Can't factory reset nor unlock bootloader - HTC One Max

Hello Guys,
I have a relocked HTC One Max.
Suddenly Google play services stopped and the device always reboots every 5 minutes. After reboot, everything returns exactly as it was before the reboot. Same notifications appear, deleted files and uninstalled apps return, new files or apps disappear, everything is exactly the same. I tried to do a factory reset it goes well and the device reboots but after reboot, again, everything returns exactly as it was. I tried hard reset from bootloader same thing happens.
I tried to unlock it again. The unlock token is flashed successfully and the unlock warning appears on the screen but when I press "yes" it reboots into stock recovery. When I reboot into bootloader, it is relocked again.
So basically, I can't flash any custom ROM because it is locked, I can't flash an old RUU because I am on the latest one, I can't unlock the relocked bootloader, and I can't do a factory reset.
Any ideas about this issue? I would be really grateful and appreciate your help!
Thank you!

My crazy story

I have a stock HTC one from t-mobile. I have not rooted or even gone into the bootloader menu until now.
Here's my story
I tried to install an OTA update.
Phone got stuck at the HTC one screen with the beats logo at the bottom.
I restarted multiple times and it never made it past that screen. I even left the house for 4 hours and came back to the same screen.
Here's when things got strange
I boot into bootloader to do a restore and at the top it says
*** TAMPERED ***
*** LOCKED ***
Keep in mind I have never so much as been to the bootloader screen, so it goes without saying that I have never unlocked the phone, rooted, or flashed any roms, custom or otherwise.
I try to restore, and it brings me back to the bootloader screen.
I try to do a factory reset, and it brings me back to the bootloader screen.
I get the RUU from the HTC website.
I proceed with the RUU, phone goes to a black screen with an HTC logo in the center, a few minutes later I get a signature error.
Try again, same thing.
At this point I say screw it, I'll just unlock it and flash a custom rom, no biggie.
I go through the steps, get my unlock_code.bin and send it to the phone.
CMD says it's successful. But the phone doesn't change to the unlock confirmation screen. It just stays in the fastboot menu.
I go to the bootloader menu, and poof! The tampered bar at the top goes away, but it still says locked.
I try unlocking a few more times to no avail.
I then attempt the RUU once more thinking that since the tampered bar is gone, maybe this will help somehow. this time when it says it's booting into bootloader on the pc, the phone tries to actually boot.
of course this doesn't work, and I get an error saying the RUU can't communicate with the phone or something.
I reboot into bootloader, and the tampered bar is back, I do what I did last time to take it off, and it works.
I run the RUU again, but this time when it tries to reboot into bootloader I hold down the power and volume down buttons, trying to get it there manually. But it just tries to boot as normal again.
Now I'm at a loss.
I reboot into bootloader one last time, and run the RUU without doing the steps to take of the tampered bar
RUU is successful (WTF) and phone reboots just fine.
Just for ****s and giggles I reboot the phone into bootloader,
The tampered bar is gone... now it just says locked.
I have no Idea what happened. but if anyone else has similar problems maybe something in what I did will fix it... Who knows.

[Q] LGP760 V20i-eur-xx unable to unlock bootloader !!!

Hello,
I have a lg p760 L9 V20i-eur-xx which has locked bootloader and I cannot unlock it no matter what I try. Also I made the mistake to try to flash cwm recovery and now I'm stuck at Lg security error. I can still get into sw/upgrade mode but that is far as it goes. I tried so far LG flashtool, no succes, kdz flashing no succes. Smartflash no succes. It seems like nothing works. I was using win 7 x64.
Is there any feaseble way that I can recover my phone and get rid of the LG security error?
Is there any way to unlock the bootloader?
Thank you very much I know most of you are sick of it but please help me ...it's my only phone and I'm lost without it. Thanks in advance.
By the way, how can I check if my bootloader is just locked or encrypted. If it's encrypted then I believe there is no chance of succeding.
Factory reset. Simultaneously press power, menu and volume up or down, the other position bringing up recovery.
I had unlocked the bootloader long ago, but had to re-root a couple if days ago in the process of updating baseband. I could update the rooted rom with LG's service flash tool w/o losing apps and settings, surprisingly, but could not get adb to work with Win8.1 x64. Trying to invoke fastboot menu on the phone earned me the factory reset, now all was gone and still no root and no way to recover anything. No problems with adb on the netbook running Win7 x64, however.
I have an similar issue here. But somehow is triggered suddenly (means I no do nothing specially, at a time I tried to install CWRM, the QuickBoot, and after I assumed that is not clear for me how to unlock bootloader, let it as it is). But starting to Saturday I have random reboots/shutdowns, random LG security error boot screens, I performed an factory reset, and now I am stuck.
Now I am on a "S/W Upgrade" "please wait while upgrading..." from more than a half hour (initiated from LG User Support Tool.

[Q] Bootloop Issue.

