Protective case for extended battery? - Galaxy Note 3 Accessories

hello guys, i ordered normal 3200mah battery for note 3 but seller sent me 6400mah by mistake, altough the phone is now heavy and bulky battery life is amazing so im thinking to keep it, just dont like the fact that i dont have any protective case on my phone now (btw this is my 2nd note 3, previous one broke)
is there any cheap protective cases for note 3 with extended battery, cant find anything on ebay with fair price and shipping to eu?
this is the battery and the back cover > https://images-eu.ssl-images-amazon.com/images/I/51ilhaUjA-L._SX522_.jpg , if there is such a case - dont know if all 6400mah cases are standardized and will fit.

Zerolemon, Anker and Hyperion all have this 6400 mAh battery and cases. So you could check their sites for stock.

Check if that 6400 battery aint damaged, aint it kinda weird u got a better battery by mistake?

they're practically giving away note 3 extended batteries and screen protectors since the phone is so old now
laza $1.99 6400 battery just bought 2 and have been using laza for years. will try to keep the note 3 until they start making phones w/replaceable batteries again instead of phones that look like works of art

I considered a battery case for my phone but just decided to get a normal case instead and bought an external 16000mAh battery. Can charge more than one thing with it and it holds about five Note 3 charges.

[Q] Are GTMax Extended Batteries Safe?

I ordered a bundle of 2 GTMax 3500 mAH batteries, cover, and a lanyard for about $24. I was wondering if that kind of deal is good for the price or it seems as a scam for something so good.
So my question is, are they gonna be safe and actually work?
Price: $24 USA

Anyone????
Post again....
They should be fine as long as they provide the same out put as the stock battery.

Ya they should work. I got a sketchy battery of ebay and it worked perfectly for me. As long as it's for your phone it should work. Gtmax is also a pretty trustable company so everything should work...
For anyone still considering this battery: I ordered one for my HTC Vivid and it didn't even last one day. It came with a 60% charge. I brought it up to 100% and used it for a few hours down to 55% (which was looking much better than the Vivid's OEM battery). Then, unexplicably, when I tried to bring the phone out of sleep, I got nothing, with or without using AC. The phone wouldn't turn on or charge. At first I thought my phone itself was dead until I put in the OEM and it turned on and rebooted fine.
I'm waiting for an RMA from Newegg and trying to decide if I want to exchange it or just get my money back. I might give it a second try on the hopes that I just got a bad battery, but I think, bottom line, you get what you pay for.

best extended batteries

hi, i'm looking for extended batteries that come with replacement back cover for motorola photon
can anybody give me input ?
on how the battery perform
and how good the quality of the replacement back cover ?
actually i'm leaning towards seidio because i've used them in may blackberries and they are good.
and also the other option that i found is
either the cheapo ebay stuff (where i'm afraid about the quality of the battery and the quality of the back cover
and also the Mugen power battery (i found the price is too steep for and extended battery)
so please advice
thank you.
I've been using a TREXCELL 3500 battery from AMAZON.Pricing is in the $20-$25 range & this is definitely a solid choice over SEIDIO.
I get a solid 10 hrs of moderate to heavy use & 14-16 hrs. of light to moderate use w/o re-charging.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1526066
No problems with them yet.
Can anyone give a link to a decent external battery charger?

I got 50 Hours with light use on my TREXCELL 3500 mAh =D Favorite battery!
hows the quality of the back cover on trexcell ?
do they feel flimsy ?
I've got both a TREXCELL & INCREDICELL(don't recommend the INCREDICELL).
The battery covers are equal, if not exactly the same.
Care does need to be taken when removing the cover, especially around the kickstand area, as that is the weakest point on the cover due to the contours that are present to accommodate the extended battery thickness.
Not a big deal, or, deal breaker. You can get replacement covers by simply buying an el cheapo extended battery for a few $ on e-Bay, AMAZON, etc.......
SEIDIO will sell the extended battery cover by itself, for $14..95.
You simply just have to call & ask for it, unless SEIDIO has begun listing them on their website.
Anyone ever try the Droid Bionic battery on the Photon? I am thinking about getting it.

hi thanks
this is what i really want
a hyperion battery and a seidio back cover
do they fit ?
why hyperion, cause i've heard good reviews of it on this forum and the seidio battery doesn't get good reviews
and also my friends buy the hyperion battery with the replacement back cover, but thte cover is very bad, he broke the clips within 2 weeks, so i supposed that the seidio back case is supposedly better.
the only question for me now is , are they compatible ?
i mean will the seidio back cover accommodate the hyperion extended battery ?

