What's your opinion of the Umi Z Pro??? - UMi Z Questions & Answers

I just had my Moto g4 plus 64 stolen, I've used Moto G' for a few years now and they're brilliant, running stock android and no need to root.
I just ordered an unique z pro from eBay after watching a few YouTube reviews who all thought the phone was brilliant, now after looking on this forum there are a few saying do not buy.
If you have one, are you happy with it with official software? (I don't plan on routing a new phone)
I haven't receive it yet and am beginning to regret the purchase so it may have to go back!
I was looking at the Moto Z play but this is £130 cheeper.

I received mine from Gearbest five days ago. I also read all forum topics and was skeptic about the phone, even thou made a video of unpacking it.
First of all - the phone is absolutely brilliant - I have NONE of all problems people talking here: battery life is good - more than 5 hours with display switched on, apps orientation is fine, display is perfect - no scratches or anything else, my SD card working just perfect.
I got the phone with V3.01_20170321 ROM, 2 days ago it receives the v.3.01_20170408 as OTA update - NO problems at all.
Charging is slow, even using standard charger (I usually charge my phones while they are connected to PC).
Sound of the speakers is gorgeous, loud enough.
The phone is using pure Android which is good.
The camera is simply outstanding.
Also NO problems with Wi-Fi or 4G(LTE) - in my country Bulgaria all mobile operators are using 1800MHz for 4G. The coverage and the signal is on a maximum level.
For the money I've paid - this phone is super!

Thanks, have you got a link to your video?

I didn't upload it. The video is for my personal use - in case something wasn't OK when I got it, it would be easier to claim for money back or replace the phone.

More or less I can report the same. So far after a week, I have no hardware or software issue with the phone. Seems to be working as advertised. The only issue I had was with a few applications which simply refuse to run, but I didn't dig further to see why they FC. If intending to run it with no root and unmodified they it should be perfectly fine. Even though the os is AOSP based, I'd still prefer to have the possibility to run anything I'd like, such as Lineage for example. When it comes to charging, Im not sure what should be classified as slow or fast, but I think the phone charges in about an hour if I'm not mistaken. And one thing I'd like to see improved is the final quality of photos, since in the preview everything seems sharp and detailed but the captured photos seem somewhat pixelated for my taste but on the other hand I haven't explored that much the settings. In general it appears to be a good phone.

I have my Phone since a Week.
Very good sound
Good screen(thank's to Sharp! Real good Japanese quality)
The hardware is perfect
I received the Phone with V 3.01_20170321
I had some problems with the OTA Update 3.01_20170408:
- had to reset and recalibrate the gravity and compass sensors. Easy to do
- I had more problems with the radio 3G/4G. It lost a lot of times the GPRS connections and the modem had very big difficulties to reconnect it back on network. I can partially understand, my provider share his networks and frequencies with an other provider. But no excuse for Umi(digi ) i had never problems with other phones. Umi have to follow clearly the established protocols and do more tests !!
I reinstalled the firmware with flashtool with full formating. Since, it seems ok.
In all cases, I'll waiting a few days before I authorize the upgrade on Nougat(as soon it coming )

Some good non-sponsored reviews: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g6UAkAU02cU&t=0s
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=49Bxa2Sy9Ck
I think those cover the bases pretty well.
One note is that the wifi radio is worse than my nexus 4 which is pretty sad. Wifi is really important.
Overall I'm happy with my $234 phone but it's definitely not the 'best budget phone.'

Disappointed with the Camera
I have a Nexus 6P and in comparison to it, Umi Z Pro fails in every aspect in terms of capturing images.
The camera on Z Pro is quick and it doesn't have similar focus as 6P.
But the image quality is okay, they hyped the phone for camera but I think that's not what they implemented.
Built quality is excellent, for a phone of this budget and stock android experience is a plus, no bloatware is a bonus.
I bought the phone regardless, my only regret is I can't get 4G data, as the bands are not supported.

