I opened a discussion for that problem. At the moment, it cant working. I do some research about that problem, maybe possible to activate but maybe there is some hardware limitation too. (work in progress)

I assume you are talking about the Redmi Note 5 (International)/ Pro with the codename "Whyred" which has the dual camera setup. If you are talking about the latter, then head to the forums foe the Redmi Note 5 Pro.
How can we know which version we have?
