That means nothing, when posting a firmware you should post the phone variant, the link I posted is using my phone IMEI, that G firmware could be from CHINA...

Modems should be different, you can extract the modem with WIN KDZ EXTRACTOR

For the Korean F320 model ONLY - a very different phone, and even that is not released either - just a leak.

Some already received OTA.
If you want to know when you will receive it, you have to ask LG or your provider for branded phones.

Branded version aren't actually locked, this happens only for american carriers.
In Europe branded versions are just... Formality. If you want, you can wait until the official release for your phone, but you are able to flash the kdz without problems.

Why you still waiting when we already have firmware lollipop just flash KDZ file with flash tool and that's it don't no more.

Wise and respectable choice, remember that using a firmware not designed for your exact version invalidates the warranty. But if you flash later your exact firmware (can be found online through youilr IMEI), warranty comes back.
Also, no one knows when will it be released, it should happen within 1-2 weeks max.

I'm back from CM12 to official 5.0.2 using KDZ since yesterday and i'm happy for the moment !
Everything seems to be OK, GPS works well now and LG UI and features are back.
Would like to ask if there is any news regarding the OTA update?

LG Greece has said that the OTA will be releasing at the end of June / starting July.

No have not tried any downgrades yet. Maybe later tonite. I usually TOT back to 10B. Will post when i try it.

You beat me to it! How did you obtain it? I used LG VZW Upgrade assistant, but had to nuke my phone to get it to download the kdz. You have an easier way?
So is this confirmed to work because I myself have a 4 CA and I'm interested in downgraded to 10B so I can root?

that's not going from stock 4ca,yes there's been a kdz 4ca,no way to TOT from 4ca to 10b,as I've asked in many forum.
I just uploaded the KDZ file of the Oreo update for the H870 version of the G6. It's clean, I got it from LG Bridge.

Yes, but it might work on carrier devices, as long as it is a H870 (only European version of H870 I think) there shouldn't be any problems.

How many time does it take to boot completely after falshing with uppercut? mine is still booting after 20 minutes (animated LG logo)!!! Should I restart ?

You probably won't get OTA. It depends on IMEI, I've read.
I saw this update is from US cellular and supports band 66. Does it also support volte and wifi calling?
