I use the app called android booster if u look in the battery part it will show u what apps are using the most power. Its the only app I could find that does it.

Good app for it - but I never got it to work well with Miui

No, there is not.
This is a great alternative to Netflix, you don't have to sign up for anything. Great quality picture on our phone. MOD Edit: Link removed. App violates copyright of movies and is not allowed on XDA

Is there an app that will monitor your Android system that will indicate which app is showing down you system? I am not looking for a task killer or something like that but rather an app that will analysis your phone and find the app that is showing it down so I can Uninstaller it. Thank you.
Du booster and clean master offer analysis and other stuff which may do what you are after

I would suggest Clean Master, it will notify you if an app is using up too much memory.