I have had one for about 2 months and I can't see why others are saying not to buy one.
It is well made, reminds me of a galaxy edge in its design. I have never had any software problems with it. The screen is nice and it is responsive.
The 4g in my area is hit and miss, and the UMI z Pro doesn't do as well as my previous phone (Lg G3) for getting a 4g signal, but it drops to using 3g where the 4g signal is weak so not really an issue. I would say that that is the only negative thing I could say about it, but it is no deal breaker. Remember that it costs hundreds less than Samsung, LG etc's flagships, and in my opinion, it is well worth buying.
I am looking forward to the android 7.0 update, which should be soon.
Enjoy your phone and don't worry about making a bad purchase.

Just ordered...GearBest just shipped it from EUwarehouse to replace my worn down S4active

I received my Z Pro about 4 weeks ago.
The first impression is very good.
Super design and the hardware is top for this price class.
So far (almost) everything works perfectly.
The camera still has certain weaknesses.
That was with my UMI Super already so.
The focus does not seem to work properly.
The photos are very blurred/cloudy.
Only in bokeh mode the photos are good.
I hope UMIDIGI finds a solution and fixes this problem with one of the next updates.

Okay...got mine yesterday....
First impressions are good, but without making any changes to the stock ROM some apps are not working (maybe CPU or ROM related, i have to figure that one out in the coming days....)
For instance Firefox Browser didn't work for me (FC) but uninstall and reinstall seemed to do the trick. Also MX-player Pro tells me: 'component files are corrupted or android internal modules are not compatible with current version'.
ANother thing is that i can't manage to get it working with my Samsung Gear S watch ...but i think i'll find a way after some research...

Really slow, only me?

Was eager to test this when I got it yesterday. Starting the camera takes a long time, up to 7-8 secounds!
Anyone else? I also feel the phone is general luggish. Just came from A Galaxy S6 wich is really fast in every way.
Mine too is really slow. Seems a bit more responsive while charging...

Exactly the same for me also coming from a S6, maybe with 3gb ram S6 better?
Uninstalled AVG and some google stuff and a bit quicker? maybe AVG?
Don't really see if it slow. Few apps on the same time using gps and wifi/mobile data like Endomondo, OruxMaps, Here + YouTube and switching between them is without problems.
But starting apps - I agree - isn't that fast. The camera starts very slow, slower than Samsung S3 i9300 or Samsung A5.
Mine takes about 2 second (locked screen, holding camera button). I uninstalled most of bloat and disabled camera apps.
indeed it is bit laggy compared to z3compact - i can hope it will be fixed in the next software update
Is it that laggy like on the video below?
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6Om8LHKMwjU
Hell no! Is is rather compared to Z3c Ui performance It can be slow while restoring apps and I hope this was thenissue on that video.

Slower than my z3c. Might as will stick with my z3c than.
Can't believe this is the case, must be true if many of you are witnessing this considering this is not even available to the masses yet.
Disappointed top say the least

After changing the home screen app to Nova luncher it's better.
But some stumbles a micro-twitches are visible on longer lists (30 elements - 4 full screens of scrolling).
The most problematic list is the list of widgets - the lag is very visible.
I've recorded the screen https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AATep4o83tM
It seems that it haven't influenced the efficiency of device.
on 00:10 there is scrolling and the comparition to status bar opening.
on 01:03 is scrolling in gReader
Just saw the YouTube video from above
That's drasticly slow
I think that this problem is going to be solved in near future and that this guy from the video have to have a broken model. I'm definitly buying this phone, but I will wait for about a month to see if this is common problem or not. Also I'd like to see some price drop.
Well I wanted a compact..... I live in the USA. When they were announced I was disappointed with the build quality but still wanted a yellow or white one. Since I have to import it, I come to learn yellow and white are carrier exclusives and not available unlocked. I ordered a normal Green Xperia Z5 instead. I'm coming from a Note Edge, the screen size will be a lot less of a change than going to a compact. I've been still debating cancelling the Z5 and getting a compact. This slowdown might be the final nail in the coffin for the compact for me. Hopefully the extra gig of ram in the Z5 helps it fare better. I really don't want the z5 compact to do bad, I want all Sony phones to sell well, as I like the Xperia brand and Sony needs a win.

