Hello at all,
I have a question, is there any way known to disable the zoom effect on look screen for S6 ? I like to use black wallpaper for lock screen, because Samsung has OLED and is really black. But with new S6 came this zoom effect and black is now gray or shiny black.... if i compare S6 with S4.
I found something with "loockscreen_ripple_effect" modifying with SQL but only for rooted device... i looking for roottree way, like using ADB Shell (for deactivation of Heads up)
Is there any way to deactivate this ?
Thank you
switch it off in settings>wallpaper>wallpaper motion effect toggle (note drop down menu at top to switch between lock screen and home screen)

Hi,
it has no effekt on "lock screen" only main screen.
Nobody with same probplem ?
Before updating my phone from 4.4.4 to 5.1.1, I relied on the Screen Filter Xposed Module to dim my screen so my eyes wouldn't be blinded at night. After the update and after looking through ever new little menu and option, I found that the Colour Calibration sliders under the LiveDisplay settings essentially would do what I was using the Screen Filter module for.
Now, it isn't too much of an inconvenience, but it is a bit of an annoyance to have to navigate to that menu whenever I need to dim the screen. The closest I've gotten to making a "shortcut" is by placing the LiveDisplay tile in the app drawer there so I can launch the settings after long-pressing the tile.
My question is this: is there a way to make a widget or shortcut like the one used in the Screen Filter module? In the module, one could add a slider at the top of the notification drawer to quickly and easily dim the screen. Can this be replicated without having to install that module?
Thanks in advance for all your input.
Is there a way to make the navigation bar in V30 Oreo permanently visible?
So always visible on the home screen, in app drarer and in all the apps? It now keeps disappearing after a few seconds so going 'Home' takes 2 actions or more in stead of just pushing the Navigation Circle Icon.
I'm using Nova Launcher Prime 5.5.4 paid version but I think it's a V30/Oreo issue.
Please help!

Yes. Turn on the Home touch buttons in Settings. (In Settings search function, look for Home Touch buttons.)
Then go into that setting and you will see "Hide Home touch buttons" category. Disable hiding them for any apps. It will give you a list of apps to selectively hide the Home touch buttons. Just disable everything with switch at the top of the page. Scroll down through the list, make sure they are all turned off.
Miui 11 on Redmi note 7 pro started rolling out and the first update has quite impressive & little too bugs . Share your bugs or issues .
random apps and games are crashing few seconds after opening
Screen round edges are overlapping battery and time in the status bar when display size is set to 'xs'. If I set it on 's' the whole UI is too big for me. Is there a work around for this? Thanks.

Go to developer options and change DPI manually..most likely it would be 490 now, change it to 485 or something close.
i'm no more able to activate my 4G
I Got a New Button on Navigation Bar, After Updating to MiUi 11 Manually. That button/Icon Looks Like a Human Standing With Hands Wide Open, in the bottom right corner.. And i am not able to disable or make it go away from there. There is no option anywhere to do so.
My roommate also updated with the same zip file which i gave him but there is no such button in his phone.
I updated from MiUi 10.3.13.0 to 11.0.5.0, via 2GB Zip File Provided In XDA, Redmi Note 7 Pro(Violet) India..

2nd issue can't turn off notifications sound without making phone
silent
Anyone got a solution for the accessibility icon in the nav bar?
@nikhil_nitro. To remove your accessibility icon from nevigation bar try this :
1. Open settings then Additional Settings
2. Open accessibility, scroll down
3. Choose accessibility menu and turn it off
You are done..

Its already turned Off Brother, but that icon is still present. That's my issue. I tried turning it on & then off. But that icon is not going at all..
... or use Gestures instead!
In Android 10 on the Pixel XL 4, with gesture navigation turned on, there is a thin white hint bar that appears at the bottom center of the screen, presumably to remind users that they can / should swipe up. However, if using the Gboard keyboard in flloating mode (vs. having it docked at the bottom), this causes a very wide black band to appear at the bottom of the screen, which can obscure app functionality. See an example of the text area getting partially hidden in Android's own Messages app, which is attached to this post. Is there anyway to turn off the white bar or prevent the wide black band with native Google gestures turned on?
My workaround has been to use Fluid Natural Gestures (FNG),which doesn't present the problem. If it weren't for this, I'd be fine using the native gestures.
Thanks in advance.