Alright, so after having my Fire HD 6 rooted for a few months I started experiencing some random restart issues. I decided to reset to Factory Defaults as I believe that it doesn't touch root (Please verify that one.)
Whenever I clicked on Facotory Reset, however; it immediately restarted and DID NOT RESET.
Then I tried to boot into TWRP and just reflash 4.5.3 (Downgrade) but when I tried to boot into recovery nothing happened, it just booted as normal. Thinking that it was just an error on my part, liking the wrong buttons, etc, I tried running 'adb reboot recovery'
This yielded the same result, just a normal reboot.
I have since unrooted my Kindle to try to update to 5.0.1 (To downgrade again)
Upon trying to update, I restart with no change just like in Factory Reset.
This leaves me with no Root, and no Recovery.
Next I tried using Fastboot to reset it, which now leaves me in a reboot loop that's stuck on the "Fire" logo.
TL;DR:
I have no root, I cannot get into recovery, I cannot access bootloader since ADB doesn't have permission without me giving it (Again, bootloop)
Overall, I'm kind of screwed, any help appreciated.

Please help.... I see you random viewer >.>
I think if someone had an answer they would have posted. Unfortunately, fastboot doesn't work on the 2014 HDs, and it sounds like that's what put you into the bootloop. At this point I think your only option is to contact Amazon for replacement if you're still under warranty.

You're sure fastboot doesn't work? I believe I have used it prior to this with no issues. (By the way, warranty is out >.<)

Bootloader screen doesn't indicate fastboot mode. Getvar doesn't return anything. If flash commands worked, I'm sure someone would have reported it.
If you haven't tried all button combinations, you should. (You know, hold down power; try power and vol down; try all three.) Without recovery that's all I can suggest. Sorry this happened.
I got the same problem too.
I tried to root and install gapps follow this tutorial. Everything work perfectly.
One day, my Fire's battery was empty and it turned off. I charged it and when it started, it falt in bootloop. The screen show amazon about 8sec and reboot.
I booted into twrp and flashed only 2 files update-kindle-full_ariel-20.5.2.2_user_522053520 and supersu, try to make it work but it didn't
Now, when i hold power button , "Amazon" and then "Fire" appear and it stuck there.
I tried to get into recovery by power and volume+ but didn't work, the screen show "Amazon" and reboot and stuck on "Fire" again.
What should I do now?
Sorry about my English.

Need help to unbrick an HTC One M8 (ATT)

Real quick back story: Originally this device was being rooted to try to perform some data recovery after a factory reset. Everything went fine to unlock boot loader and root phone, TWRP was used as a recovery manager, but after installing SuperSU it wouldn't load from the booted device (error about binaries missing when clicking its icon). So a newer SuperSU zip was found and installed, and then the phone bricked on reboot. Just would freeze at the HTC logo with white background.
Fast forward to no longer needing the data recovery, just want to restore back to working condition. The boot loader was relocked and the latest RUU package from HTC was downloaded for AT&T build. Booting to the boot loader and setting it to fastboot USB, everything works fine running RUU (tells me current OS version and what it will flash to, etc) until it gets to the point where it says it needs to reboot to the bootloader on the RUU software (even though that is where I am initiating RUU flash from in the first place). The phone reboots to a black screen with HTC logo, and then the RUU software gets error 171 that it cannot communicate with the device. When RUU gets an error, there is no retry, only exit and start again. I read on another post someone said don't worry if this happens, just hit exit, run RUU again and it will pick up and continue to flash. However when you click exit on RUU, the phone reboots back to the white screen with HTC logo and hangs there.
Does anyone have any advice to get this device back to a stock android install? Thanks. If there is a better sub forum for this question, please let me know and I will post there.

Mi 10 randomly bricked and unbricked. What's next?

Here's the sequence of events. I am not rooted, bootloader locked, never flashed anything to the device. Using phone as company intended.
1. Yesterday night I turn off the device only to notice that it is bootlooping. I can't force shut down. Whatever, I do, nothing would shut down the device completely. Pressing power button for over 15 seconds or anything.
2. If I try to go to recovery, it automatically chooses reboot and goes back to bootloop. Only fastboot works.
3. I install Mi flash tool and download ROM and try to install only to get device is locked error because bootloader is locked. This happens at the "Erase Boot" stage.
4. I try this couple of times and just before giving up, I try to go to recovery again. This time however, recovery opens and it doesn't choose anything automatically.
5. I click the "Repair" option and it just boots regularly and goes in as if nothing happened. No delayed boots, no installs or anything. Just regular boot and goes in. Data is intact. I am now using the phone for a while and have not turned off again.
What should I do next? Flash current version of ROM (already have latest) through the Updater app? Anything else?
Unlock bootloader first
If u get this problem again, you can flash easily with mi flash tool (bootloader should be unlocked)
Somewhat similar thing happened when my sim reader was broken, was just restarting and even after removing (if it managed to boot) sim card it said no service thinking there is a card and would crash from what I assume is a nullptr, this phone sucks
