.
Night shots are amazing if you have a tripod.
Macro shots are also great.
Pretty good stuff
Here's a couple of shots between yesterday and today; the 1st is a picture from Gardaland on the Flying Island, while the 2nd was taken on Garda's Lake, from a city called Lazise. I'm very satisfied by this phone's camera, and actually it is one of the three reasons that blocks me from going on a custom ROM
Edit - Didn't took these pictures on maximum resolution, but at 9M (3968x2240, 16:9)

Yeah it's very nice, the city is divided by a wall between the old part and the new one, the old is really awesome. A water blue like the sea, even if it's a lake... Surely not clean as the sea's water, but hey ducks and swans was enjoying a bath! I can't say this for sure because I've been there only a day, but to me Lazise looked like a city with a lot of traffic in summer due to a whole of restaurants, commercial activities, the lake, camper areas... there was an invasion from so many Deutsch and Austrian people!

I don't agree! Photo Skill > Camera Quality.. Camera is decent enough! 3.1 MP is just good.. By the way no off topic. We don't want camera review...
Cheers!
What about this
It's 3.2 MP. Does take good pics in proper light but really sucks in dark light. And aimad, those are some great pics, seen them on facebook too.:good::highfive:

If you think those are nice pics you should see a pic that's not so grainy... No offense OP but those pics don't seem the best? I don't think I could do any better myself though but I have seen some beautiful pics come from these cameras but I think it just takes time to learn all the settings and get the feel of the Note 2. The first one is not too bad though... :good:
Fair point. What is a good setting in low light on note 2 to have better pic? I am overwhelmed by different settings. ..

Like I said, I probably can't do any better than that myself! I just know that the Note 2 and S3 are capable of VERY nice pics and the settings have me all confused too... I try to stick to outdoor pics with good lighting and I always get good shots.
Yeah but were any of then note 2s you saw rooted unlocked and romed? lol

Hmmm only mistake I see is this post.
Why what's wrong with the post mate?
Sent from my LG-D802 using Tapatalk
if your issue is the "partly sunny" with the time of day, and showing the moon graphic, that's mostly an accuweather problem, not an LG problem. accuweather sucks at reporting, period. on the HTC flipclock, they used accuweather to. must be some sort of bs contract with the companies, but HTC's was always wrong. it would be like a monsoon here in my town, but accuweather would show "cloudy" or "partly sunny" but it was raining for like a week straight lol. terrible.
My HTC one S weather was always spot on ☺
Sent from my LG-D802 using Tapatalk
how about reporting it for your region to accuweather? their sources for your region may be off, so they can use better sources, but they wouldnt know if you didnt report is.
also, like above, learn to distinguish lg vs accuweather vs user error
try a refresh see if it fixes stuff.
also do the weather udate from update center if its there
send from the jungle

As others have said, LG don't provide the weather app...
On a lighter note, IIRC the Moon provides more sunlight than the Sun in North Manchester...
Lol

I like HD Widgets because you can select from 3 different sources. Funny how different they all can be. Icons and forecast change depending on source.
Also some report current weather while others report forecasts for later.

I assume you meant entire LG R&D team as well as management team are idiots.
Hmmm, I am speechless.
OP there is always SWAPPA.com you can take your device there and sell, buy another....or just change your apps/widgets...Thread Closed.

Good morning, and sorry, I didn't mean for it to come across like that. I think it would get a lot more exposure in the general thread. I like the idea, the camera on the g3 is out of this world.

Believe it or not the stock camera editor there's so many cool tweaks
I think one of the coolest features is the ability to place an image for your Always on Display.
So here's a thread so that the community can post and share what their AOD image is.

Wouldn't using an image be bad for the display? Since the image is always there would it not cause burn in in the future?

What if a pixel is green and moves to a spot that is also green and never changes colors because the image is basically green. Will it cause burn in? I don't know exactly how burn in works so thats why i'm asking before I use images in my AOD. I want a picture of my cat in my AOD . She passed away on my lap on Saturday :'(

Sorry to hear that. I really don't know how samsung handles this, I personally don't see any movements with the pixels. But I haven't had any burn-ins, maybe it's because the AOD is dim and wouldn't cause any burns even in a long period of display.
