[HELP]Huawei Y635 fastboot&rescue mode loop - Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi,
I have a problem with this huawei Y635, when I power on, the smartphone do always de same loop: Huawei Logo, a blue screen(but during a very few seconds), black screen, and then repeat... Unless I press Volume -, then it starts the FASTBOOT&RESCUE MODE, with the white screen, the android logo and in red letters PHONE Unlocked.
I tried:
1. With an UPDATE.APP, extract the boot, recovery and system .img, and with the fastboot, runing through the windows console, flash the three files and reboot the phone. Conclusion: Again, loop or fastboot&rescue Mode
2. Install the TWRP custom recovery using the Install-Windows.bat. Conclusion: Again, loop or fastboot&rescue mode
3. Download from huawei official website the original software and with the command "fastboot update"update.zip", try to install this official image. Conclusion: Again, loop or fastboot&rescue mode
So, please, I need any kind of help to terminate with the loop, it doesn't matter if I have to install a custom recovery or ROM..... But before install and loose all data, is there any possibility to find the contacts, the media, or any kind of file in the phone storage through the console or fastboot??
Thanks

this again..
there needs to be a sticky somewhere..
flash all four of - boot recovery system and userdata from B100
put the whole update.app from B100 on an sdcard in a directory called dload - why? because of the blackbox partitions, you can't flash those in fastboot, and the B100 kernel is not compatible with them. (nor 140, 130 or 121 for that matter)
press vol+ vol- and power, when it boots, keep them held until the updater appears, wait 10 minutes, reboot
then do normal local updates from phone
How
how did you enter to the fastboot mode While the device in boot loop

Once the screen goes blank after a loop, quickly press & hold the Vol DOWN button and connect the phone to PC, you'll land in Bootloader mode.
flash stock rom.

Oneplus 6 TWRP Install Trouble

When in fastboot mode, I run the command prompt <fastboot boot boot_op6_ob3_twrp.img> however rather than booting to the TWRP recovery mode, it just goes into the screen that is the oneplus logo and says fastboot mode. When I boot into recovery mode witgh volume down and power button it goes into the advanced reboot, and then if I go through the menu and choose to boot into recovery mode, it just boots back into the advanced reboot menu. Anybody have an idea of whats going wrong? please bear with me, I am a newbie and haven't attempted rooting a phone in years.
I am using the oneplus 6 root guide on android soul website for instruction

alcatel 5041c boots into fastboot mode instead of booting to system (Android)

first the phone boots the logo, then it boots into fastboot mode. Do anyone have a fix on this phone because I accidentally erased the system partition, I tried going into download mode, the phone refused to boot in download mode, I tried flashing every stock image from a stock rom of this device, it didn't even work, the phone just still boots into fastboot mode, can anyone have a solution to this problem?