Extended battery case

hey all,
Im thinking about getting an extended battery for my note, probably a 5200mah. I was wondering if anyone has tried this before or if anyone thinks it would work. There is a tpu case thats meant to cover phones with extended batteries. Ad says n7000 but ive seen another ad that lists the n7000 and i717 as being compatible.
http://www.ebay.ca/itm/S021-NEW-TPU...hone_PDA_Cases&var&hash=item27ce2a9ae0&_uhb=1
what do ya think?
Hi, I bought both the tpu case($5) and the 5200mha extended battery with back cover($10) from eBay and am pretty satisfied. The case fits real well around this extended back cover, not being the best case only because I would prefer something more rugged, however it has a hole for charms. The extended battery is pretty good so far as well. I am a really heavy user, and this 5200mha battery lasts me for a while, definitely time and half of the original 2600mha battery. I read forums using my phone and am constantly flashing roms or playing/downloading new apps. In my personal opinion I think this battery and case are worth the $15.
triavq,
So how do you like the battery and case? I know it's been many months, but I am curious?
I have the same one ordered (in Black) but not received yet..long way from china to here!
I going to try and squeeze that case around a 7000mAh battery and back cover. I don't like the squared off back cover that comes with some of those extended batteries.
I am hoping the 7000mAh battery isn't much thicker than the 5200mAh ones.

Galaxy Note 3 Extended Battery Case?

I have been looking around for an extended battery case for the 6400 mAh Hyperion battery.
Has anyone found one that fits this note 3 with this extended battery?
pretty sure there aren't any at the moment. if there are, Hyperion would be the place to get them. if you wouldn't mind, could you post a pic of what the note 3 looks like with the battery? i'm thinking about getting one

Keep in mind that with the Note 3 NFC is actually built into the battery itself. So you will lose NFC if you use a non Samsung battery.
i ordered one. should be here in a couple days. i'll post some pictures as soon as I get it in! and I don't really use NFC much. the extended battery will be used when i leave down for a weekend or something like that. in any case, i'll post pics, and hopefully we'll see a case soon
This battery does support NFC
Hey guys rather than ordering a Hyperion or Mugen battery for your Note 3, which they advertise at 6400 mAh and they end up being close to 3500 mAh. Why dont you guys order a ZeroLemon battery? The Hyperion is about $65+, Mugen is close to $85+ and the ZeroLemon is around the $40 mark PLUS its 10,000 mAh and they GUARANTEE the capacity of the battery with a 180 days warranty. Cant go wrong. I got one for my Note 2 and was not disappointed what so ever! The Note 3 with my heavy usage gives me about a day of use so i don't think I'm going to invest in any extended battery.
that big of a battery just seems like it would make the phone too bulky for me. I wonder what it would make the phone look like? The Hyperion battery is $35 and others said its good.

Pretty sure the ZeroLemon battery for the Note 3 isn't out yet. Been keeping an eye out on Amazon for it. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.
No its not out yet. Should be this month.
If you want to see how it looks, here you go. It comes included in the Korean Galaxy Note 3 models.

There are some variants. Mine came with a 5 pin micro USB port, but the ones sold worldwide will likely have USB 3.0 port. I wonder if that extra hole for USB 3.0 is wired. The power adapter I think isn't any different than the Note 2's power adapter.
Sick commercial. . Kinda wanna trade for the BLACK Note 3 now lol
There is also this link:

You can see the charger and other accessories such as the wireless charging stuff and desktop dock...which is probably an updated smart dock with USB 3.0 pins.

Battery Case options?

I have seen 3 battery case options. There is some cheap Chinese one all over Amazon and Ebay. It has different manufacture names but is completely the same.
The other 2 are the official one and the Mophie version. Is there anything in between? Not the cheap Chinese one for 25 or the expensive Mophie one for 100. Thanks
I have the official one - you can find them for under $60 on Ebay. It's great, no problems with it, does exactly what you'd want a battery case to do.

