Is there a way? I'd like to increase the size of the clock/notifications in general - they're tiny!

No response so far on my question. You have to root which means you will not receive stock OTA which I cannot afford.
Mistake to purchase Xiaomi phone

Apply some other theme with bigger font in status bar.

[Q] 3MINIT FRAMEWORK and icons colour

Hello.
I've just installed a mod from this thread and I have a little problem with it. I would like to set all notification icons to blue instead of grey, just like on screenshots on first page. I can't find where to set it. Is this even possible with this mod?
This is how my notification panel looks like after installing this mod: CLICK.
I was trying to ask in the mod's thread but I need to have at least 10 posts to post there...
Thanks.

Gap of status bar; System UI 240 DPI?

Hi,
Im trying to make my status bar at 240 DPI but when I do that there is this small gap between my window and the bar. Anyone knows how can I go about doing it?
Used: Xposed framework and per-app settings
No one knows?

Regarding?
Don't tell me using the search function because I searched before asking.
Tried all settings but I couldn't get away the gap between my main window and the statusbar.
One of the solution was:
Settings
Storage settings
System UI
Android system
All changed to 240 DPI but there is still a gap
no, not about the search. read the rules. all of them

Anybody found a solution for this???
Same question too. Used xposed app settings as well, since the notifications were too big in height for my liking ( i have a few persistent notifications)
I also have this issue...
If I change android system then I can't get the keyboard to display correctly (tried different keyboards and doing settings) and if I change system ui, then there's the gap

Date not visible in notification bar in Samsung galaxy Grand Duos i9082 Android 4.2.2

I can't get my phone to show full date on notification bar.
I have rooted my phone with CWM Rom.
Is there any way to make font size smaller to show entire date on the notification. I really struggling to access date when needed. Just looking for a customising options to shink font size of notification bar.

Since you're rooted you can change the DPI in build.brop (/system/build.prop).
If you insert a lower number everything will look smaller.
Since you're rooted you can change the DPI in build.brop (/system/build.prop)
Actually I haven't done that before. Could you explain exactly what I have to do.
Thanks for the reply.

First of all, read about build.prop and how to edit it, it's a extremely important file. You also have to backup it.
Search for something like ro.sf.lcd_density=(your actual DPI).
If the value is 240 (per example), change to 200 and reboot your device.

It worked. ..
But Home Screen Shrunk.
Its not a big problem.
But is there a way to make it big again.
Download wanam xposed
U can customize each and everything u want on your notification bar status bar lock screen
It helped me
Hope it helps u
U can also set the clock and the date in the middle if u want
It looks awesome
For downloading it search for "xposed installer for galaxy grand by xda" on google
After u install installer open it and click on install framework
And u are now two steps away from it
Go to download
And download gravity box
After downloading it go to modules and tick it
Go to status bar tweaks and tweak it the way u want
Hope this helps u
Best of luck
Do give me ur feedback

[MODS] Remove Carrier Labels and Precise Animation Scales

I recently read about the use of RRO theming for the s8, so I took some practice and made this.
This mod basically hides the carrier label (AT&T, Verizon, etc...) from the status bar on the lockscreen and in the notification center (bottom).
You can see in both attached photos there is no carrier in the top left status bar and bottom of notification center.
Apk here: https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B8DTpyUdT0UAeDF5a1E2OE5XVkU
Any thoughts? I'm making more of these mods. Give me ideas ;P
EDIT: I forgot I made another one. Gives you more precise animation scales in developer settings.
Can't add another photo since I already published so here's a Google photos link:

Nice, @Tigerhoods sent me this and is better than what I was currently doing. I just added .27 and .75 animation scales. I like what you have done more. We have both been putting our heads together and see all what other kids we can come up with. I am currently trying to get access for those of us who are carrier decided to remove the ability to display the weather icon on the lockscreen. I can add the access to a different XML, but because the original XML does not show the fragment, I can't currently get it to work. I asked in the Q&A thread if anyone had the the name of the shortcut.
If you want we need to get a telegram group together and see what all we can come up with. I currently have everything I have done on my git.
I made an oem unlock switch show up in a different area hoping to help out with root, but there is more that the Java files do when the switch is turned on than just a simple switch making a system broadcast.

I can't seem to figure out a way to take a screenshot of the lock screen, but just so you know if your carrier removal overlay is used with pimp's center clock mod the status bar icons (4g, signal, battery) all get super blurry on lockscreen...almost looks like multiple icons all laid over each other but not quite aligned.

Thanks for the report. It could be an issue with the way that pimps mod works making it incompatible with mine. I can look into it.

So I turned my pin/fingerprint lock screen off, switched to none/swipe, then back to pin/fingerprint and for whatever reason that seemed to fix the issue.

I down loaded and installed this. But I don't see an App called Galaxy Carrier Hider. Where does this show up in Settings?
Sorry for the dumb question.

Go to your file explorer and long press this APK and then select details and look at the name. That will be the same name that's in the settings. Are you wanting to delete it or something? It's not going to be an app, it's an overlay.

Is your carrier's name gone from the status bar and the pull-down menu? If so then this overlay is doing its job.:good:

Under Properties, it shows as "Galaxy Carrier Hide". But when I search Settings, it does not seem to show up even after reboot.
Yes, Carrier Name is gone indeed both on the lock screen and status bar
I am running the renovate 4.0 Rom if that matters on a S8+

Then you are good to go since carrier icons are gone. If you're wanting to uninstall it look for com.galaxycarrierhider.

I just uninstalled substratum/Samsung add-on, custom navbar, and anything else that might interfere. Even after I uninstall this app, the quick settings do not reappear
Very nice! Works like a charm.

Question Any ways to increase fonts size in statusbar?

It's really a pitty to see that samsung phones are the only smartphones that don't allow increasing the font size in the statusbar while we have huge screen estate, at least using the oneui settings.
So is there a way to increase the font size in statusbar? In the end of day my eyes are tired and can't read easily the clock
Just checked, can't do it either on my Xperia IV or Pixel Pro 7? You sure that other phones allow you to do this?

Not everything, statusbar and icons that you can resize later with your launcher