Well I am going to wait for the Amazon release (I mean dispatched by Amazon). (I've pre ordered it in Amazon.it with shipping to Spain).
So If I have some kind of problem...I could return it easily and wait more time for a (potential) new revision of this phone.
But two things:
1) A lot of common issues (I'm seeing on the web) could be fixed with a software update.
2) There is no Z5 compact replacement. The only good alternative is the Z3 compact, which is a hi-end 2014 Phone with probably 1-2 years more of Android updates, and (at least where I am living) there is no big difference in price. (I'm currently using a Nexus 5 2013 and I can't stand this size anymore, I want something smaller, comfortable in one hand, like my old Galaxy Nexus, and the Z5 compact is the only one with similar size).
I am wondering what to do as well. I have a z3 compact now, with the ill famed spontaneous cracked back (it happened while I held it in my hand) and really wanted the,z5 compact. But should I pay so much money for a new flagship that's slower than my 1 year old phone?

I have changed from z3c to z5c and find 5c much slower and more sluggish than 3c. Hard to believe that a newer phone is so much worse than the old one. Camera quality may be better but it crashes as well so not very useful.

I think if you havent started it for a while it takes longer, like 3-4 seconds. Once its been started once, from the home screen it takes about 1-2 seconds. I think starting with the camera button while locked adds like 2 seconds.

Do you regret buying a OnePlus X?

The OnePlus X looks great, has good specs and a very good price. But I'm reading lots and lots of issues relating to both hardware and software. I don't want to order one and then find it's a buggy piece of junk. I'm looking for a smooth, fast and reliable phone because I'm fed up with my laggy Moto G (1st gen). I've a low tolerance for annoying bugs/faults, and don't want to be disappointed if I buy a OPX
So the question is.. are you happy with your OPX, or do you regret buying it?
I'm happy with it, but you should know that X stands for Experimental. Oneplus has made a lot of choices there that may not fit the lambda customer. As a developer that like to flash roms and kernel, i'm happy!
But there are a lot of issues currently, and the performance are not that good (OxygenOS rom is pretty young). That will be fixed eventually but it will likely take some months...
No regrets here. Mainly because I don't consider software issues as a real problem. It's fixable. Anytime, anywhere. OnePlus even tolerant to rooting/unlocking. I've tried most expensive phones, like Xperia Z5, S6, and all of them had hardware issues. Which is most unlikely with OPX. But in your "low tolerance for annoying bugs/faults" case, I'd wait for a month or so until couple more OTAs out and bought OPX. In case you are inpatient, chose another phone.
It's an amazing phone, however, like others have said. Oxygen OS, is pretty much in a nightly stage. There's some lag that shouldn't exist on a phone with an 801 & 3GB of ram. The camera software needs some optimization. But these are all software issues that can be corrected. Once we have custom ROMs the true potential of the phone will be unleashed.

