I am using HTC Desire 728G Dual Sim.
When I was trying to update my phone it just stopped and my phone got bricked.
Now my phone is booting into bootloader and download mode but i am unable to boot in recovery mode & also my bootloader is locked.
So when searching for a solution i found that there are two ways either i have to flash a stock ROM or a custom ROM.But for the later one my bootloader must be unlocked. So I finally i ended up with a single option that is I have to flash a Stock ROM.
So I started searching for an Stock ROM for my device but there is no stock ROM available so far neither HTC had released any official ROM for this device.
Now I have no idea what to do to get my phone back alive:crying::crying:
Please Please Help Me!!
Any Help Will Be Highly Appreciated.
THANKS IN ADVANCE!!
I found this firmware online. Make backup before flashing.

Hi Guys,
I hope I've posted in the right place. I am basically noob in installing custom firmware and I wanted to try it anyway with no experience.
Bootloader unlocking successful.
I flashed recovery-nozomi.img using cmd commands without realizing that I didn't have the custom rom saved in my xperia s. So I am stock in recovery mode with no idea what to do next even just to go back in normal mode. Please help I am really a newbie in installing custom ROM. Any process with be gladly appreciated since I just want to go back to normal mode if I can't install any custom ROM.
Build no.75 that's all I remember about my phone since I just bought this yesterday.
I'm in the Philippines and this a generic version if that helps.
Any help will be gladly appreciated or will even give a donation.
Thanks in advance guys!
Regards!

I read that but that's for who hasn't flashed any single SIM ROM, and every time im trying to install I've getting this problems :
1- FAILED <remote: image update error> it appears when im trying to flash a boot in fast boot with this code "fastboot flash boot boot.img" and yes I've been checked every possibilities like dont plug in USB 3 and etc.
2- I get no signal when I flashed some ROM (of course dual SIM ROMs) like :mySENSEdx5_A2 and a Chinese ROM that was build for T329w
so what is your opinion ?
Please ask in the thread given for dual sim DX, you'll get help there.

Hello I have a problem with my LG optimus 4XHD. I didn't like the 4.1.2 lg skinned android so i wanted to install a custom rom. I started by rooting my phone that worked but then i flashed clockworkmod recovery without unlocking the bootloader. Now i can't enter my recovery anymore but i can still boot into android. Now my question is: Can i still unlock the bootloader now without bricking my phone? Or is there another fix for a problem like this. Can someone please help me?
Thanks!

How did you flash CWM without unlocking bootloader?
And I think the bootloader can only be unlocked only with stock recovery.

Thanks for replying i flashed CWM using the Rom manager app. Do you have any idea if i can get the recovery to work again?
You gotta find stock recovery and flash like you did in CWM recovery.
This is my idea and true in logical. Isn't it.
Try at your own risk and Good luck, mate.

Thank you for tying to help me .Finding a stock recovery and flash it looks pretty hard. I would like to know why i can't unlock my bootloader now? Does unlocking the bootloader require you to have access to the recovery? Again thanks for helping i really appreciate it
I have unlocked many bootloaders of many MTK devices. The phone will be reboot to stock recovery and format the whole phone after unlocking bootloader. So I said that you need stock recovery.

You gotta find your stock recovery yourself by googling or request approriate one on the forum.
And see this thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2163974 to make a flashable zip.
Or try this flashing recovery.img directly using Mobile uncle tools (I am not sure this would work. 50% to work)
See my thread here to try latter way.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2686654
Follow the steps 2, 3 and 5.
Good luck, bro.
Either your phone is bricked or CWMR is not flashed.

Hi. I'm using an asusrance wireless phone. I've messed up trying to install android 6.0 on it. I didn't unlock hte bootloader before installing my custom rom... so I'm stuck in recovery with no power to install a rom. I get an authorization error. Unless someone can help me get around this I think my only way is to find a signed offiicial stock rom. Any help?

Has anybody successfully flashed the mentioned stock rom to ZTE N817 ?
Actually I've got an Assurance Wireless phone already updated to the B16 that closes the door of ROOT. That's why I want to flash the stock rom that comes with B11 update which is effectively rootable.

Instead of that, Patched the boot.img by magisk and flash it.
Boom You got "systemlessly" root
If you want me to do it for you. Give the boot.img to me! and tell me the system architecture to confirm something.
I also have this phone and have downloaded the above link.
I'm stumped on how to flash it, as it (seemingly) does not have the required files: a *firehose*.mbn (for a flat build) or a content*.xml (for a meta build). I've tried using QFIL v2.0.0.5 and v2.0.1.9, but could not figure out how to flash based on the instructions i read.

Great to know this.
Actually I've followed the following Link and successfully rooted some couple of devices:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=3587174
The approach that the above link uses is KingoRoot as the 1st step. But alas! KingoRoot is unable to succeed on recent N817 ZTEs shipped with B16 update

just flash this Official Rom : bit. ly /2Qjijzq
and flash it with : bit. ly /2wYLpfG
then you should be alright
ps : Flashboot must be locked
if you use qpst/qfil (which is whst you should be doing) to reflash stock rom it is not nessery to relock the bootloader.
ota also works even tho it tells you it does not, but when you get the notification of an update, you can press update and it will install, but the tool for manualy checking does not work.

look in this thread, there are all the links you need.
The thread is to install custom rom, but since you need stock qpst, find it in this thread.

I was able to pass the rom, before installing `` gapps.img`` install TWRP, soon after installing the gapps and soon after the supersu, everything via twrp. It worked for me.
*But the following problems appear in the system:
*WI-FI does not start
TWRP is encrypted after flah supersu
SENSORS giroscopico, bussula, metal detector, and others does not work.
Bluetooth tranferencias is also bugged.
Now I want to go back to the stock rom, but all roms are in boot loop `` LENOVO screen FLASHING OR STOPPED``
I can only keep the custom rom. And now someone to help? I need to at least recover the WI-FI.
Are you using qpst/qfil to reflash stock 3.9.075?
