When I'm going to record some video in the instagram story, the video has a ridiculous fall of fps. Someone is having the same problem or someone who knows how to fix it?

I'm having a new found issue with my Galaxy Note. I recorded a series of videos, today, during a business outing I had to participate in. In ALL of the videos, the sound will be present for about the first 15 seconds, then all of a sudden, it will cut out and go mute for the rest of the video? Has anyone else had this problem? Does anyone know what could be happening? I'm not doing any zooming in/out during the videos. I am really upset about this. Thanks in advance for any help.
I have been trying to video chat with my father who has an iphone 4. When I chat with him on my HTC Flyer tablet (with Qik video chat for sprint) he said he can hear me and the video is right side up.
When I video chat with him on my Rezound he said my video is upside down. If I turn the phone 180 degrees he said the video was right then but then the video from him on my phone was upside down. He also said he could see me talking but could not hear anything.
Has anybody else had these problems? Anybody know how to fix it?
Use Skype, oovoo or Tango...
Does anyone else have this issue.
It's pretty much stock, 1 day old, T-Mobile.
This is NOT a buffering issue. The Audio Continues.
Any suggestions? Could it be a setting?
I would like to know this as well, I too have experienced this..mostly with videos above 1080p
Remove youtube from recent tasks, then restart.
Recording video @1080P 60fps keeps focussing/blurring or w.e...
I know this is a problem with the mi a3
but its kinda annoying.. is there a fix or is it possible to fix it?

It is actually advised that you shoot video against 60fps as the video will comes out pixelated as I experienced.
I stayed at 1080p30fps for the most time.
I don't think there will be a possible fix unless you root your device. But you may try recording 60fps with gcam to see if it helps. (I dun know if gcam support 60fps video tho)
So after watching Netflix for about 30 minutes, I notice the video isn't as smooth. It judders. Restart Netflix and all is back to normal. I haven't watching any other video format on the Tab. Wondering if this is a Netflix problem or with the tablet itself? Anyone else notice this?
This is really strange. I noticed the exact same behaviour just yesterday. Do you think Samsung or the powers that be were doing something remotely on all our devices? lol
I noticed this as well! I thought I was going mental!
Any ideas from anyone on the forum?
Same happened to me. But only watching HDR content. Canceled premium plan, was the only solution. Netflix said it is hardware issue not theirs. But I do not think so cause watching youtube hdr content and downloaded clips are fine, even prime video HDR works.