Only wish it had more memory. I can't use the MicroSD expansion because I need the slot for dual SIM.
wouldn't want to go back to my previous phone (xiaomi mi4)
Absolutely no,
Had a Oneplus One and a Samsung Galaxy S5
and the X is a whole different feeling, its just so stylish and I havent noticed any lags or performance issues at all.
Hi. I sold my Samsung Note3 because it was getting too big for use. I started to look for phone with 5 inch display, with amoled technology, with 3 gigs of ram and micro sd slot, and then OnePlus X came to show. And i dont regret of buying that device. It is slightly worse than Note3, i mean battery and camera, allso performance, but hey, that phone costs half price of new Note3. And that is something right?
No. I dont regret, and im happy that we will receive android 6.0 - note3 will not... that was also one of reasons of buying new phone.
The OnePlus X is a beautiful phone, feels and looks like a premium handset and the screen is amazing.
However, I am shamed to admit that mine has been sitting in the box in my drawer pretty much since I received it on 11th November. Disappointed.
Everytime I get it out for a play there is some sort of micro stutter or a bit of lag that annoys me that just doesn't occur on my HTC One M8 although the specs are virtually identical. I am just holding out for the custom ROMs that are on the way and hope they improve the whole experience because I can't see me giving up my HTC otherwise .
Seems there are happy users amongst the people with complaints, which is good to see. I like the OPX, I think I might just give it a try. I'll definitely be using a custom ROM once something stable is developed
I love the phone, but am in a weird situation.
I am in the minority where I had a chinese bootloader unlock screen...these phones are unable to flash twrp. The ability to flash custom roms is why I want this phone and what would make it great, but I am not able to do that. Hopefully a fix will be found.
Wait & See
Hi all,
I can't say I regret my OPX.
But I must admit my Nexus 5 was just perfect for :
- stability (stock non rooted),
- lag (simple: zero lag, anywhere, any app)
- games (such as FPSE + OpenGL -> zero lag with N5, lag and framerate pb with OPX)
- Bluetooth chipset: best compatibility with N5 (lag issue for OPX + Madcatz C.T.R.L.r but not with OPX + MOGA pocket)
- ROM (But as some said before, OPX and OxygenOS are still young. I'm still waiting for an AOSP or a CM to get better memory/CPU management)
According to design, it's a very subjective part... Let's say N5 is sober, and OPX seems to be more valuable (...iPhone-ish style...)
So, I'm not disappointed of OPX, but I still keep my N5 near me: if CM or AOSP don't fix lag/stability issues, I think I'll go back to N5. (...even if it has a poor battery life!)
Wait & see so!
[EDIT]
Made my choice: bought nano sim -> micro sim adaptater to go back to my perfect Nexus 5.
I'll wait until CM stable release, to see if stability/memory/CPU/bluetooth issues are solved... But I'm pretty sure nothing will ever equal a stock Nexus...
I'm actually really disappointed in the software aspect. The phone's touch is pretty bad after the 2.1.3 update of OxygenOS. The keyboard typing is extremely ****! I can't even type properly without having to repeatedly fix and retype the words. They need to fix this issue as its major. Instead of fixing bugs with updates... They just create new ones.
Kind of, just not happy with Sim slot
Well, I couldn't be more satisfied with this device.
Just one problem, they should've given a separate slot for memory card.
Earlier I used to use separate sims for Data and Calling, but now I have to move to single sim, and realized my operator's 3G network is very bad.

My moto x pure is my daily driver. My opx is just sitting in the box debating on sending it back because of the enormous amount of complaints and issues being reported on this forum and OPs forum.
Sent from my XT1575 using XDA Free mobile app
Amazon took back my Moto x (2013) because it rebooted anytime it felt so and Motorola after sale care services failed to fix it (I am not sure they even care to try to fix it but that's another story).
When I bought the OPX I was fully aware that :
Camera was going to be bad
Autonomy was not going to be a strength
Storage was 16 go
It was not the most powerful newly released device
Still I went for it for many reason :
the size. My previous smartphone, 4,7" already felt a bit too big in my hands. I couldn't even imagine going for the 5,4" of the Moto Play and I didn't want the Moto X 2nd gen because the device is already a year old and I am pretty sure that if I were to have a problem with it i'd have the same kind of warranty than with my previous phone. I'd prefer my phone fixed than refunded.
I wanted a nice user experience, since Motorola provided an awesome one on Moto X. And OnePlus seemed to have put just what I was looking for in the OPX.
amoled screen
enough power for most of the things I like to do on a smartphone
headphone sound is pretty good
I didn't care about the design. I don't even like it it is nothing as ergonomic as my previous phone. And I don't care glass makes it look premium and stuff. I use cases.. But I admit the phone is eye-candy,
Since I have it I found out camera is really really bad, worse than my Moto X. So that you know. I won't blame anyone on that since as I said I knew it and anyway I have a nice canon camera that I 'd like to use
I don't use the sd card. I am happy with the 16Go so far so I don't know if it is really buggy or not but anyway OP seems to work on every bug people report so I am not worried.
So the only bug I found so far is that awful lag when you switch to and back from airplane / flight mode. It's a matter of seconds. 5? 7 maybe? But still really annoying.
I didn't update to 2.1.3 os version because too many people complained about it so everything is smooth on my phone. Even in the games I play. But I don't play heavy ones like asphalt. Though I tried hearthstone and it ran as smoothly as on my Moto X.