The wireless one? How much mAh does it lose during the charging, more or less than a wired one?
I received the mophie battery case about a week ago. With the case fully charged, and the phone also fully charged, I've gone exactly a full 48 hours without having to plug into a wall outlet (and there was still 10% left). It's a great battery case and well built. I do wish it was a bit thinner though, but I guess that's unrealistic since there needs to be a battery inside the case!
In terms of other options, Incipio has just released a battery case for the s7, and it's about 30 dollars cheaper than the mophie, but I don't think it has the wireless charging option like the mophie does. However, the Incipio has a significantly larger battery (3700mAh vs Mophie's 2950mAh). I'm contemplating whether to return the mophie and pick up the Incipio and save 30 dollars, since I don't have a wireless charger (I had ordered the mophie before Incipio has released their battery case).
Someone posted his thoughts on reddit https://www.reddit.com/r/GalaxyS7/comments/4eruno/two_days_with_the_galaxy_s7_backpack_battery_case/ and I bought it too, its fine. Expensive but its well built and does a good job. I don't trust any of the chinese mAh specs so I wouldn't compare them without a real review...
I just bought the Incipio for its large battery size and slimness compared to other cases. Wireless charging is not really important to me as much as making my phone last the day! It's on it's way, so I'll let you know if its terrible/awesome. As a side note, I got 15% off with a code from the website, making it less than $60 in total.
I just received the Incipio one yesterday so I could compare it with the Mophie and decide which to keep. while the Incipio is well built, I had issues with the fit. Firstly, it was pulling up my screen protector in some areas. Second, the top frame that clips into place would not fit properly once the phone was actually installed. I can take pictures of the case itself, but since I don't have another camera I can't take pictures of the fitting issues.
Considering all this, I'd go with the Mophie. Going to be returning the Incipio

I own and have used one of the "cheap" Chinese battery cases. Over an extended Memorial Day weekend it served me well. I don't know whether the claimed 4200 mAh is accurate. What I can say is that during a day of heavy use while away from a regular electric supply, I never was in danger of running short. Nor did it add an uncomfortable weight. While the more expensive, name-brand battery cases may bring something extra to the table, I expect that, for the most part, battery cases have become a commodity item. Indeed, I've come to the same view regarding wireless charging pads.
Any suggestions regarding slimmest? It seems the thinnest one comes in at around 0.69in with 4500mah. I just want 2000mah. Anyone know of the thinnest battery case on the market?
According to me Mophie battery case is the best one. The 3300mah battery case can provide 60% extra battery to your samsung galaxy s7 edge.
I bought 2 of these battery cases from AliExpress. Claimed Mah is 5200,however from they manage to charge my phone from 0-85% with light usage. Which i'm satisfied with. I would've thought 5200 would've charged my phone completely and then some but the manufacturers claim is that transfer loss accounts for the remaining 25-30%.
I'm not complaining because they do the job for just $20 apiece. Anyone familiar with batteries who could confirm that due to transfer loss while charging a 5000mah battery will only charge a 3600mah phone to less than 100%.??

sounds like too much of a loss IMO.
Personally when I had my zerolemon extended battery for the S4 it was perfect. They're a great company. The 7500MaH is available for the s7 and i dont doubt it will give you ALL of that extra power. They have great customer service and are always willing to help where needed.
Has anyone tried one for their S7 yet? it looks pretty massive but then for an extra day or two of life on it, i could deal with that
i had a zero lemon one for my s3 it was great thinking of getting one for my s7 now

ive got there 7500mah one for the s7 its sweet.
its now 20:40 and im on 100% battery and the case still has 3/4 bars charge left with heavy usage (you can turn the battery case on/off)
i cant post a screenshot of the battery life as the phone thinks its being charged from the genuine charger (it charges quick)

Is there any good comparison of the Mophie, Incipio or Zerolemon. I'd love to see some?
I ordered a Zerolemon, have had them in the past and have been good. I'll report back when I receive it and use it for a few days. 7500 us a good bit extra, should last me at least 2 days maybe 3 through the work week.
