Unbrick method is common to a device series. But the files you use aren't. Only the modem files are different as far as I have seen. Correct me if I'm wrong. I don't think any other difference is there. After unbricking, you will get partition errors. Then, simply go to fastboot and use the correct files from your firmware. Instruction are given in my GitHub repository for this project. Read through my post and GitHub README.MD
Between, I'm still making things proper... You can have a look though..

So while I was rooting my MDR, I decided to load a new ROM (Artic) but the rom failed and crash. So I tried to flash back to a stock rom.....no dice. At this point in the game, I have no recovery, im stuck on fastboot with "Flash failure" at the top, RSD doesn't see it, and I've tried every fastboot flasher under the sun. I need major help!!!! I can't get anything to work.
UPDATE
Now it won't turn off for me to charge it, no matter what I do.
I am having the same problem too!!
I am waiting for a guy on another forum to send me a GSM restore package to see if that helps, but i feel very doubtful... I think we may need a new phone... (
Fingers crossed we get our phones working!!

I found the files while looking for a solution. They're suppose to be for the American Verizon GSM MDR, but that doesn't matter because RSD doesn't see it.

yes, you do need to unlock the bootloader and you will lose your data during the process
this is for those who got the bootloader unlock already
if you're rooted use titanium backup and restore your data afterwards

as an alternative you can wait for the OTA to arrive on your phone , it will be updated and your data will be preserved

Technically yes, but it's really easy to avoid that. There's an app that lets you unlock the bootloader without using data and to install the factory image without losing data you just edit the install script and remove one little switch ("-w") from the last command.
It's not recommended - but it's easy to do.
How would I go about flashing this if I have everything stock except the kernel?

You gotta find your stock recovery yourself by googling or request approriate one on the forum.
And see this thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2163974 to make a flashable zip.
Or try this flashing recovery.img directly using Mobile uncle tools (I am not sure this would work. 50% to work)
See my thread here to try latter way.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2686654
Follow the steps 2, 3 and 5.
Good luck, bro.
Either your phone is bricked or CWMR is not flashed.

It should be the same routine for the OPX as all of those devices then.
Just to be sure, you're doing it this way (step 5)?
Make sure that your bootloader is unlocked first, or it won't flash (step 2).
Also, make sure that when you use the command "fastboot flash recovery xxx.img" that "xxx.img" is identical to the name of the img file you have placed in your sdk tools folder.

Should be...key word. Guys I've tried it over and over again. All different ways to boot recovery after...different places downloading the file...different way installing (fastboot and flashify).
Only weird thing is that "fastboot oem device-info"
Says tampered is false
Unlocked is true
Does just unlocking bootloader usually trip the tampered flag?
So you're sure that you've enabled OEM unlocking in the developer options??

yes of course...Ive been through the process with the op2.
all drivers installed correctly, got rsa key, unlocked bootloader...one thing is that the confirmation bootloader unlocking screen was in chinese, but I chose the top option to confirm.
Same Issue
I'm having the exact same problem and would love to know a fix as well. My device is also unlocked by the tamper flag was not set off. I'm having the same problem of not being able to load TWRP onto the phone as well.
im guessing maybe because there isnt an official twrp for this phone.
There is only a custom and I know the internals are the same, but I think there are some kind of differences from phone to phone from region to region.

Hello,
I believe there is an official twrp. I did a search and found that you were already involved in that thread by @CafeKampuchia using the TWRP (onyx version) by @h2064
That was the initial recovery I had before I flash to the f2fs version by @eng.stk.

Hi all,
I am looking for a dump of the recovery partition for the MYA-L11.
I have installed twrp but neglected to take a dump of the stock recovery!
There is an firmware update possibly due for my device so I want to be able to revert to stock when it becomes available.
Thanks in advance.
Edit:
Ok, my bad! Not possible of course, as one would need to be rooted to do this and to root one needs a custom recovery!!
Ok then does anyone know where I can download the stock firmware for this device? I have searched high and low but no firmware yet available!
Found it here thanks to @SGS3_0, again!
