Michael Kors Bradshaw and Wear 2.0 - Wear OS Software and Hacking General

Hello ,
Unfortunately, I updated my smartwatch Bradshaw to Android wear 2.0.
Since this the watch is nearly useless.
I searched for the firmware of this watch, but I could not find anything.
Is it possible to flash this firmware? What happens if I flash a firmware from another smartwatch like Huawei or LG? Or is anyone of you able to get this firmware for Bradshaw 5012?
Barbara

The Michael kore watches are Fossil Q's... so if you need to find a firmware, look that way... hope that helps. j

Hi Barbara,
did you find a solution? I have the same problem...
All the best,
Carmen

Updating to 4.2.2 on Generic Tablet Lazer/Hena MID-1107

Hello since this is my 1st post be gentle =P
Anyway last year I bought a Generic Tablet this one: cutedevices .com/hena-mid-1107cm-android-tablet-spotted-at-the-fcc-0110. html (Just remove the spaces)
Its basically a generic Tablet, that I can't track down the original manufacture, anyway I wanted to see if I could install a Custom Rom or at least update it to android 4.2.2 or even 4.3, is there anyway I can achieve this, SuperClickOne manage to root it, but I have no idea what drivers it use to do so. And Goo Manager didn't find any compatible rom for it either.
Thank You in advance for the help.
Cheers
Bump.... No one??

MT2-L01 anyone?

Hello dear community.
I own a huawei ascend mate 2 L01 (the chinese version..)
Sadly it seems substantially different from the L03 which is the only one that appears to be supported hear and in the western part of the internet in general...
I'd like to try custom roms and upgrade my android os version in particular. Atm im still stuck on kitkat.
So does anyone have any tips about where to search for this one? Perhaps in chinese forums? Assuming that google can handle automatic translation from chinese, may anyone direct me to a good place to start looking on chinese forums? I tried google but with no success. thanks!

And your L01 is called 'china mobile'
Ps, quickly searched b850 come up this, but read through the warnings carefully, ie chinese version vs international ver:

Huawei P20 lite g-sensor

Hello, i recently bought a new huawei p20 lite, after a few hours of use the autorotaion stopped working, the g-sensor isn't recognised by the phone, suggestions please?
Hi there
If it really is not working, might be a defect on the phone from factory, which is rare since they test them supposely, but since it's on warranty just call warranty or ask for a new phone which I think you can because it's an hardware issue.
Cheers,
AS

I had the same issue with my P20 lite. I noted that the problem was due to firmware upgrade (i don' t rember my version because I change it with a new phone)
Did you made any update?
If yes, you can try to rollback.
can yuo provide your firmaware version?
Hi, I have a preciose information about the fiirmware upgrade.
I was in the versione ANE-LX18.0.0.144(C461) and upgrade in ANE-LX18.0.0.145(C461) whith sercurity patch o October 1th.
After this update the sensors are disabled and no way to enable them, I try with factory reset (with wipe cache) from phone and erecovery.
This the second phone that I have with same issue.
Now, for sure the problem is related the software update and is related the particular build (C461).
I'm wondering if someone help us to roll backt to previouse version of fimware
Regards
Hi there, i'm sorry i am not a member of this forum but i had the same issue:
i was on build ANE-LX1 8.0.0.144 and upgraded to 8.0.0.145. At that point all motion sensors stopped working. I also upgraded to 8.0.0.146 hoping for a bugfix but nothing happened.
I asked help to the shop where i bought it and they told me the 30 day return period was expired and i needed to go to a huawei support center.
i contacted huawei customer support and they told me that if the hard reset did not work i needed to go to a huawei support center.
Today i am going to the support center and i hope they will fix the problem or at least making a downgrade to 8.0.0.144.
i will come back to you as soon as i have some news.
see you guys
Hi guys,
I've seen the same problem on the following threads:
https://forum.xda-developers.com/huawei-p20-lite/help/compass-t3876121
https://forum.xda-developers.com/huawei-p20-lite/help/auto-rotate-stopped-t3877969
I suggest you do the same downgrade with official software through the guide of kilroystyx which I link below or if you think it's too much for you then just go to a customer service center like @aaabbbggg is doing
Guide https://forum.xda-developers.com/huawei-p20-lite/how-to/rom-official-emui-8-0-huawei-p20-lite-t3773999

Greetings,
i went to the customer support center and they told me to come back after xmas, new year and epiphany holiday so basically i would solve this problem mid january.
since @ars_chelsea posted a solution that does not involve warranty breaking actions i will proceed with his guide to downgrade to 8.0.0.144 and eventually manually upgrade to 8.0.0.162 or maybe not.
My real problem was that i am not really into android modding and so on so i don't know forums and people to help me. I could not find any useful information or other people with the same problem until yesterday when i posted in this thread.
Thanks again to everyone.
Problem Not Solved
Hello again folks,
i downgraded EMUI to 8.0.0.144 which was the last working version on my phone using the 7th point on the guide @ars_chelsea suggested.
Anyway the problem persists.
At this point i believe the issue is in fact correlated to the software upgrade but it propagates to become an hardware issue.
i don't know if anyone has restored the full functionality with the downgrade but this doesn't seem to be my case.
Good luck every one, and thank you all for the support.
Hi there
That's really odd, but I advice you to not lose more time and just send it to warranty services, because now I'm starting to think it could be bad contact on the sensor which is a hardware problem.
It's rare to happen but man made machines sometimes fail on the making of smartphones

