Brothers,
I love the Trebuchet and SlimRom's SlimLauncher because of customization options provided in both.
While nothing can beat Trebuchet but because it hides the protected apps, I wanted to have a Launcher which can be less poppulated and customizable homescreen grid.
So, I modded the SlimLauncher to have Transparent App Dock n Drawer with only 4 Columns of Apps.
Screenshot and Flashable Zip attached. Kindly try and report back.
It will work on most of the AOSP and LAOS based Custom ROMs.

- the color of icon name on menu is not quite readable if you choose dark backgrounds.

Thanks for the feedback. Will resolve the same in v1 about app names.
For icons it's there in homescreen. Try clearing the data and also share on which rom you have tried. If you have any AOSP or LAOS based ROM it will work with default dialer, browser, camera & messaging.
Edit:-
Try, the v1 given in the OP or attached here. Try it. It has no app names in app drawer + Transparent App Drawer & Hotseat.

when i install any app from playstore it says launcher has stopped and works again.. idk why !
sorry for OT : may you pls make a flashable zip file for H2Os dialer so we can use on oos or other roms ? ( i want H2Os call record badly )

Brother,
The Launcher is intended to work on CM 14 or above. If it's working on CM 13, that's a great news for us though it was not supposed to work because some mandatory java files will be missing in framework of CM13. Kindly try the launcher on Android 7.1.1 or above.
Regarding OP Dialer, I am coming back after a long time and thus I cannot promise you for the same. Also, it's the proprietary dialer of OnePlus and thus don't know if it will work any AOSP or LAOS based ROMs.
For other ROM based on OS, I guess, It's already there so need of this.

It just says package is corrupt. Even I was having the same issue

The hotseat.smali need to be edited for transparent dock. I was also unaware about this but then @sharkie405 has a guide for the same.
Also, overlays have effects only on app drawer not on dock so no need to change the same.

I was reading a lot of people interested in HTC sense on GB, and the fact is that we wont be getting it soon
Thanks to efforts of Kalim, Foydor, Arco and others we have complete complete GB roms
At the same time we can still have some thing that looks like a sense ROM
So I am putting together some information for those who would like to have a sense look for their GB roms.
I have downloaded sense theme from following thread

To install:
Install the attached NTSense-bm.apk like a normal apk from a file manager.
use theme chooser to select the theme
when applied gives you a theme error, do not worry and just go ahead clicking apply anyway

After applying, reboot your phone to properly apply status bar changes.
If you want to look even your launcher like sense ROM then do as follows
flash the attached GB-SenseLauncher.zip file from recovery
(Note: this will remove your ADWLauncher.apk from system)
you can place your choice of links for both phone and right button just like any adw launcher action buttons
Do as following to hide action button icons over the sense launcher bar
press menu > sense settings > UI settings
then check Tink AB and set AB scale factor 1.
Attached is Fancy Widget 1.3.0.apk is the one that give sense like clock
then your ROM will look like sense
The sense like ADW launcher apk was downloaded from following post

if any one interested to change other aspect to transform ROM in to sense like one.
EXPERIMENTAL - 15th May 2011
Following an advise from yatin kumar, i have removed hdpi and mdpi icons from the attached original theme to make light version of the theme appropriate for tattoo.
Install the attached NTSense-bm_tiny.apk for light version.
I have tested it to work fine, give it a try if you like to save some space

You couldve asked me for permission first... or at least had my name listed for credit.... I didnt add the notification power widget icons cuz i think they're ugly.. otherwise, there's absolutely nothing left to theme AFAIK. This is a really unnecessary remake.

that is fancy widget 1.3.0 and i am not sure if I am OK to share it (even to use it)
It was discontinued due complaint from HTC, see following link for more info

Hi I found some issue when installing the adw sense like launcher so attached GB-SenseLauncher.zip in the first post
So you can flash it via recovery and it replaces default ADWLauncher with the sense like launcher and every thing works fine

I made this mods specially for my new custom rom (which is on testing) but since I'm going to take awhile still to release it and after trying ThilinaC's new Pureness 11.0 rom (which I love) I decided to use with it and see how it worked and I loved the result. So I decided to share with you guys.
Instalation
It's a rar file with the individual apps inside. I didn't made any zip file because I don't know if people want to install the whole pack. So you just install what you want.
Move to system/app with the permissions rw - r - r and voilá!

About the .587 I don't know if it's compatible but I imagine it is since .587 is just an update with a few tweaks. But yes please do test it, please!
About what's in the file, all the apps showed on the screenshots are there but thanks for the suggestion. I will add a list on OP. Another thing...it is not a zip file, It's a "rar" file with individual apps inside. You'll have to push them yourself to system/app.