Is your phone running Hydrogen? Have you tried flashing stock OxygenOS - apparently you can do it over stock HydrogenOS without root etc; my Chinese OPX came with Oxygen preflashed and I was able to unlock the bootloader and install TWRP no worries.
I'm loving my OnePlus X, but it's not perfect. This is my first non-htc Android phone and I'm finding it better than my old m7 J One in many ways, but the camera is subpar and the battery life isn't great even with the dark theme.

Planning to buy opt

Ok so I've had enough of sammy phones. now i am planning to buy opt to be honest this is the only phone in my view right now.
but i read a lot about "home" and "fingerprint" not working or stopped working in few weeks or so.
i have a two questions regarding opt.
Should i buy this smartphone? If so why?
Is fingerprint and home button issue related to software or hardware?
its a good phone for the price. Development and updates are gonna come soon now, so you almost picked the perfect time. My fingerprint and homebutton has always been working fine and all I did was unlock, root and install some kernels for now. I think the problems are hardware related though. To be honest. If you can affort it, definitely go for a nexus 6p.
Sent from my ONE A2003 using Tapatalk
im planning also to get this device, im confused if the 1+2 or the Redmi Note 3 pro.
It depends if you want a clean stock Android interface go for opt, if you want miui then go for mi note pro 3.
I personally would go for opt.
Sent from my ONE A2003 using Tapatalk
Avoid it. I sold my OPT after 6 months. Fingerprint doesn't work as soon as any moisture touches it. No real developer interest - looks at the threads to see all the devs who left. The price used to be a great draw until the Nexus price drops. And at the end of the day, nothing will fix the SD 810 which is an overheating mess. It just doesn't work.
If price matters, get the N5X. If you want the best phone right now, get the S7 Edge.

unless you get a used one on swappa or ebay for a deal, don't get it. I sold mine, Oxygen OS is terrible and even though there are custom roms where FP and LAF work, they are buggy. Wait for the Oneplus 3 or settle back for the original Oneplus One.
Love my OPT bought it in october and dont understand all the hate. Great overall experience. I ise exodus rom no bugs at all. But again all user choice. ?
Nexus 5 over heats way more than this device. fp and laf works perfect for me (only tested cm13 and exodus, though)
It's a great device, just buy it and dont think about it. The fingerprint Sensor is working awesome, much faster than the iPhone one. With the 3.0 update everything runs buttery smooth
I'd say it's really a gamble if you're buying the OPT since their tech support is flaky at best. The hardware specs are reasonable for the price and there are some good devs out there like Lord Boeffla and his kernel, however you will also have huge issues if your phone develops hardware problems. For example - some owners have setup a twitter account recently to badger Oneplus as they can't get any response from the local and official support channels after encountering hardware issues. I'd suggest taking the Nexus 5x instead as it is around the Oneplus price range and LG is a much larger and established company which will take RMA and support issues seriously.
my oneplus2 just arrived
I gotta say OS 3.0 on my OPT made the phone a million times better. Everything is super fast now and FP is even faster. Better life is much better now with 3.0. Before the update I wanted to throw the phone at the wall for all lags

