Hi All,
Will we ever see Android GO ROM for our S5830i smartphone?
oh my ****ing god, this phone is 6 years old and have armv6 processor, are you serious?
Android GO is based on 8.0 and since Lollipop it relies on ART and not Dalvik which was the only JIT compiler supported by ARMv6 architecture.

Hello,
We are currently porting Android4Sam development to a custom board that has an ARM sama5d31 processor but has no display.
Can somebody suggest a stable Headless Android 4.0 ICS development branch, so we can cherry-pick the changes needed to make the device headless?
Naive: Is there a way to pretend the display either on kernel level or to have a display emulation so the Android core services don't need to be patched?
Thank you

Hey Guys,
I have a Xolo X1000 that runs on the Intel Atom Z2480 processor. I came across the Android x86 4.4 RC2 version that was made for x86 processors on laptops netbooks, etc. was just wondering if it could be possible to put this Operating System i.e the Android x86 4.4.2 RC2 version into my phone that currently runs a 4.1.2 JB. i guess there would be some modifications to the Build required..
Looking forward for some help from the Devs
Thanks
Hello - I am a new user of the Android system (been on Windows Phones for several years). I bought BLU Studio phone and found it could not talk to my car's Android Auto system as it was not a Jellybean or Marshmallow system. Is there a way I can downgrade to Jellybean or upgrade to Marshmallow, either by forcing a system build reset or any other means. Complete novice when it comes to Androids so my apologies if this is a dumb question.
Thank you all
*Hey Guys*
Well i will cut straight to the point i used to port roms and some of them work and some not like from exynos to exynos but i wanted port other rom like the famous IOS Rom Clone on MTK Devices every time comes a failure like kernel does not recognize if there is an OS or Not
or phone shows brand logo (samsung note 3 ) then reboots or boots to black screen after brand name or even show boot screen and nothing even no heat happens suddenly i was searching on google and you tube and i found that guy that his name is puck (channel 48) on youtube he managed to port the IOS 9 Clone Rom from the MTK i6 To Samsung S3 and i cant react or figure how did he pass all that and the rom booted and the other thing that i had friend of mine he knows not much about kernel coding but he knows some knowledge he said something in the kernel does the conflict and also to mention that S3 he had i think was Exynos and its 1.4 GHz quad-core ARM Cortex-A9 and the rom was Built on Arm V7 Processor so am not sure cause i seen people porting from arm v 7 to 6 and from 6 to 7 back in the galaxy ace and ace plus days
