Hello everyone... I'm in need of serious help... Bought an HTC one m8 off eBay and I just want to update to marshmallow..... Have tried everything but the RUU just stays stuck on "sending" for hours.... What's more weird is when I go into recovery and set it for fastboot usb ... The software version on that screen actually says 6.0 the version I'm trying to update to but my phone is still on 5.0... How is this possible? Help techies

I know you're getting tired of this questions, but I searched for hours and still can't find a solution to my problem.
I was trying to root my HTC One X (international) when I did probably something stupid, and now I'm in boot loop (only normal HTC logo appears). My HTC One X however is unlocked and my hboot version is 1.39. Also, I managed to install 'ClockwordkMod Recovery' via a command on my computer.
I just want my old factory settings back please, I don't really need a ROM anymore lol, I just want my HTC One X back too work :crying:

I have this major problem with one HTC HD2. I got the HTC from one friend who tried to put on Android but he didn't do it well. So now the device is like this: When you start it up it goes directly to that 3 color screen. I try to put Android but it just can't. The device dosen't want to run the bootloder or in oder words i can't install magldr. Can someone help me I just need a little help, because my old phone is almost broken and i need a new one, and if i can fix this phone it will be great.

i had my cousin root my htc one x+ last year. and just last month i downloaded the ota update and installd it, once installed the phone rebooted but got stuck on the htc logo screen. i tried to do factory reset but still nothing happened. i need help, i don't usually config my phone. im not techie..hope that i can get ideas and help to you all, your expertise in this type of errors..
Hi , i am new here and i am a newbie to this sort of area.... I had successfully rooted my htc m8 about three months ago and was able to update the software accordingly .. but last day i was trying to update my htc m8 to android lollipop 5.0.1 but i updated to Google play edition update .. i wanted to change back to htc sense version and i downloaded the software into phone rot storage and i tried to install just like i did to install google play edition .. what i did was unlocked the bootloader then flash recovery image then install from the phones boot loader and everything went haywire.. now my phone is stuck in the android logo when tried to start my phone .. i tried to side load but it didn't work.. i tried recovery nothing there too. .. Please help me.. i really don't know what to do.. is my phone damaged?..
So I accedently wiped my system through TWRP. I have no idea how to turn it off to get to bootloader mode nor what to do after that. It is rooted btw if that helps. Also I keep trying to lock it like it says in the instructions to root it but it get stuck on bootloader mode. but first is there a way to get of of the HTC mode? Its an HTC desire 610 from AT&T.
does nobody know? I need to fix it before tomorrow I got work and I don't have a cell phone.
