I searched and also checked out the link that u included. The problem is all the guides mention to edit a smali file but the systemui of oos doesn't have a classes.dex file which is converted into smali.

Since you're on MiUi, your chances of getting a non root notification icon mod is close to none. I'd recommend root since you can easily revert it by flashing a new update or fastbooting a ROM.
Or you could compile a theme using the tools provided by MiUi themselves and change the notification icon yourselves

You will lose root access and the changes you've made to your system after flashing OTA since the zip file formats system partition and then flashes the new update.
Individual notification icons can be disabled by going to settings - apps - appname- notifications and disabling notification icons

The only way to do that is by rooting your phone (SuperSU preferred), installing Xposed By SolarWarez (Regular version will not install), and finding the necessary modules to tweak MiUi (Usually available on the Xposed repo)
Compile a theme of your own bro. You can put in whatever customization you like.

Yeah... this is a crazy weird issue since every build of Oxygen has been able to correctly allow changing of the DPI without any issue. I was discussing this in another thread somewhere far, far away since I don't recall where. But I think it has something to do with a specific frameware file or something to do with the frameware.. it's damn strange that all of a sudden we can't adjust the DPI. I do know a quick-fix-hack is to use an Xposed module that will allow you to change the DPI of specific apps but it still disfigures the whole system if you do it systemwide..

Charging speed is very slow unlike oos 3.5.8 it took 4 hours... For 10-100
Cable is new and was working fine with oos 3.5.8... So no problems in hardware part...

I'm currently on april 3 build of nitrogenOS, and also using the older vesion of this round mod. Do I need to uninstall this mod before updating to april15 build? then flash the updated mod after? thanks.

SystemUi crashes asf. I'll never try that again.
Cosmic Os has connectivity bug (mobile data ) on my device so...I'm back to Nitrogen Os.
BUT it also has one bug(kinda...); When I'm at 20% and my device vibrates, it'll switch off. I'm so mad.

Im on S8+, installed and flashed the NX R7 kernel, working like charm. But, where to try the AR Emoji, couldn't find it in camera?
Thanks Sac23, best S9 Port. The reason, I have tried all S9 ports but one my key apps doesnt load and the developers where giving some high tech answers..odex/deodexed, in your ROM the app works normally. ???

I have used NX R7 24MAR, wanted to go by your recommendation or latest.

Can we customize navbar height in this rom? I see that it has rom control, but I didn't find that option in the OP.
It has become essential to me, since the default navbar is so thick and ugly. :/

What I don't know is if there is navigation bar height option within that app.