Only one problem...
Now all my other apps don't have sweet new icons
Also worth noting is that some of these apps don't even feature in the new stock firmware like "Torch" and "Notes", so it's good to have them back
A suggestion as well if I may, I'd love to see some more apps done this way for example the new xperia "Album" app.
Also, on a side note. Your status bar and quickpanel in your screenshots....is that available as a flashable mod?

Can you post a link to where I can find the systemui file? Didn't see one in your first post.
ALSO: in the settings.apk, there is still the " Pureness advanced settings" area. Which links to apps I obviously don't have
Any chance of them being removed so is just the stock settings menu items?

You can use Apex launcher....
Nice theme, but I find that whenever I on data using the quick toggle, there will be this pop up, quite annoying when you're rushing. Is there anyway to remove it?? I was using another theme and it doesn't have this popup to enable data. Thanks in advance

For the lock screen, rename the UxpNxtLockScreen.apk in system\app into UxpNxtLockScreen.apk2 or similar.
You will see the original Android 4.0 lockscreen then.
I used another Launcher. There are many ICS-like launchers, but be aware: Nova Launcher is ****.
I used Apex and i liked it.

I think this isn't set in the SystemUI.apk, since it only has the icons and fonts of the system, not the behavior. Maybe you could send me the name of the creator of your theme without popup. (I also HATE it :crying

I never did that for my Xperia. Why is this important? I always have rw-rw-rw when I copy with ES Data Explorer.

well you should be having quickpanel settings after using this systemui through that you can change toggle labels if you dont have lemme know i'll try to upload it for you people to toggle and change the shortcuts

how come.. you might be doing something wrong... you have to push it in system/apps and reboot quickly at the exact second that will then cause no errors or fc's

Did you reboot after pushing apk?
Yep, this is normal systemui can give FC when you try to change it.Just try to Catch "Reboot" action with power button (Choose it quickly.)

Yup you have to quickly reboot before it crashes i often do this and never had a systemUI f.c and yes if it still crashes go to recovery and fix permissions.... well i never got the chance to do that coz never had a crash and even know im using this SystemUI
Can you make a version with black dropdown? I think it look better than the transparent one. Thank you in advance. PS:the best original style notificationbar yet

Can u integrate swiping up ANYWHERE in the notification panel to close it? like in the nexus phones.
In TouchWiz we've to swipe up from the border which is difficult at times.

yup When Pure Vanilla V3 comes out this systemUI is goana be part of it until then u can use this in V2 many other addons are there on the first page of the thread!

i used both apk push and your flashable zip too...
holy sh** im getting error again and again...
im on chuckybean master v9 + cocore v4.4 CWM......
no notification bar and systemui.apk stopped error

No. I didn't try this mod, so I can't tell if it is because of it. You are using Chuckybean, so your system is deodexed. You shouldn't have problems. Did you try to wipe Cache and Dalvik cache in CWM? (sorry I didn't read all your posts about this).

Thanks for all your hard work excited to get up and running but have a few problems I am on the tmobile note3 dompop rom which is a 5.0 port and I am pretty sure it has the N4 launcher your themes show up im the theme chooser i can click apply theme and all it does it changes my homescreen and lock screen wallpapers could this be due the modded touchwizhome_k.apk I have I moddified it to have a 5x5 home screen and 5x6 app drawer along with 6 icons in the hotseat? Any help will be appreciated.

You need theme_app_list.xml in system/csc for icons to change.
If you have it you also need to clear launcher & themechooser data.
All of them working great on Sweet Rom. Great to see some more themes guys, good work

Extract it from the attached .zip and place in system/csc. Set permission rw-r--r-- (0644) and reboot :good:
I have Note 3 N900 with lollipop update.
I installed sectheme chooser n copied the xml in csc, when I select theme, only wallpaper changes & no change in icon please help me.

You will also need modded launcher to get theme chooser. I have modded Note 4 launcher (available HERE) with a flashable zip for N910C etc. It really should work on all Note 4 variants. You can then install these themes and change to your favourite.
Please note that my mod is for deodexed roms. If you have odexed you will need to delete the corresponding .odex files like TouchWizHome.odex but make sure you backup first.

Still no luck put themes app.xml in correct spot and still only get the wallpaper to change i even went as far as smali editing the touchwizhome_k.apk to ensure themes are active like i said i see temes can choose themes apply them and just wall papers change so thanks for every ones help i keep googling for answer until i get a reply here and will post if i get it working to help others

Or try flash my file. It will flash on your device. Script will auto delete the required files. You will need to rename or delete your modded touchwizhome apk apk. Get it from post #2 from any of my Note 4 rom threads in my signature

Ill give it a shot i think i downloaded that file already that file is the touchwizhome.apk and what I currently am running is the touchwizhome_k.apk will that make a difference? Also the one download on the mainpage only contains the secthemechooser and the floating xml not a big deal i can manually add the files if need be

Try putting this in system/csc and fixing permissions rw-r-r. This is what got mine to work.
I am using a modded launcher also but not grid size just the fast launcher.