Exactly my expreience as well. With the OOS 3.0 beta it's like a completely new phone. It doesn't get warm at all, the performance is actually what you would expect from a Snapdragon 810 and the battery life is what you would expect from 3300mAh. It was always kind of held back by the ****ty software but with the 3.0 beta working really well and official cyanogenmod on the way, I can't think of a better phone at this price.
I've had my OP2 since they were first released, and have to say I'm still really happy with it. As mentioned by others, OOS3 (and the recent CM13 builds) have made performance 10 times better, and have no major complaints. Never had any problems with the home button or anything else. It's a steal at the price, imo
Don't buy it. Unless they've changed their design around the home button/FP, its going to fail.

Based on mine failing as well as a crap ton of others on this forum and oneplus community forum in the past month. I've raised this with OnePlus and they brushed it off, however they are RMA'ing my phone.
Trust me, I tried all the software tricks none of them worked for me.

Considering buying, anything one should know beforehand ?

Considering buying one of these. They're fairly cheap second hand in perfect condition. And hardware seems decent enough. Right now i have a z3c which i've like a lot. But i thought i'd try just a slightly bigger phone. 4.8" would be perfect, but that's not really an option. But i'm concerned about development, if this phone is going to have a decent user base for development.
I do see that there's already a kernel available so you can root and all that without loosing drm features. So that's cool.
Same question here - how are you owners feeling after having it for a year? Would you keep it or go with something like a Nexus 5X or similar?
I have two months with my Xperia X already, and no regrets. Phone is performing really good, I only wish the fingerprint scanner was more accurate or in a different position, but besides that I'm really happy with the phone. Also, we're getting Android Nougat in november, that's gonna be a big improvement to what's good already.
Google Pixel phone is a total disappointment for me in terms of price, and I don't see other cool yet cheap options, so I won't switch to another phone this year. Also, Xperia XZ is not precisely my taste, so I think I'll stick with my X until Sony releases new models, like april or may of 2017 or second generation, probably in september.
I only wish cyanogenmod could be developed for the Xperia X. The stock ROM is great but I also like Cyanogenmod ROMs a lot.

This phone has just been out for 5 months ._.
This phone does not deliver top-notch raw performance, but what it brings is a very enjoyable experience. Regular apps load in a flash (even more responsive than a Death Note 7), animations are fast and smooth at the same time. Thumbs up to Sony for having made such a fast MM rom.
Generally i will not change phones in less than 3 years. However if there is something that forces me to change my phone, i will still go for an XZ or something similar.
I will review this phone like the way i reviewed Shadow Warrior 2: "It's a good one, but buy it on a sale".
I was waiting for new 5" Nexus, but it's way overpriced, like X performance and XZ. I don't care about waterproofing, as any phone looses it sooner or later anyway. I'm glad that Sony put back the usb hole to normal place and it's still usb micro - no need to change all my cables. Battery is good and everything works well. Also waiting for Cyanogenmod, as even X have less bloatware, than Xperia series had before, it's still too much for me. The fingerprint location is perfect, I can't imagine how I should use the phone otherwise (a lot phones have power button in one and fingerprint in a second place).
I'll add to what others have said above.
Have had the phone for two months and love it as well. I tend to use my phones mostly for social media (fb, snapchat, instagram, etc.), productivity (google drive, google keep, etc.) and music (podcasts and deezer/spotify). The battery lasts me one and a half day on regular use, which is great. It's fast responsive and the interface is the closest I can get to vanilla android. I think that it really delivers for the price.
Other than that: the phone has a really nice look (I really like the glass face), the speakers are nice, and the camera performs well (although I'm disappointed it doesn't shoot RAW).
What I'm hoping for is that the dev community for it gets bigger or that CM releases a rom for it (was running CM on my previous phone - a GS3). But at least we're getting Nougat very soon, so I'm hopeful.
can anyone see any light through their finger print sensor cuz i see a little white glance of display light through the lock key
Used to be the Z3c user.
If you're pleased with Z3c, you will be happy using X. The X will delivers:
-Much faster performance
-Much faster and better camera
-Better build quality (I prefer metal back than glass black)
-Better design - thinner and not too many holes, flaps, and ports on the body
-Slightly worse battery life (It's really hard to match the Z3c in longevity)