[Request] X96 Mini S905W P282 Firmware

Hi,
I firstly want to apologise, I don't like my first post to be a beg for help, especially as I often browse the forum and have found help here many times but this time I'm completely stuck.
I stupidly bought a cheap X96 mini 2gb/16gb which has an S905W chip on a P282 board.
I then installed SuperSU and it got stuck in a boot loop.
No stress I thought, I'll just download the firmware, start again, happy days..... or perhaps not.
So here it is, a begging, miserable pleading post....
Does anybody have a working firmware for this? Stock ROM or otherwise?
Thanks in advance for any help I receive
Just an update, I contacted the seller, they would not supply firmware.
There is a thread on atvexperience where someone has managed to boot a firmware but with no working WiFi. He's not released a copy yet though.
Failing that I've got a nice Chinese paper weight

Some asked for firmware files. You can download them from the Amazfit servers and flash with, e.g. Notify and Fitness app. For your convenience:

This is actually the most helpful thread in this whole Amazfit xda page, thanks for sharing. Yesterday i was about to search the latest, or at least newer firmware for my GTR because my app said I'm on the latest, but that was really old, and found nowhere a firmware file.
I had to reinstall the Amazfit app to perform an update.
Keep updating this thread please.
GTR 47 and GTR 42 from CN FW to global FW
I have a GTR 47 and a GTR 42, both are unfortunately Chinese models.
In order to change the language to English, do I need to flash the firmware from my Chinese version 1.6.6.08 to this global/international one 1.3.4.19?
Is it even possible via Notify and Fitness app? If so, how would look a step-by-step process?
Or can I just add the fonts?
Which files would apply to the GTR 42?
I provided the links to model 36, the international 'MILI_FALCON_W'. If you want to cross flash to chinese 'MILI_FALCON' do it on your own risk.
The codename for model 37, the 42mm GTR is 'MILI_HAWKW' and 'MILI_HAWK'. Obviously, because of the different display size it has a different firmware.
Firmware installation
Hi, can you please provide instructions on how to flash the firmware? I've downloaded the files above but have no idea what to do with them.

I've managed to install the above files the following way:
On iOS, use AmazTools app to download the files
Then open the Amazfit app, ensure watch is connected, and the installation of the new firmware started automatically.
The new firmware has solved 2 issues for me. I can now connect to GPS and sync workout data with Strava, both of which were broken using FW v1.3.4.14.
Hi,
Thank you for sharing this firmware files.
I have the same problem with my new GTR 47 that I bought in China (Model 35 and firmware version: 1.6.6.08). Everything on the watch is written in Chinese...
Did anyone with similar problem, had successfully used this global/international firmware (1.3.4.19), in order to change the language to English?
If so, how would look a step-by-step process please?
Thanks

Why ask me for step to step guides, in a thread with the title 'Amazfit GTR 47 firmware links'? There is a support site for Notify and Fitness app (and people here did not even try to figure out themselves by looking for the firmware update button in the menu) and there is AmazTools support
Oh and by the way google is your friend
Hi,
I was trying to upgrade firmware using Notify & Fitness for Amazfit in my Chinese AMAZFIT GTS.
Unfortunately if you pick International ROM - the entire process fails badly at the end.
Phone is not bricked however.
Maybe we need to unlock bootloader?
Google is not our friend this time...

GTS is the square watch, GTR is the round smartwatch. Complete different models. And you have not the Global version but the chinese one. So good luck, you are on your own.

They are different but very similar. Once we've got GTR translated to English it will be same procedure for GTS.
Also there are many people having same problem, asking here on the forum, internet, youtube...
We have the watch, we have the international firmware so what's the problem? It will be a matter of time when someone loads global firmware onto this Chinese watch...

Then move on
Change the hardware ID in the firmware and recalculate the checksums, so you update the watch and it identifies itself as the global version. Then unpair it and let it flash to the latest version.
Just one issue: if you made something wrong you bricked the watch and have to hot flash the firmware on the chip by opening watch and finding debug wire pins, because bluetooth is not working and the pins on the bottom are just for the battery charging. Minor issue I guess. :good:
Hee,
Look at this telegram group: https://t.me/huamifw
The newest firmware versions are in there.
Updated my firmware several times.
Takes a lot of times to update, but it works. (30-45min total)
Im using the notify app to update firmware.
First .fw then .ft and then .res
