Here you go guys, lenovo k6 note offical Nougat update. The update version is K53a48_S123 (Android 6.0) to K53a48_S218( Android 7.0).
This update will change the Rom version from Marshmallow (6.0) to Nougat (7.0)
You will need to maunally flash the update through inbulit update app. Google how to do that.
Root can be obtained in the same way as it was obtained in 6.0 (Modify boot.img)

How to flash this update?
I saw other forums that have greater than S218 OS did u check it?
It require rooted phone and a twrp installed?
I remember its S223 or S222 is the lasest, do you have it that OS?
It will still receive update like fixing bugs?

This update needs to flashed from stock recovery. this is just like any other OTA.
As far as i know, S218 is the latest version.

1. Rename the Zip to Update.zip and put on internal memory
2.Open stock recovery and select install update package and select the update.zip

But its say " install failure " there is another way to flash it?
When I pressed install package its say" only perform on not encrpyted external storage/memory ".

did you put it on the internal sd card.
also check if the zip is corrupted. try extracting it with a any zip explorer, if it extracts, its ok, if not you might need to download again.

Not corrupted I try to extract and compress it to zip it successfull. Maybe I gonna use adb update.

When I use app smart voice recorder and I try record my voice the result is my voice decrease volume automatic around next 5 second and voice note WhatsApp was poor quality. My honor 5x was on volte update B381 .My mistake that i Unlocked the bootloader and and flashed twrp .then i flashed the custom rom,not knowing that it wont boot.
I searched on xda and and flash honor 5x STOCK RECOVERY that replaced TWRP.Now my honor 5x is stuck with bootloop with the custom rom. I dont even have Twrp by which i could restore through twrp backup.
the device in stock recovery is not being detected by ADB AND FASTBOOT through which i can reflash TWRP recovery. please help:crying::crying::crying:
Shut it down (keep power button pressed until device turns off) and force it into fastboot with key combo.

you should gor for emui 4.0...NON volte firmware..
every firmware under b350 is non volte firmware.

You need a special file to downgrade from higher version firmware to lower version firmware.. There is complete rollback guide in guides section.. Read it and you will get an idea..

I have read the guide and found i must move to EMUI so that
i can flash TWRP. After i will flash twrp backup of older emui
.
So i downloaded the latest full package of b360 for my L22
.but it show the error

I was on b381 before messing my device.now AOSP EXTENDED. Dont boot i am stuck with stock recovery
I cant find link for full package b381. Only small ota link are available

b381 is latest available right now..
you can use rollback package if available for your model..
after flashing that package you can flash any firmware..

I have seen a rom you have made with safestrap but can't find it right now can you explain how to use and were it is located for download , I understand we should have capabilities of using features like twrp recovery with locked bootloaders

Everything you need is in post 1 you flash BRD1 firmware in odin put the update zip on your sd card and flash in stock recovery

I know how to do that I'm on bra1 but don't want to reflash firmware again to update just and update zip from bra1 to brd1 it's not updating there was a file on afh but I can't find it

Need to extract files and extract again till u get a .tar file each file will be labeled to what needs to be flash ap,bl ,cp,csc

How long should this update method take? Been stuck on "Patching system files..." for about an hour. Trying to determine if this is normal or not.
Edit: Nevermind. 15 Minutes later it booted. Guess I just needed to be more patient.
I'm hoping that we get this for Cricket Soon. Any way to get it to work for that carrier?
