Hello, so this is my first post here, I have a Huawei Honor 2 U9508, and made an Online Nandroid Backup and I've searched EVERYWHERE for how to restore the backup, but looks the only way is through CWM or TWRP, which both don't work on my device, and all I got is the Chinese Custom Recovery, the problem is, I DO NOT SPEAK, READ, WRITE Chinese. D'x and I don't even know if it's possible to restore through it, any help would be appreciated :/ Thanks in advance...
Hi,
i want to build a Custom-Rom for my new Huawei G620s. I don't like EMUI and the other Huawei stuff. In past i had a Galaxy allways running with CM and it was perfekt, but i crashed the display.
I dont find any full-functional Cutomrom for my G620s so i want to make my one, first only with removing Huaweistuff and replace the Launcher and some apps/pics/sounds
My Problem is i nowhere can find the actuall Recovery-Image B256 (latest Version), where can i get this Stock-Rom?
How can I make a full, i mean really full and flashable Image of my actuall Rom? I want to bavkup my actuall system, then do a factory reset, dump that rom and recover my actuall systrm so that i can work on Rom and use my Phone at the same time.
My Phone is rooted, Bootloader is unlocked and CWM is installed, adb is working, as OS i have Windows 7 and Linux Mint.
Hope you untetstand what exactly i want to do, for samsung it was really easy to find Stockroms and flash them with odin but for my Huawei i can't find really helpful infos :/
All i found here is not exactly what i am looking for.....don't understand how to backup really everything from the phone and recover it later. And in almost every Tutorial there is "get the Stockrom to work with" but i have no idea where to find the actuall for my Device.
Hope you can help me and sorry for my bad english

fixed your issue man?
Hello, so a few days ago, I tried installing LineageOS on my Huawei G Play Mini, model chc-u01. As I was inexperienced I eventually messed my phone, and now it has no OS at all (I wasn't even smart enough to backup). I've been trying to install official firmware with no luck, using either the dload method, the original huawei recovery, and twrp recovery (honor 4x version).
When I try installing an official rom using the dload method, it seems to work right until the end, where it gets stuck. I don't get any error, it just simply gets stuck right before ending.
When I try installing from an update.zip using stock recovery, I get a "cust fail" error. It also says something about country/vendor.
TWRP just fails everytime, whenever I try to install any rom at all. Probably because it's an old version. Can't install a newer one, for some reason.
I never changed my phone's firmware, ever since I bought it. It came with Android 4.4 Kit Kat.
Can anyone help me? I've been trying to fix this for almost a week now, with no luck.
I rooted a Huawei H1611 6.01 phone and switched the navigation app to FGL Pro. I had been working on hiding root from Pokman Go. My son came to town to visit us and he said he knew what to do. I let him have the phone and when I got home from work now all I get is "Your device is booting now". So Its bricked. I still have access to TWRP and Fastboot & rescue, To top it off he lost my micro SD card with all my backups. I've been trying to install a stock recovery rom and no luck there. There are several stock recovery roms. Tried B150, B160 amd B170. (but I may be doing it wrong) I'm not familiar with much of this and was hoping someone had any ideas as to what to do and how to get there.
Thanks for any help you can provide!
