See the screenshot.A guy has managed to fix greenish cam on LP and that too on an AOSP rom.Is it for real?!.It is still 8Mp though but atleast better than greenish cam.That means if we take cam libs from that Aosp rom we can fix greenish cam in any other Lp roms(say vibe ui etc).

I know the fix is in comparing ramdisk with stock but still.

Like i said , there is no fix.
In this AOSP , we had used the Whole BOOT.IMG
Also , this was all a coincidence.
What ever that AOSP rom was taken from must have had similar camera hals like ours

Yes,I believe we can boot a cpn3 rom in cpn3+ by just porting boot.img and replacing "frimware" in /etc.

If you haven't tried miui 8.1 or the latest 8.2.2 plz try those roms.
I was a big fan of cyanogenmod (Lineage os)
But now i love miui more than any custom roms. Cause it's faster, stable, customizable and awesome.
Miui 8 wasn't good enough but the later versions of miui are awesome.

In miui don't need delete "persist.camera.HAL3.enabled=1" in build.prop, yes in Lineage.

Yeah but i want miui camera badly
Camera won't work whithout disable persistent camera hal. If u disable that, google camera won't work at all, front camera in oppo app won't work either, not stable at all ( i flashed the patch ).

Tested for me, oppo camera is completely stable in Lineage, front and back camera.
Is the best camera for RN3P with diference.
Camera API2 brings nothing for camera quality in RN3P.

Hello, i need ur help who may already know better in cusrom redmi note 3 snapdragon. i have problem in installation custom rom, as an example now i can't use M-Banking Apps (because root access detected) cause in rom Nitrogen-OS root access can't be completely deleted though I have installed Nos_Unroot.zip as contained in nitrogen os thread. I think you can hide root with magisk. Anyways the aosp rom is rootless. You can go for that.

It's not work bro but dont worry now i know how to fix this problems haha. I use Aosp Extended (AEX), In this rom there is no root access. Now my problem solved)

Resurrection remix has built-in magisk to hide root.

i have tested the omni rom for 2 days i very stable
... its bugy but for the basic funtions its ok
now if you want i remove the omni and your rom from the list ???
No leave my Rom in the list I'm just telling that LOS 12.1 is 5.1.1 not 5.1 and it's up to you if you want to leave Omni in there if you say it's stable then ok I haven't tested.

Hmmm I think Oreo would be cooler. And I'm not saying now that its going to work but I'm actually working on Oreo thanks to ChronoMonochrome patches and help.
Its still a long way to a bootable ROM but well the patches will save me few weeks.

i see the post of ChronoMonochrome i think the oreo rom i still on alfa and the most hard part will be fixing the bug and make partaly stable... ad if the the rom boot you do you have any plan for build the nugart version ??

No im not planing on building nougat. I have a lot of job to do on oreo and well if that one boots then why would you want nougat instead of oreo it would still have a lot of bugs and most of the stuff will not work.

No I still have problems with boot.img (custombootimg.mk) and selinux.
Boot.IMG is not working and selinux is giving permission denied when system is booting so once boot.img will work I will disable selinux in kernel and will see then.
It will need some time.

The newest mi a1 have miui camera app when it comes on stock android os.
I think this will be an advantage
I doubt if there's a way to port the MIUI camera app from Mi A1 to work with custom roms in RN4. Both devices have a Snapdragon 625 chipset.
If you find a rom link, share it.
I don't think that would be advantage.. mi a1 has a 2 camera senzors... starting from kernel hal, framework.jar and all smali java porting.....
Maybe im wrong but i think its hard task especially bcs of two camera senzor on mi a1.
But OnePlus 5 has two cameras and still that port works on our device

Yes, I am using it. Bokeh mode takes some time to process. After clicking the photo, you don't see the photo for few secons in your gallery. Apart from this, its working as expected.

Yes, I am using it. Bokeh mode takes some time to process. After clicking the photo, you don't see the photo for few secons in your gallery. Apart from this, its working as expected.

Not sure, I have the latest RR ROM and I flashed it in twrp and its working fine.

But unfortunately i found a bug on version 316, it force close everytime i shot a photo with front camera

it will work with asus zenfone 3 max zc553kl ???
this device use snapdragon 430.
I ported miui rom to my asus, but camera and fingerprint always with bugs!
to speedup image processing and remove any lag in stock cam ui i tried several magisk mod, i dont know which of these are actually worked for the purpose. i am attaching the ss. you ppl can try your self.
