Want help for my Galaxy A6. I tried MicroROM founded at XDA yesterday.
Successfully installed but the issue was when i logging in my accounts specially samsung account. There's a message that my phone verification was failed. So i skip to log in.
After i downloaded my fav apps using MicroROM even im not signed in at samsung account (my issue) i decided to have a security so ill add a password but it didnt work.
I am using stock now. Even u tripped the knox counter i have to use my biometrics but my samsung security apps was not available.
Thank you for the rom for the Galaxy A6 2018 and hope soon there is going to be a update.
Anybody got some isseu with this STANDARD BUGS:
Some 3rd part cameras don't work (eg.: Footej, Gcam, etc)
RadioFM doesn't work due to audio HAL used
Face unlock doesn't work if you have enabled fingerprint unlock
Back camera video only supports 16:9, others will give errors
Other inherent bugs from OneUI and/or A3 limitation
Work on A6+?
some BUGs found:
- preinstalled stock camera does not work
- basic screen width is set to 286 dp...or something around that, so some apps doesnt fit on screen (too big) - I changed it to 320 dp and it's been OK for now.
- when I tried to set PIN for screenlock - i wasnt able to change it anymore (dit not accepted the right PIN) and after reboot there was a bootloop, so I needed to reinstall the ROM
....but it's great ROM BTW thx

i have the bootloop problem with this ROM, SamsungA6 (a6ltexx) reboots every 5 seconds.
With the Kraken or Cronos kernel I get to the Samsung logo... but then nothing happens.

that Image file is the kernel. unpack the boot.img from the device's firmware and rename the Image file you just made into boot.img-zImage.
then repack it.

Installation steps:
Download the ROM
Make sure OEM unlock is unlocked
Ensure you have up-to-date TWRP (only TWRP).
Copy the file you downloaded to SDcard or OTG or whatever.
Reboot your phone to TWRP (Latest recovery for your devices).
Flash, Setup the ROM and reboot.
Wait for 5-10 Min.
Setup your ROM and Enjoy Roar
Bugs:
-Selinux is permissive
-Samsung Camera is broken, Use OpenCamera or GcamGo
-Some internal trouble (may causes some lags)
-GPS is Broken
