Having a major problem. I can't use the donation package features although I have paid for the donation version. I get an error reading "Failed to verify the donation. Please check your network condition and try again later. [1]". Does anybody know how to fix this?
I have already tried uninstalling the app and the donation package, rebooting, clearing the data to the play store and play services, rebooting and then installing the app and donation package again.
When I install the donation package it gives me the message that I can use the donation features by selecting the experimental features menu but when I do I get the aforementioned error.
Screenshots of the problem.
I'm not using Greenify currently,so I can't give you exact details, but I had an error similar to this and ended up going into PayPal, getting the verification code for my purchase, then I think I went I to Help or About and had to reenter the verification code for the purchase and reboot. Then all was good.
Download the donation package first and then the Greenify app and then install the app. Somebody reported that when he did this, the donation was recognised.
Thanks to the both of you for your suggestions, however neither of them worked.
The problem seems to be with the Playstore verification and not with the donation pack as such. If you have any other paid app, can you check whether the paid version of that app is working?
Do you have LuckyPatcher installed now or before? Or any other app which can mess up the Playstore?
Or else try what @oasisfeng suggested here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/apps/greenify/broke-app-purchase-apps-help-t2882403

I only have SuperSU pro, ROM toolbox pro and XDA premium as my other installed paid apps. They work perfectly fine. I have never used LuckyPatcher.
I can't see any apps what would mess up the play store, I will try the suggested method by OasisFeng in a second.
EDIT: The method suggested worked like a charm. It seemed as though there was something corrupted in the file what I deleted.
i have problem in the greenify license , i bought the licence from play store since long time and all was fine, but before two days i factory reset my rom then reinstalled the app and reinstalled the donation package from play store when i open the app it thanks me for donation but when i tried to activate any of the experimental options it asks me to donate !!!!

Do you use Lucky patcher? If so disable license verification emulation in its toolbox.
If you don't i suggest you to install the donation package first, then the actual Greenify.

greenify donation pack license problem
Hi, since last Greenify update, the app doesn't recognize the license anymore. It keeps continues saying "purchase donation pack". Please fix it!!! Thanks
I tried with lucky patcher but greenify continue not to recognize the donation package
Edit: Worked
I have the same problem with the last update! I've buyed the donation package time ago, but now it doesn't work. What should I do? Lucky Patcher won't help, and the gmc service doesn't work.. Is it a bug?
All you guys, try this: uninstall Greenify and license pack. Reboot. Install license pack first. Then install Greenify and enable it in Xposed and reboot. This works.
Thanks LP solution worked
I Purchased the Donation Package about 3 months back from Amazon Appstore, it worked absolutely perfect then, but now after installing another rom, it just fails to recognize the donation package :|

Hi all,
I have installed the donation package and payed for it but since the last updat greenify says it not installed. Ideas?
Check if you have Lucky Patcher.
If not, uncheck Greenify from Device Administrator and Xposed and uninstall both Greenify and donation pack.
Reboot. First install donation pack, then Greenify and enable in Device Administrator, Accessibility and Xposed and reboot.
It should work now.

Did it work before? Have you donated? You have root and the correct Xposed framework installed? Is Greenify enabled in Xposed and have you rebooted? etc etc etc

A Couple Issues
I will tag onto the need help thread here and hope someone is familiar with these issues. I have Greenify and the donation package installed. I have had it working well before. Now when I open Greenify I get only the screen that lets you select the mode and the experimental features.
I uninstalled it via TiBU and reinstalled the backup with the same result. I uninstalled via TiBU (could not uninstall via the Android App Mgr. It was grayed out. I reinstalled via the play store - had to do via PC because I can't install from the phone for some reason. I get the same result. Only can see the single screen. Also, Greenify is not asking for root and does not show as having root permission in SuperSU (2.49) . I have rebooted, wiped cache and dalvik, and still have the same issue.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks

I have version 2.6.2. It had been working in the past. It would sometimes get stuck on the same screen, but I could always get it to go to the main screen for hibernating by reopening.
I installed 2.7 Beta 2 and got the hibernate screen. Then when I rebooted it went back to the same problem.
I figured out that I had to remove administrative rights to uninstall, so I did that, uninstalled, reinstalled 2.7 beta 2 and it asked for admin rights and has them, but still I cannot access the hibernate screen after rebooting. So it seems to work okay until I reboot. I am running the latest Xposed for LP 5.0. I also uninstalled and reinstalled from the play store 2.6.2 (via PC) and I could not access it either through exposed or through the app drawer. I then enabled Greenify in Xposed and rebooted and still it is the same. I may have to remove and reinstall Xposed.

Go to SETTINGS>Device Administrators and uncheck Greenify. Then to SETTINGS>Accessibility and switch off Greenify. Then uninstall Greenify the usual way, not through TiBu. Reboot.
Then try to install Greenify from Play Store or download the apk and install. Enable Greenify in Xposed. Enable Greenify in Device Administrators and Accessibility. Reboot, not soft reboot.
Then open Greenify and see whether you are able to access all the features.
You have root and Xposed, I hope.
Thanks

Obviously requires donation package be installed and recognized by Greenify; a reboot may be needed. If using Magisk be sure to install the systemless module first, verify functionality and then go for the donation package. There are scattered reports of similar issues with no clear/consistent path to resolution. However, most seem to figure it out over time. Good luck.
