there's nothing such as best. you can get the best rom with best features but poor battery. best rom with minimal features with best battery. it is all subjective. try & find. coz something that is best for me or others may not be for you.

i have this problem of having low battery life when I choose roms that are .587(baseband77) based. I usually have good battery life when I am on any .431(bb 72) based roms.. it's just that i want to experience those 587based roms with me having good battery life so that i can use them for daily purposes. I dont usually do other thing other than SMS/Call on my Xperia Neo V. i just wonder how i could be able to get rid of low batt life on the latest rom. (scripts/tweaks ?) i dont know what to do so please help me.
ive been through JellySandwich, AOKP JB, and MIUI v4. so far MIUI (which actually is .431based,bb72) gave me good batt life.

You can use baseband 72 on .587 rom.
Try with that.
bro i had done first. then tried changing my bb77 (thinking of compatibility sake) then still i had barely a day of battery life :S
i m using motorola moto e 1st generation rooted
used so many roms like(temasek,rr,crdroid) used both lolipop and marshmallow ..but still not satisfied with performance .. i cant consider my phone fast ..but this works so so
is just want to know is there any way to make it fast as well as battery efficient ..
i read somewhere "The performance drops must be fixed adding some Flags as Graphite or full tweaks, also using SaberMod TC, it is awesome; another step for delete performance drops is picking commits about cpufreq and shed."
can someone explain to me what is it??and how can i use it..
or any other rom and kernel some one is using is prefect(in both battery and performance)

Just test lspeed mod,it helps a lil bit.
For Fast And Battery Efficient Performance U Should Try Kikat ROM - Carbon
and For Marshmallow - DU ROM
If U want high Performance n Battery life In absence Of the looks n designs of ROM u will love Carbon ROM with having bundles of tweaks
Or Just Go with the pure AOSP ROMs They Will Help u ”9ü6

I am using mokee Nightly its very smooth and battery life is good getting 8hrs 30mins of SOT with moderate usage.