Can anyone tell me about the fingerprint sensor being used in the US? I'm about to purchase the Xperia X tonight and I simply don't know whether to buy the international model here in the US or by the US model and flash the phone to enable the fingerprint sensor. Any help would be so greatly appreciated. By the way how do you all like the X? I was about to but the X Performance but I watched YouTube videos between the two and speed tests and the X came out on top and had better battery life. Am I doing the right thing by buying the X over the X performance? Thanks again.
The X Performance has a better camera and a faster processor.
The hardware for the XX is the same, except for the single sim / dual sim models. If you want fingerprint unlock you must flash an unbranded rom for e.g. the UK or Germany with Flashtool.

Do you mind posting a link to where I can find that flsdhtool for the fingerprint sensor? So I definitely need to buy the US version and not the international version? Thanks for your help!
More about Flashtool here: https://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=920746
It includes a module called XperiFirm that allows you to flash many different firmwares.

z or z pro

i wanted to buy umidigiz pro but i did not have 250$ so i decided to ask you about z pro.is it worthy to buy(just camera lens)or i should buy umi z?and an other question:do umi z or z pro have a good software?i asked about it and i got different answers! plz answer me with your experience.ty
I have the Z, having had several HTC including the 10, and the Samsung Note Edge I have a good set to compare with.
Its plain Android as far as the software goes and with latest ROM update seems perfectly stable ,not had any of the issues you read about, I'd put most down to the user to be fair as plain android does not hold your hand like the HTC, Samsung or other skins/mods.
Camera gets a lot of comment but see UMI forums with so great examples and I can get great shots that are just as good as any from my other phones , yes the dual focus sometimes needs to be worked with , but so long as you use it correctly its a good camera , if you want to point and shoot switch the focus mode to phase only and you would be fine , my experience anyway.
Speed is great, don't see any lag or slow down in games etc.
Battery seems great, everything left on I get a full day with moderate to heavy use. No issues here.
Screen is good , clear and sharp, colours, seem correct, all can be adjusted anyway.
Sound fine, perhaps headphone a little quiet compared to others but great quality .
East to root, update etc, xposed works fine, mods to plain android seem to work as expected.
All in all a good phone , no idea if pro camera is better , I suspect for some situations it will be, but only if used correctly .
Look inn by forward to nougat update ,just to add some nice bits as I loved that on my note edge,
Just buy it , value for price is amazing , build quality is great ..Good phone

ty for your help and just an other question:will this phone have hardware issue in future because it has no service man here because its not a known brand?
Well its a £200 phone , guess it can be serviced but seems reliable so far, umi will service if you send back to China I guess , of course supplier will provide 1 year normally , but if local techs can service depends on issue . of course out of warrantee costs for major brand phones is often more than the cost of this phone

Do yourself a favor and don't buy this phone. Wireless and Wifi connection is bad, gyroscope sensor is bugged, camera is not as good as it could be, scroll feeling is laggy, temperature issues.
Add 100 $ and buy a mi5s or something similar, but don't buy this piece of electronic trash. I will sell mine as fast as i can.
selling mine too. huge disappointment. buggy as hell. it was not worth the time I had to spend with flasing it over an over which is their universal answer to any kind of issues.

Don't really seem to have Wifi connection issues here. Use gyroscope works well. They updated the software to fix it maybe u didn't have it installed. I can't complain about camera. It's a cheap phone don't expect it to be top notch here. But for the cheap price it does hell beat lots of other devices in the same price range.
