Hi,
I Have a Blackview BV5000 with the recent Update to Marshmallow 6.0.
I need to root it. It seems to be a way installing TWRP recovery first but I don't know why, it fails. I would prefer to maintain my bootloader locked like I did when I had Android 5.1 installed.
I already tried KingRoot with no success.
Does anyone knows how to make a successful root in android 6.0 without unlocking bootloader? Even temporary? I needed that for some programs I use.

Can Anyone Make A Video On Doing This Root Method? Or Possibly Just Helping Me Out. Had The 5.1 Lollipop And Used The Klickit Tool Which Then Unlocked Bootloader,Gave Me Twrp Which I Then Flashed SuperSu. Pretty Easy Right?Well I Was Given A Replacement Which Had 6.0 MM And I'm Completely Lost On How To Unlock Bootloader, Install TWRP Which Will Allow Me To Then Flash SuperSU If Someone Could STEP BY STEP Video That Would Mean A Lot And Give Me Some Better Understanding. It's very easy to do. Just Google Search how to unlock the bootloader on the V10. What model are you using? Is it a T-Mobile , Atat etc?

I have the t mobile variant. Every time I attempt to unlock it states it's unlocked but when I reboot the phone. Or does not inform me I'm unlocked like how it did when I had the 5.1 lollipop. Also then try and get twrp and root but no luck. Please give me a email or pm.

Still no luck, i have been looking now for a month.
Still No Root?!
I have tried every solution I could research.. Root Genius, Srs Root, King/Kingo Root, Framaroot, Sp Flash Tool, you name it. Okay XDA.. Is there a true solution?

what version do you have?
Still No Root?!
It just says Doogee X10 in the Model #. . Dual Sim Unlocked. Its a china phone so either MTK6795, OR MTK0633
Update Doogee X10 Chipset
I tried using several scatter files in sp flash tool, and the chipset is stated clearly as MT633
I think TWRP on this phone might be a lost cause, i have given up on the idea.

Wondershare for Android, Titanium Backup for Android, use OTG for this - tricky because everything in knowledge base for this stuff is usually just follow same as X5, but X10 has these details.

The 6.0 has default features though, Try contacting Doogee for a Factory Reset Instructions due to reading fixed corrupted pics. They might have a white paper dl that might include ROOT,
might need to translate into the territorial language but if you prove ownership you should be able to get that, maybe if you scathe a china web portal about doogee updates you migh find some useable links there
Magisk works. Make sure you:
Unlocked your bootloader
Know how to use fastboot
Have a recovery.img
Understand that if you choose to root, we are not responsible for loss.
There is no custom roms that I know of - however can build one, please do!

I'm using this phone as my secondary device. I want to flash Lineage OS and for that I have to install TWRP recovery. In order to do that my bootloader should be unloacked. I am unable to find anyway to unlock my bootloader. Any body who can help will be appreciated. All guides present online give me dead link to huawei site to get unlock password for unlocking bootloader. anybody help plz. I'm fed up of this EMUI.

Emui unlock page is down, I used this for an friend of mine: https://www.xda-developers.com/honor-huawei-bootloader-unlock-page-disappears/
But I think that doesn't accept requiest anymore...
You may paid unlock it with about 5€
Lineage is petty cool, you may also try DnD or Slim7

me too! if treid with the mediatek-flashtool and ADB to root with "unofficial" TWRP but after flashing the device will NOT go into the TWRP-recovery... anybode an idea??? regards, chris

Re-flash phone's Stock ROM ( Android 9 Pie ) to get rid off of the failed TWRP installation and to get back Stock Recovery.
