Hi guys please help
I am going to order this
https://www.coolicool.com/stock-in-...-snapdragon-820-215ghz-quad-core-57-i-g-45242
which model is this? X820 or X829?
what ROMS are compatible with X829? the same as X820 or something different?
please explain
All the ROMs work on all models (x820, x821, x829.) The one in your link looks to be x829 (based on 4/64 config and lack of band 20.)
ok many thanks!!
so I will go to buy this model
https://www.coolicool.com/stock-in-...-snapdragon-820-215ghz-quad-core-57-i-g-45242
is the store OK to buy?
thanks!

Hi folks, I'm planning to debrand my Chinese version UL00 to european L01 using Multitools, my concern is that will I lose TD-LTE band 38/39/40/41 since the above bands are not configured in any european models? Did anyone tried this before?
Cheers!

In theory, it won't work the way you want it to.

Why do you think it's software?

its not about the model number, t think its about hardware,
but i strongly suggest not to change your model number, do not even try to do it.. because few members got their imei lost due to this..

The band support is a hardware thing, there maybe a tutorial out there to unlock some bands on qualqom devices but I don't recommend it, and unless you want to lose your imei I strongly advice you not to flash other variants' firmwares

If you are not fond of custom ROMs, then yes choosing the 6x is the better choice.

Yep that's where I got mine from. There was a bit of a delay initially on shipping. Took about 5 days before they actually shipped it. Otherwise it was great. Great communication from their customer service and all. I got the phone in 3 days after it actually was shipped out. Paid about 18 bucks for fastest shipping option

Does the UK version support LTE bands 2, 4 and 28? Is that the one with LTE+(4.5G) enabled?
Thanks

No idea sorry, but I'm in the UK so I thought it was my best chance of getting this thing to do better because at the moment it's terrible.
