no, i use LG internetkit connect no problem
use stock rom it will work on that
my x10 mini pro (2.1.1.c.0.0 stock rom) currently connect to internet with wifi via usb modem (zte/CDMA) with ICS and virtual wifi (wifi: tp-link wn727n) in win 7.
everything is work but the connection lost and reconnect after several action to load a page or downloading, and keep repeating the process until i disconnect manually.
if i just connect it and do nothing, no connection lost or reconnect.
do you have the same problem?
and please give me a solution?
i dont have problem connecting to normal hotspot (public/universities hotspot)

I want to connect internet on my PC{Windows xp} via data cable and this phone!
So i downloaded latest version of samsung usb driver!
Now plz help me how to use usb driver and connect internet on pc??

Just wondering, why don't you use WIFI tethering feature.
Just put the phone in wifi tethering mode and use the phone as a wifi hotspot. It's much easier.

Im using a Galaxy S3 running Cyanogentmod 10.1. here is my question:
I would like to connect my PC to the internet using a USB cable connected to my phone. now here is the important part, I want the to use the wifi connection on my phone and NOT THE DATA PLAN . here's what i'm doing:
1. connect phone to PC via USB cable.
2. enable usb tether.
Windows installed the drivers for it, connection is established and i get an ip address from the phone but cant access the internet.
What am i doing wrong?

I have wanamlite 14 on my galaxy s2. I have set up an ad-hoc wi-fi network on my pc (windows 7) but my phone doesn't "see" it. Can yo help me ?
