Just google "ephone ep7 firmware" and click the first result.
Unfortunately you have to have an account, but... if all else fails... it could be a solution.
Make sure it is indeed for your model.

You can't downgrade. You can downgrade only if your phone firmwares android 11 & android 10 have the same binary. You can visit here to find firmwares: https://samfw.com/
