I want to know how to make device as from -for example- US to get extra features for applications, such as Shazam LyricPlay (its only working devices from US, and few other countries).
I have a Nexus 7 tablet too, and I use a custom rom which has US market inside, so I can read books etc whenever I am, and I can use shazam LyricPlay too in my tablet. I want to know hot to achieve same thing for my SGSIII because shazam lyricplay is a cool feature. I have tried market enabler kind applications, fake location applications which didn't work.
So please if anyone knows, it will be apreciated.
Thanks.
I'm also interested.Anyone know how to do this?

CSC and build prop changes i guess .
But most likely an app on Play or even in Themes and Apps

In an effort to learn how to correctly use Aroma, I decided to write a tool that will assist you in removing the suffocating amount of bloatware my beloved Note 3 is cursed with. It is nothing more than an Aroma script which will let you select what apps to remove, and then it removes them.
FEATURES
Removes 200+ apps considered to be bloatware.
Works with all variants of the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 (SM-N900T, SM-N9005, etc.)
Can apply the screen rotation fix, if you uninstall Samsung Hub.
Clear Dalvik cache.
...And more!
REQUIREMENTS
Samsung Galaxy Note 3 (duh?!?!)
Root
TWRP, CWM, or PhilZ Custom CWM installed.
A burning desire to strike down bloatware with the force of a thousand suns! Optional, but highly recommended!
NOTES
I strongly recommend you do a full backup before using this script.
After removing bloatware, clearing Dalvik cache would be a good idea, so they can be rebuilt at boot.
My device is a SM-N900T (T-Mobile SGN3), so obviously I can't determine what other apps another carrier has added. If you would like to list their names and filenames (including path), along with the carrier and I'd be happy to add them to the list. I have downloaded stock images from all of the different variants of the SGN3 and will determine what other apps are installed.
If I missed any apps that you would consider bloatware please let me know, and I'll add them as well!

CHANGELOG
2014-07-19 Version 2.0
Added apps from AT&T (SM-N900A), International (SM-N9005), Sprint (SM-N900P), and Verizon (SM-N900V) versions of the Note 3.
Reordered the app lists, broken them down into pages of 30.
Removed fix_permissions script (it wasn't really needed with what this does).
Added option to clear Dalvik cache and apply screen rotation fix after debloating has completed.
You can select which variant of SGN3 you have, so you won't see apps from other devices.
2014-07-13 Version 1.1
Added Beep'nGo app.
Added S Pen SDK (careful removing this one).
Added Samsung Group Cast app.
Fixed number error in updater-script.
2014-07-11 Version 1.0
Initial release!

This script has been on the various forums for months, so it has the advantage of time as a strong measure of its efficacy.
My only concerns when looking at the list are the dependencies that may exist when running the script. This includes library files and any data partition folders associated with the removed apps.
With straight up apk removals, like Sprint Zone (Zone.apk), the downside is minimal and the space gained is pretty solid (30MB+).
That stated, I think the script looks to be a useful tool. Beats a guess and check approach.

Friends, I am planning to buy Infinix Hot 8 but have read that it has lots of bloatware, spammy notifications, ads, etc. It also did had some keyboard app which was banned by Google Play Store (not sure if they still install it)
Now, I am not a tech guy and hate anything which has loose privacy strategy. And Infinix is not a big brand and might not be audited/evaluated widely by geeks. I was planning to buy Moto E6s but it has just 3000 MAh battery. It has stock Android and doesnt have all that bloatware ****.
It there an easy way to remove all that creepy apps without root?
Any help?
bump!

Fingerprint scanner is uselessly insecure.
Dont go for it.
Hi,
I am interested in the use of intelligent personal assistants, more specifically Alexa.
I wonder if there is a possibility to record the user with the internal camera while he/she is using Alexa (“Alexa, please play Blink182 on Spotify”). So, when the person says keyword (“Alexa”) both the Alexa skill and the recording should start.
As far as I know, this is not possible on an Amazon Echo (Show) device due to restriction made by Amazon itself. However, there are other ways to use Alexa. For example, it is possible to use a special Show mode with the latest Amazon tablet, which is very similar to the actual Echo (Show) device. The OS of this tablet is based on Android and allows - via diversions - the use of the Playstore as well.
To make this clear, this idea is just meant as an experiment and will not be implemented in a longer or daily use.
I am very curious about your replies
Thanks a lot!
