Flash in TWRP. This is NOT a bootloader! Only the logo.bin is inside the zip.

Question: What Gapps package do you recommend for your rom? I prefer Open Gapps. Will they work?

use beans gapps or opengapps.. but i prefer to use beans gapps.
since we run soo many tests with gapps, found that beans is more stable

Open gapps has its own perks...if you are going for stability then do Beanzgapps, if you want to take the chance then go for open. Your choice. But bug reports may need to be confirmed

Thought i give it a try, but how long does it take to boot after a fresh install. Wiped all except internal storage , used latest beans gapps mini.
Stil at bootloader splash after almost 30 minutes, it just does not boot.
Edit: Dowladed the rom again, latest full bean gapps but same problem, it just does not boot. Booted back into twrp and installed backup of stock 7.1.1. Phone boots up without a problem

Strange. Will give the last build a try later on today (if i find the time). Used few builds before and they all worked fine.

Downloaded the rom again this morning. Then downloaded opengapps full. Wiped all except internal storage. Flashed the rom and gapps, wiped cache and dalvik and rebooted phone. Same result as yesterday, the rom does not boot.

What version of TWRP are you using??? Have you changed bootloader and radios or have any idea what versions those are??
