everytime i reboot my phone, the setting of the preferred network resets from 3g only to 3g preferred.
is there a solution ?

I've set my phone network mode to GSM Only. (Battery saving purposes)
But everytime I reboot my phone.It turns to WCDMA/GSM Auto or WCDMa Preferred.
Is there way to get rid of that? I'm running Jellybean 4.1.2. THANKS!

Config>More Settings>Mobile networks.
In network mode select WCDMA Only for 3G and GSM Only for 2g.
Note: If you are using both sim cards only one sim can be set to WCDMA Only Mode.

I know.But want change network mode ofther way.
I find code *#*#197328640#*#* and *#197328640# to access Service Mode Menu. but not work
I cant acces service mode fully. Is this the same as u? But I can change my network both freq. Try to type *#2263# on dial app, if not work try to change value keystr and factoryapp file on efs folder (device should be rooted to view all the files) . Change it from ON to OFF and or OFF to ON. It working great on me

I am facing issue with my oneplus one with data connection, its getting lost suddenly & when I do a reboot its start working again for some hours then again its lost.
I tried -
Aeroplane Mode.
Network Type change - 2G, 3G, LTE
Reset Network -
Changing default Access point settings.
Nothing worked, Can someone please help me with the commands, which can reboot network or thing which got reset after a reboot.

Android - 6.0.1

i bought a bluboo picasso 3g a few days ago but i have a problem with my network! every time i am trying to connect a message pops up telling me that mobile networks not found! i tried to select the network manual but nothing! any advices?
already tried:
1.phone on/off
2.factory reset
3.change rom
4.change manually network
5.change selected network gsm/wcdma
guys nobody???
i also tried another sim and i checked the phone bands i also tried to put the sim card to 2d slot but nothing

Here are the symptoms:
When going into the network settings and pressing choose a network operator, it says "Error while searching for network"
If I select "choose network automatically", it says "registered on network" but nothing changes.
When I tried to make an emergency call, for example, it tells me to turn off Airplane mode. However, if I scroll down the notification bar, Airplane mode is OFF.
In About Phone> SIM Status>:
Network - Unknown
Network type - Unknown
Service state - Radio Off
Signal Strength - 0dBm 99asu
Network State - Disconnected.
IMEI IS THERE. NOT CORRUPT.
Dialing *#*#4636#*#*
Will not let me change preferred network type.
Pressing Turn On Radio does nothing.
Neither does updating smsc.
I did what anyone with common sense and a little research would do.
Reboot phone
Remove/insert sim
Tried my dad's sim, which is on a different carrier.
Tried slot 2 as well
Wiped cache partition
Then as a last resort, full hard reset. I have wiped dalvik, system, data, user data and cache.
...But to no avail.
