... First off you don't put auto reboot after flashing twrp you have that option off so you can reset the phone and hold the recovery sequence so it boot in recovery and twrp patches to your recovery partion

I'm assuming this a phone without a removal able battery so you should of reset via the little reset button in the hole and hold the twrp combination while it doing it so you would of caught it

No but there is always one on phones that don't have removal able battery for situations when the phone freezes out.... Google your phones emergency reset button it's usually a little hole in your phone where you put a pin in to trigger a automatic reset
