Hello! A good friend of mine demonstrate that note 7 is a realy powerfull multytasking device. 5 heavy most demand games in android opened and played. Not one reload. Iphone and one plus cant do that. Guarantied. There are some small apps that are made not to role in the background. Please watch the video. Note 7 exynos Is the real thing when there are no problems with batery, reboot or any other. My friend got a perfect device from samsung store Romania.

I am finally pulling the trigger on getting a Redmi Note 3 Pro/Snapdragon 3GB/32GB
But there is really one thing that's stopping me at the moment...
I saw earlier posts stating that the Dark Grey/Black variant has a yellowish tint screen and that they use a crappy/old screen on the Dark Grey variant:http://en.miui.com/thread-264272-1-1.html
and Gold variant didn't have any of this problem they said and I even saw post saying that the Gold Variant has the best screen out of three colors. This is really bad news for me since I especially I want the Dark Grey one.
Can anyone confirm if this true or not? But if it is really the case, I guess I might go with the Gold one since I really want this phone
I have white pro version 3/32 and black special edition 3/32, there is no difference in screens, they are same... Ps. black SE is taller only 2mm and is much better looking, white have those black visible bezels and I dont like it...

I see, thank you for clarifying things up! But what a coincidence. I recently just found out the word Special Edition. And I am getting confused about the iterations of Redmi Note 3's
What's the difference between the PRO 3GB/32GB and Special Edition? Or they actually the same?

No that's not. SE supports LTE Band 20

I got my Redmi Note 5 (SD636 ) 4 days ago and noticed something strange right away. When media is playing through the speaker, let's say from Spotify or YouTube, and I connect the earphones in the jack while it's playing, the phone takes some seconds to stop the speaker and play on the earphones.
Also when I play PUBG and enable my mic in-game, the sound starts playing from the speakers. Like it ignores the earphones completely. To fix that have to remove the headphones, minimize the app, open it again and then connect it once more.
I'm not sure if it's a bug or just compatibility issues, but the earphones are fine. They are the from Samsung and I got them with my Galaxy S7. I currently don't have another pair to test.
Has anyone else delt with that? Any tips?

Yours is not pro because global/Chinese version of whyred. It's named pro only in India.
Hi. Didn't quite know what sub-topic to post this in so forgive me if it's the wrong one. Anyway, I want to buy a Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 phone and need to know the following:
- is the GPS/navigation feature any good? This is crucial to me since I'll be relying on it to get me where I'll need to go. Are there any reported problems with it?
- is the screen display bright or at least readable in sunlight? My current crap android phone is utterly useless in direct sunlight, or even just outside on a sunny day.
This will be my first high performance android phone. Will be upgrading from a cheap Unimax U673c phone. I plan to use it with Red Pocket Mobile service on this plan. I live in western Massachusetts. Thanks for any help.
This forum is for other device. Go to redmi note 5 pro forum (global version doesn't have the pro but xda named it with Indian version name with pro).
Anyway on redmi 5 plus gps works very well and for me the brightness is correct outside when sunny. I think for redmi note 5 will be the same...

Hello, i recently bought a new xiaomi brand device (Redmi 6A 2gbram/16storage). I encountered so much bugs/errors in apps and games. Sometimes apps force closes in the phone but in my old one (Samsung A5 2015) has almost no crash at all when using apps. The games i played was Honkai Impact 3 and Skullgirls. Perhaps, it was the MIUI rom? Android 8.1? or the processor? I searched for solution everywhere but none found. The phone is cheap but i saved my pocket money to buy it please help I don't want to waste it. :crying: Much appreciated. Thank you....
