1st post so be kind
I'm looking for a decent shockproof case for my new U Ultra, previously had SamsungS4 and S6Edge and had 'Love Mei' cases on both. Construction is a rubber tray around the handset with a bolt together 2piece front and rear aluminium frame. Never lost a handset through crash damage with cases from them but i am REALLY struggling to find one similar for the U Ultra.

My Brother has a SPIGEN Neo Hybrid for his One M9 but i'm dubious if it offers the protection i want/need, and in any case they dont list anything yet for the U Ultra.

Tidy. Just ordered myself one. Only bit that I'm not wild about is the carbon fiber but there's no real alternative on the market at the moment.
Also got some screen protection like the one you have... Should turn up in a couple of days. #excited

Looks sharp. I have the sapphire blue model and I've been using the clear case that came with it. I have also ordered an LK clear case that will have a bit more coverage for the exposed bits by the HTC case.
Question: what screen overlay are you using? Considering one and want something thin and hopefully silky smooth, with a good oleophobic coating. Thanks!

I have the same Spigen case as Marusaia and think its a great case as it doesn't add too much bulk IMO and looks great and does whats needed also as an added extra it negates the camera bump when laying it flat on any surface so you can use the phone with out it being unstable.

Just bought this case for the Note Pro, I really like it. It may be on a sale now but it was just $13 which seems like a really good deal.
The case is faux leather with micro-suede interior. The pockets on the inside are mainly useless but otherwise I really like the case. Images are below.

If on a flat surface, if you have it in the folded position, it is front heavy and does not work. You can open the case and sit it vertically like the attached photo.

The problem with these cases is that they feel really, really cheap. That mars the experience of having a nice tablet.
In your opinion what's the best S8 case?

I am somewhat disappointed by the fuss around the Mophie Juice Pack. I was thinking of purchasing it and got to the site and saw the Coming Soon icon. So I have to pre-order or what. Then I came across the I-blades S8 modular case. It is the same price and if I am waiting I would wait for this. It adds 64GB micro-SD, plus capabilities of attaching additional modules. Looks good, doesn't add bulk when it's not charging. Nice
today i got the Pitaka amarid phone case and have to say its wonderfull. very strong, ultra thin, fits perfect, grip is also good. almost like there is no case on.

Yes it is not cheap and i must say well worth the money, i was not happy about the samsung thin case because it was to slippery and also the spigen ultra thin fit is not that perfect for the same reasons as the samsung one and also it is not that thin!
I have the Otterbox Symmetry case. I'm very happy with it. It was on sale on Amazon for $19.

Don't buy these cheap "magnetic frames". The magnets around make the compass unusable and the steel frame lowers GPS signal. Like really much.

My phone looks kinda ok..
The case while it looks likes, doesnt have the lip to stop the front and back side of the phone from touching the table. I got a tempered glass for the front, this one was fairly think so pressing the home button you can really feel the thinkness. I got the slickwrap naked series for the back, didnt want to hide the colorful Twilight color and it does come with the camera glass cover also, so it does provide some cover from scratches.
All in all, I enjoy this setup. I have provided links.

You know I bought one from Aliexpress and I've noticed that wifi signal and network were weaker when using it, never tried.thw.GPS though. Too bad since it's nice and thin

just got a genuine spigen case, and damn it looks ugly. I tough the clear case would be nice, but on a second tough it looks like a cheap chinese phone.
The first finger prints cleaning gave scratches...
I've tried and see on youtube some cases, and imo, the most prenium look one is this one (im still using this one since day one, love it) :

I got this from ebay, there's few sellers with those '' auto focus '' case. The back plastic is not that bad at all, few light scratches since 1.5y.
Black rubber part still look almost like new.
Which case do y'all think would look best with my Lime Green S23 Ultra I ordered? UAG has 3 of the new Monarch Pro Series with Magsafe capability and I can't make up my mind

Because I like the way the UAG Monarch cases are made. I work in a machine shop so I can't go with a clear or white case to show off the Lime color because it will get so dirty
Kevlar all the way baby, I have been looking at these today, just trying to to decide pro (magsafe) or not. dont use magsafe but good to have the option. Will the pro work properly with Qi wirless charger? is it good ok for the phone to have the magnet from the case stuck to it 24/7.
I have the Monarch Carbon on my S22 Ultra. We will see this year as the prices seem to have gone up a bit
The kevlar UAG case failed to do it's only job in less than 6 months and don't expect much from their customer support when yours does hold up. Save your money and find something else.
