This is still very experimental
It might not even boot
This is unsupported by franco. Franco didn't make this. Please don't bother Franco with issues you face on this
If you choose to flash this, nobody is responsible for anything that happens to the device or you
Some may argue that uber is not Franco but please understand that the stock toolchain doesn't boot and this is the only thing I can do
Flashing instructions
Dirty flash latest OOS
Flash latest official twrp. Unofficial and multirom isn't going to work
Enable zip file signature while flashing my kernel (not the ROM)
Flash kernel (zip file signature should be enabled)
Flash modified SuperSU (needed for v4a sepolicy patches)

Franco !!!!
Guys please keep the off-topic off this thread. You can do that on my haruhikernel thread but seriously I need to know about any bugs on this port instead of Franco fandom
If you did flash it, care to answer a few questions?
Does it even boot?
Any bugs you see?
Any features that were in the original Franco but missing in this?
I flashed and device boot up successfully I have not used much of franco kernel but wanted to try it in OOS 3.5.8. So, far no random reboot, overheating or anything. everything is working normally. Any app to customise the kernel settings as franco's app does not recognise your kernel. Thanks bro for porting this much famous kernel to OOS
Also please do suggest best profiles/settings value to tune kernel.

This happens because oxygenos and lineage have different ramdisk scripts. This will be fixed next build

Note: I will NOT add useless optimization drivers, "DanceLizard360" governor, or any random frequency step pulled out of who knows where. I WILL add features I've either written or thoroughly reviewed myself that actually serve a purpose. If you'd like to contribute or recommend a feature, think before you speak. This is not a toy, this is a tool to control the hardware on your device. That said... enjoy!

This release is for Lollipop-based ROMs only. The kernel is based on cm-12.0, which is the only ROM officially supported.
It is highly recommended that you are NOT coming from a a custom kernel during installation, unless you are updating from a previous furnace release.

Nice! I had this kernel on my Nexus 4 and it was excellent
So great, thanks for your work !
Would it be possible to have kexec-hardboot patch on this kernel ? That would be great ^^.
Also, I would like to know what is "Furnace boot mode". Is it a quick-boot feature or something similar ?

Yes to kexec, and furnace boot mode lets you use a terminal emulator (as root) or adb to run "reboot furnace" for "adb reboot furnace". After the phone boots up again, you will load with a custom rgb/kcal profile. Perhaps I'll add other profiles as well to the boot mode. Sharpening, CPU, etc..

As long as you are on a custom rom(5.1.x based), you can.
In short, sure yes, why not
I just flashed it and so far all good. Any difference between this one and resurrection remix kernel?
Also I saw that this kernel uses 2 cores when idle. Why?
One more question, what exactly is quickwakeup? Thx for ur time and sorry for too many questions.!

Hows the battery and performance...any difference with rr rom...
The performance is very good and I don't have random reboots. With latest rr kernel I had random reboots.i got almost 44000 on antutu. Also battery life is on par with slim kernel(rr kernel) So far so good.
Overall is good, but hoping to put more governor, scheduler and TCP congestion.....
I noticed that the LED notification is more brighter....
I have an issue. I can't install cm12.1 themes after I flashed this kernel. I tried several themes and I get failed to install theme... Anyone have same issue?

Funnily enough, neither can I. :/
It probably wouldn't matter that I can install a CM12.1 theme, as the ROM I'm on is Layers RRO only, which also installed OK.

The rom runs smooth and snappy so far, but I think that I've found a bug. When I turn the screen on with the power button and then I unlock the phone with the fingerprint, no problems appear. But if I unlock the phone using the fingerprint while the screen is off, the home screen - or the app I was using - takes ages to finally appear. Does it happen to you too guys?

I am not talking about the link to the kernel (there is not even a link to the kernel yet ,to be broken in the first place) you linked a magisk module for kali net hunter ...when i clicked on that link it redirected to an empty page. Now you have removed that link and decided to make fun of someone who pointed it out with the only intention to bring that to your attention in case it was an unintentional error (i said unintentional error, cause of the
tag.Good job :good:
