Hi Folks,
So I have a Lenovo Yoga 8" tablet, the 830F.
I wanted to install windows on the device, preferably dual booted, but I cant say for definite I would not convert it into a windows only device.
I have so far read that "ChangeMySoftware" is a fraud of a software and should not be trusted, but if anyone has any suggestions on the best way to proceed to enable both android and windows to work in harmony that would be appreciated.
Thanks all
James
Why not trying the limbo pc emulator?
With that, I installed XP on my smartphone.
If you want I can provide you the apk file!?

Note: If you have plenty of time, try too the Citrix Receiver app from Play Store, that enables you to run Windows 8.1 RT on any android device!

Many thanks, I would be happy to consider both options! Which one is likely to work the best would you recommend?

I've been a-hacking, and just made this video showing a range of things you can do with the Q:
http://youtu.be/6rb4iQDBom0
This includes 3D streaming of games through OnLive, potentially making the Q comparable to the Xbox despite not having as beefy hardware.
Let me know what you think, and please add to this list of functionalities if you can.

I have xbmc installed on my Q...
it launches, doesn't force close. I can't test it better until my otg cable arrives so I can connect a keyboard. For now I am controlling the Q via siaxis PS3 controller so I'm still having to send occasional commands via adb.
For now I can only move around the interface in XBMC - not sure what key to send in order to select any of the menu items yet - enter doesn't work and neither do mouse clicks.
Found a recent xbmc apk here: http://www.androidpolice.com/2012/0...eres-what-it-looks-like-running-on-a-nexus-q/
not so bad
What the artist/song in the video...the youtube info doesnt match...at all.
To control the Q look into the official XBMC remote app in the market. Sends commands via http.

Turns out my new DNA does not support many apps in the Play Store - Flash, XBox SmartGlass, and Rhapsody being the most disappointing. Rhapsody TS was useless, suggesting that I needed a software update, but of course none are availabe.
Does anyone know if this is a Jelly Bean thing, or something specific to the DNA? Could it be that Jelly Bean doesn't support flash, or the other way around? Wondering if anyone has any info...
Thanks!

AFAIK its because of the 1080p display. Stuff will get updated soon.

Adobe discontinued Flash support as of Jellybean, it's not DNA specific. Try side loading the apk and using with Firefox.
BBC news app is not compatible either...
Curious about CNN which is still MIA for the Nexus 7 (which ticks me off compared to their iPad app).
I was able to get a link from a Rhapsody support rep. It worked great. http://labs.rhapsody.com/android

Hey guys,
Here's an unofficial app for the EasyWeb interface from TD Canada Trust. It's basically the same thing as the Android does, but without any buttons. It's just loading a mobile friendly version (as the BlackBerry device ID).
The XAP is compiled and in the ZIP file along with the source code. Use it, don't use it, just built it so that I could have a nice looking TD icon in a live

I personally prefer KAT's Android app. I'm not sure if it's available in the Play store. I just happened to come across it while browsing kickass.to's website from my S4 (in desktop mode). Prior to KAT, I would use Swarm.

Oops, just realized you wanted the app to pull search results from all known torrent sites. The app I suggested is obviously specific to kickass' site. My apologies.
