Hi, for relatively long time I couldn't find this boot animation anywhere on the internet and now the guy @rocknegi (glory to him) ported the legendary CarbonROM for kenzo here .
I immediately flashed it, copied the boot animation and just made it flashable for simpler use.
And I decided to share it, if there is someone interested like me .
It's original, simple and unmodified CarbonROM boot animation.

Got stuck at boot screen as well, unfortunately couldn't pull a log as I had to restore and go to bed asap for work today haha

Smali editing is very time consuming
I work on this rom. Unpack it,do somethings like adding and removing apps and repack using Extractor4.0 update provided by @rinart73 from this thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/android/help/extract-dat-marshmallow-lollipop-easily-t3334117/
I followed every step.
Everything done perfectly
Signed the zip.
But device stucks at CM logo.
I used the Extractor Update provided here by @rinart73 #80

My first Lineage based compiled ROM! And yeah I feel proud
First of all this ROM is only available for the SPH-L520 variant. Don't go installing this into another Galaxy S4 mini as they are not the same! Check out csendre as he has an amazing amount of ROMs for your INTL variant: https://forum.xda-developers.com/member.php?u=5416372 . Hopefully the Sprint variant isn't too dead, but here it goes nevertheless.
First off with the credits ("cause you can't save the world alone"):
@csendre -> for teaching me the Jedi's way of AOKP
@arco68 -> for updating the Sprint S4 mini device tree, and making a renewed Recovery
@Michael24884(me) -> for not letting the SPH-L520 die just yet...
This ROM includes all AOKP customization(too lazy to check and write them down
). Same thing as Lineage but with more customization.
There is a bug, if you go into AOKP customization, make sure not to Blur your status bar, nor your notification drawer, as it will force close the System UI, and in some cases not restart the System UI

Oh and by The way this Rom is rootable and should Have full xposed support too
For those who aren't clear, this guy changed the build date of AOSPA 8.1.0 to 2020, so that it could be installed over latest stock firmware. The build on AOSPA website was throwing errors while flashing, because it was built before .118 firmware.
Personally i'm not using this one (still waiting for PA9 stable) but i can see this coming in handy. Good work.

Hi, I want to try Paranoid Android on my Xperia X but neither the official image on aospa official site neither this version worked for me. The rom is correctly flashed on my device but after the sony logo image I have a black screen with the error message "Your device has failed verification and will not work properly." and then it shuts down.
I flashed the ODM oem.img v17 for Android 8.1 before flashing the AOSPA zip.
Do you know how to solve this problem?

Currently my Xperia X is broken...
But try reflashing the latest stock Oreo before using this

This rom is usable BUT it's just a old development build with a patch applied
There are a lot of bugs
If you find one please report it to me

I've tried flashing AOSPA after reflashing the stock Oreo and my Xperia X got stuck on Sony logo. I didn't flash the ODM oem image after reflashing stock Oreo
