I cannot find this answer anywhere.
How can I edit the properties of a shortcut on my nova screen on my lenovo p2?
This is Not to change name or icon.
I want to edit the shortcut so that Firefox starts it and not chrome.
I do Not want to open the URL up in Firefox and then ask it to create a new desktop icon, I want to directly edit the shortcut.
Thank you.

Can some one say to me what is the name for the file of this pop up's background please?
Many thanks by advance
'Add Item', it takes you to 'Add to Home screen' editing for adding widgets and shortcuts etc.
Thank you for your answer but it's the name of the pop up background file than I need, I would like to give more transparency to this pop up .
I was wondering if there was a way to link to standard go launcher folders to save the need for a separate folder app. So far I cant find them when I try to put a shortcut to them in programs like swipepad.
I'm looking into the answer too. I want to add a go shortcut to show app drawer in swipepad.
anyone know how?
Hi, I'm trying to figure out how to create default homescreen layout in a custom rom. For example - I want to have phone and messaging icons in dock and web browser icon on desktop as a default setting the user will get after rom installation. Where to find settings for this?
Thank you
So everybody says that it's impossibile to add folders to the shelf, but it is not true any longer on condition you have a touch enabled chromebook with the google play store enabled.
Just download Jina Drawer and you'll be able to create Jina folders. Then create as many folders as you like and follow the instructions to add the folders to the home screen... Then you'll find the folders inside the chromebook launcher: just long press on them and add to the shelf. Choose transparent theme and close folder once an app has started.
With this first step you can add any android app to the shelf.
Regarding chrome apps, apart from the file manager and chrome remote desktop and few others (which cannot be added to the folders), they are basically links to urls, so you can donwload More shortcuts, which will let you create shortcuts inside any Jina folder. You'll just have to manually add the icons.
Here's how it looks

Edit: for the remote desktop, you can alternatively use the beta link https://remotedesktop.google.com/access
Black background window, vice floating folder.
I shared a video to show the problem I'm having.

Haven't been able to find out if there is an option to create shortcuts to specific desktop pages. I know I can point shortcuts to home but this isn't what interests me.
