TWRP won't decrypt my Phone

I have unlocked bootloader officially. Have the latest TWRP available for Kenzo, latest firmware, using Aroma Gapps from opengapps.com, NitrogenOS Oreo 8.1 latest build.
I encrypted my phone from the privacy settings in the settings app due to obvious reasons. Now while booting into android, it asks for encryption password and the set password works here, but when i reboot into recovery, TWRP asks me for the encryption password. Here starts the problem, even if i put the correct password, it won't decrypt my data saying that the password is wrong. Previously when i was coming from miui, the decrypt function of twrp worked flawlessly.
How to fix it, please help !
Just full wipe and format internal and reinstall custom Rom.

Due to oreo 8.1's security twrp can't work here. You need to use latest version of twrp. May be it solve ur prblm. Encryption is unique way to encript data. U have encrypted ur phone by ur phone's default encript option. So, try to decrypt by using default option. If you haven't found that, you need to format to decrypt.

1) iam using the latest official twrp for kenzo
2) the official way to decrypt my phone is to reset it, that is loose all data.
Btw i did use an encrypted lineage os 15.1 and twrp worked back then and i don't remember doing anything different.
P.S. i do miss blackberry playbook OS

Root with unlocked bootloader on miui 10

Guys I need root but don't want to lose data and internal storage so my question is this
With unlocked bootloader if I flash twrp after wiping just cache and dalvik and then immediately flash magisk or maybe reboot to recovery and flash magisk, will my data remain as it is and will I get root.
I understood I will lose twrp on first boot.

No data will not be deleted but you will need to flash lazy flasher after that in order to boot properly. But i would suggest wait for a stable twrp recovery or official twrp ?

Magisk or twrp doesn't delete your data ? since you have already unlocked your bootloader .

Agreed, but to the best of my knowledge we have to flash FDE and then format everything fir twrp to stick. Not sure about root though, that's why asking. Prepared to lose twrp if I can retain root without losing data.
First install twrp and format everything.. then reboot
It wl encrypt data automatically. Again flash twrp and then format then install force encryption zip and then install magisk. BOOM!
You get ua recovery n root too.

I can't get rid of data encryption

I think that flashing stock ROM will force-encrypt your phone. Try a ROM which supports decrypted status. Do it after formatting data.

You need to flash Force Disable Encryption after you formatted the data . Without FDE most of the roms encrypt the data before booting. Hope that helps
Install rom , then without reboot flash fed then wipe cache and dalvik and reboot

Data needs to be formatted via TWRP in order to backup

Hi,
I've tried about 5 different roms on my redmi 5 plus during the past few weeks, And the only one that works for me well is the MIUI 10 global. So i did installed it from fresh :
1. I've flashed it via Miflash using original MIUI 10 Global img file (Clean all and lock)
2. I've unlocked the phone with Xiaomi unlock tool
3. I've used adb command to flash TWRP 3.2.3.0
4. I've flashed magisk 17.3 (I tried 18.0 few days ago and it wasn't recognised with the latest magisk manager 6.1.0)
I've noticed that when I want to make a backup via rebooting into TWRP recovery,It asks me for a password to decrypt some partiton on TWRP startup, So I can't creat a proper backup like I want to, Since some partitions are inaccessible to TWRP.
I thought that wiping data would help, But after I configure all the apps and try to backup via TWRP recovery, The same password/decrypt happens again.
I have no lock screen password (i don't use lockscreen at all).
is there a way to fix it so i can do a proper TWRP backup ?
Thank you

Problem install custom rom via TWRP

My device is Mi 10 5G (umi). I have unlocked bootloader and install rom Xiaomi.eu 20.3.28.
Today, I go into TWRP, do wipe Art cache/Davilk, Data, System, Cache then format data.
Then I reboot to install another room. But now it got stuck there.
Sometimes it says System_root file is read only and cannot mounted. When I could manage to mount system, I could not install any rom. It fail after system partition unpacking. It says that /system can not mounted and keep bootloader to stuck with TWRP. I do not know how to deal with it.
Please help me!

I came from MI Globe without success ( system read only) in recovery.
You must renew the internal partition structure.
Install with Mi Flash the enterire Europe fastboot rom EEA

I mean Mi-Globe rom, not global rom. You could find them here. Their rom is based on Xiaomi.eu rom.
